That's far outside the normal shelf life for vape products, where quality clearly degrades over time. I went back inside immediately, and they refused to exchange it or offer any credit. Selling aged inventory at full price without disclosure is not acceptable, and refusing to fix it on the spot makes it worse. This feels like a predatory policy that takes advantage of customers who don't check dates before leaving. I won't be returning.

They called and the guy apologized and said he would put it up front so that I could pick it up in the morning. Jump to today. The guy at the front named "T", first of all he was wearing sun glasses inside, he rummages through the drawer for a second and says he can't find it so he leaves makes a joke about me thinking I can't hear it. Then comes back yelling at me talking about he's going to be manager soon. The managers are all looking for my id. Meanwhile the only employee I actually recognize calmly looks in the same drawer, sees my id and gives it to me. Idk his name. He had long hair. But he was truly the only one who was taking my situation seriously. T should not be a manager and the security guard who tried to escalate the situation more needs to be checked too. TLDR; mid weed, mid service, mid pricing, mid product selection. Overall 4/10 dispensary…read more Overall this location is decent, if you want weed they have weed. However the service from the bud tenders is hit or miss, some are super friendly some get annoyed when you ask questions. The stock selection has progressively gone down in quality and up in price. You can find the same products in many other dispensary's that offer it at a lower retail price or sale price. The sales and deals here also aren't really sales, most of the time they're getting rid of old product that's been sitting. Plus they're often incorrect / outdated on their website. I know this from the multiple and repeated experiences specifically at this thrive location. They to the day have an outdated list displayed on their deals pop up in their website. My understanding is each location has their own team that runs the individual store's assets. I have reached out to them to inform them about the discrepancies but they seem to not care. As I mention this specific location isn't ran the best, you can receive much better service and product selections at other Thrive Locations. The one on Main Street is new but the staff there is the best! The strip location used to be my go-to location despite this location being down the street from me. And as mentioned you can go anywhere else and receive better service, larger product selection and better quality product too.

The guy up front suggested an oil product in a syringe called Karma Recover RSO. It's a 1:1 ratio of CBD and THC for $10. I asked him about serving size and he said about the size of a grain of rice. The price I ordered was a limited-time deal that was only available for part of the day, and it needed to be honored. Instead, AJ pushed his responsibilities onto someone else. We waited and waited. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and helped cover for him. AJ has consistently been the worst part of every visit to this store. Great products, great deals, and great managers--but AJ has repeatedly performed below expectations for months. It's unfortunate because this is otherwise an excellent business in our community.
