This sucks.... I've been a customer at The Source on Rainbow since they first opened--probably one of their earliest--and just about every time I go in, I'm hitting the legal limit on what I can buy. Over the years, that's added up to a lot of money spent with them. Unfortunately, the service there has clearly gone downhill. The final straw was what happened with curbside pickup. I pulled into a curbside spot like I've done plenty of times before and waited--and after waiting and no one coming out, which used to happen within a minute or two, I went inside to see what was going on. As soon as I stepped in, the guy at the counter just told me to move my car. No asking what I needed, no explanation, nothing--just "move your car." He didn't say they weren't doing curbside, didn't try to help, didn't send anyone out--just immediate pushback. Meanwhile, the lot wasn't even busy. Plenty of open spots, nobody waiting, no reason for that kind of attitude. It came off dismissive and honestly pretty disrespectful, especially considering how long I've been a customer and how much I've spent there. I didn't even bother going any further with it--the interaction alone was enough. On top of that, their delivery service has changed, and not for the better. It's clearly outsourced now, and it costs more than it used to when they handled it themselves. At this point, I'm done. The overall experience just isn't what it used to be, and it's not worth it anymore. read more

The bad - they stopped displaying the buds. I like to see what the bud looks like. Is it crystals or red hair or purple ??? Sticky and smell good or dry ? Yesterday - our first 3 picks were also no longer carried ! Very poor marketing - bring back the displays and update your listings !! Consistently rude. They have been rude to me for over one year. Every time I come in, there's an attitude. The one time(in my entire life) I had to return a cartridge because it was faulty; the manager treated me with such disrespect and also came out and told me that they needed to use my personal Airo battery(from my purse) to test the cartridge in the back. What a joke! I've worked in two different dispensaries (which I do not tell them) and that is not protocol. The way they treated me was like a criminal trying to get a free cartridge. It was legit broken and they agreed. I shop all of the dispensaries for a good deal. Watch the app and save your points until you get to a $50 reward. This place is terrible. I wasted my time coming in today. It's not the first time this has happened to me, but it's the second. I wish I had learned my lesson and wouldn't be giving them my business. The last time I came, I arrived exactly on time, 15 minutes before they were about to close. They charged my card and everything, and I was just waiting for my stuff when they informed me that their system had gone down. I wasted my time, so they had to give me cash even though my card had already been charged. Now, I'm coming in tonight for the second time, and they declined my ID. Las Vegas local here. This dispensary is BS. if you're a smoker, don't waste your money or your time here. They're running a march madness deal where you have to spend at least $120 over the course of five visits just to only get a 35% "discount", but even then you can only use the discount on the most expensive items in the store. Typically their flower has a bunch of stems in it, they rarely get new products or keep a diverse lineup of products, and they will straight look at a line full of people waiting, and still try to strike up conversation while moving at an unbothered and glacial pace. This dispensary is for gullible visitors and first time buyers, that don't know any better. There's no good incentive for returning customers, you have to purchase hundreds of dollars in product just to get a crumb of a deal. It's literally a better deal to drive from north Vegas to Greendot Downtown to get the same flower for a cheaper price point and for better incentives/deals. read more

This incident happened at the Rainbow location. I was a regular customer and mostly pickup in my car. This time I scheduled my order to be picked up inside with plans on buying even more. What I ordered online for p/u wasn't available, and I was told it's a glitch in there system. I asked to speak to the manager to maybe get a free pre roll, couple buyer points, something for there error and my wasted time. A Trans guy approached and said there wasn't anything he could offer, and then proceeded to show me some cheapo weed on sale. I calmly said not interested and began walking out. As I did I saw a reflection of him mocking me for no reason, skipping like a child and sticking his hands out and shaking. Im a disabled Vet and hand tremors is one of my issues; I'm also in my sixties and me and my wife have spent thousands at this company. This incident happen a few months ago but it still irked me, but became a blessing in disguise. I saw an article about the 2018 Hemp Billl and discovered that I have legal online options to purchase my meds. That information saves us a ton and we have not been back since. Love The Source+! Been going here for about a year and a half. There is a dispensary that's closer to my house that I've been going to, but checked this place out after a visit to my favorite Korean banchan place (Samee Side Dishes), which is in the same plaza. The employees are all so so nice and friendly. The security guards are always smiling, and almost always opens the door for me, on my way in and out. I've yet to deal with someone that's less than awesome. AND, they have amazing specials. Picked up 2 vape cartridges for $42, including all the taxes, which was their 2-for-1 4th of July special. I knew which ones I wanted, so I was in and out in about 5 min. I've been to a few dispensaries here and in L.A., and this place is by far the best one. Conveniently located, plenty of parking, clean, awesome employees and great deals. What more can one ask for? read more

*poor customer service* I've been coming here for YEARS. Used to be my favorite dispensary with the best deals and the nicest people working there. Today, I didn't recognize one single face. I tried to return 2 faulty cartridges, which mind you, I've never returned anything here before. I had the receipt and I was within the return date, and they only tried to sell me a new specific Airo battery, when my Airo battery works just fine for every other cartridge I have purchased since. Why should I spend $35+ for a new battery when my works just fine? Previous visits, they've always told me to just bring carts back if it doesn't work and they'll exchange. Today, the manager or whomever she is, was totally rude and dismissive. And she only came out once I had already talked to 3 other people about the situation. I will not be back. I did not feel like a valued customer and I'm stuck with 2 wasted carts. Funny thing is, they used to give out those batteries as gifts and promos. Review #420! :-) The Source has been my go-to dispensary for years - in part because of its proximity to the most excellent Cheba Hut sandwich shop two doors down. The selection here is always fun & interesting - but for a guy like me who is only an occasional and lightweight user, it is often hard to find my favorite products consistently in stock. It's more of a supply issue than a store criticism, I'm sure. Its a bit of a bummer when I finally find something that really suits me, and can't ever get it again.
