I want things fixed, and not just for me. I made a complaint about this a few weeks ago and usually you guys get it right but for some reason the transaction I just did, he insisted it was 17. When the total is 16.39. You guys say you round to the nearest dollar, that doesn't mean you round up. It might not seem like a big deal. Its just a $1. But even if you guys only overcharge me $1 for every OTHER transaction I make here, then you are STILL overcharging me at least $100 every single year. This place used to be legit but now it's a joke. I've been going for about 4-5yrs now. Their menus used to display terpene content and the budtender could show you different categories so if you were familiar with the terpenes you could get exactly what you want. Now the menus are slideshows and their website gives no info, so now you're at the mercy of whatever the budtender suggests to you, unless all you care about is THC content. In addition their rewards program used to be good and made it worth going there compared to their competitors that have a larger selection, but now it's a joke. $60 off an order is now a free edible. They may make more money now as they don't have much competition in the area but I'll drive an extra 5 minutes for now on for better deals and rewards. They still have decent prices on concentrate so I'll give at least 2 stars but even then they only have one-two strains that fit my criteria so I have half the selection compared to anywhere else. The staff is also friendly but now it seems to take even longer to go through the line likely due to these changes. I like the place usually due to the convenience of it's drive through, but the attitude I got on the phone this morning was beyond acceptable. Firstly, the website would not let me log in, and it is not the first time the website has given me issues. So I called them to get assistance for logging in. The guy who answered OBVIOUSLY was not in the mood. In the most deadpan mumble series, 'good morning how can i help you'. I explain that the website was not working. Still deadpan mumbling, 'the website isn't working' No, the website isn't working. 'Do you have the app.' I'm on a pc and dealing with the website. Am I only able to order on the app?" To which he mutters with the first sense of emotion in our entire conversation..."ffs..." And, of course, contacting Jenny's any other way but through this guy is impossible. I came here looking for edibles and was extremely disappointed. The employee laughed about them being on display despite always being out of stock then tried to push what he had. Found out today by a bud tender that my points I have been saving for two years are pointless pretty much and now only worth a gram of flower WOW!!!! My Jenny's app todays still states I have $35 to use so I went in and nope felt like a jackass....Jenny's has never reached out to ANY CUSTOMERS to tell them they were changing the rewards programs and are not grandfathering people like me who have been saving for years. Shame on you Jenny's. I'll bring my thousands of dollars I spend to Oasis dispensary who actually cares about veterans also and gives a 25% discount unlike your lousy 10%. Jenny's is always hustling!! Patrons from around the Las Vegas Metropolitan area gather here to spend their hard earned cash for all things with & related to THC. The business boasts two locations and really caters to their clientele with an expansive menu. Be warned, the line can get intense during peak hours even with an entire crew helping incoming guests. The shop is welcoming, designed functionally, and is very appealing. It helps that they have nice smiling faces greeting you as you check in and assisting when you place your order. The budtenders are always seemingly happy to help. I've visited many times but for some reason I don't recall a heavy security presence. Maybe I just don't notice at this shop but I'm use to Cali joints and the person carding me at the door is suited & armed. As is the other security guy next to the exit. This Dispensary is highly recommended by locals all over in this area. Price is a little high for the amount you receive, but quality of their product is great. This place.... is not great. First of all their parking lot set up is just dumb. They make you enter their lot through a left lane Instead of right and the exit is on the right. This isn't the UK. When we accidentally went through the wrong side a rent a cop knocks on our window to tell us we effed up. We kindly say sorry but she just keeps going on about how it worries her bc people rush out of their lot all of the time.... (if that's the case wouldn't it make sense to just change the entrance and exit to the right sides? ) They could easily set up their booth on the right side if that's the problem. She asked for our IDs and scans them (which we thought was weird for being in the parking lot) then let us go in. We were greeted by a doorman dressed in something that resembled a swat team uniform. Clear mask and helmet included. Made me uncomfortable. They took our ids again then let us in (the front desk lady was nice) When we got inside the security stood behind us the entire time and I don't feel I should have to mention that we were not being rowdy or obnoxious but we weren't. We don't look thuggish or like thieves. The one star I do give is bc the tender was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't recommend or come here again. They really need to work on their set up and security. Also worth the mention they do not offer first timer or local discount like almost every other dispensary in Vegas. read more

For those of you that don't want to read this entire post here is the meat of it. DON'T GO HERE. There are so many other worthwhile dispensaries around town. Jenny's isn't exclusive to anything. Other places give better discounts and carry a wider variety of products along with better management during day and evening swifts. Jenny's gives off this vibe and some of their Leads have an attitude of pinching pennies. It's like all of their business are hurting so they are squeezing out profits from us, instead of just getting better management from the bottom up. I have no idea what happened to them, they use to be decent, offering discounts everyday in a big way offering weekly BOGO deal from their "house brand' at the time. It all changed during the pandemic and it hasn't been the same since. Sure there are some awesome bud tenders there but unfortunately it just takes one to make the entire experience of going there turn sour. In my mind a business shouldn't have any bad apples that work behind the counter. Managers and leads customer service should be Nordstrom/Disneyland level. Unfortunately it takes one Dan to completely erase the positive experiences of a Sloan. I won't get into the specifics here because I am completely over this place. It has taken me months to get me to write this review due to my anxiety spiking. I often think about this place when we drive by about how native I was to think this was the only place in town. Man, was I wrong. Not only are there other better places but there are so many better weekly deals and the two different dispensaries I've been to since this place have been extremely better and a lot of other places offer local discount and they double stack that discount with their weekly deals. It's just called customer appreciation. Again if you have had a positive experience here its most likely due to the handful of awesome bud-tenders they have there but sadly they aren't in management. And not all of them are great. There is one that works swing swift, in fact he was there when I had that negative experience with Dan. I don't remember his name but he looks like Samir from Office Space. That guy is extremely rude and talks shit/makes fun of customers to other employees as well as to other customers. He has done it to us, made fun of some "slow" patrons and we just laughed in nervousness but yea thats awkward AF. The swing crew is definitely hit and miss there. I said I wouldn't get into specifics from I feel "Tim C." is going to ask for it below so here it is, I don't wish to be contacted. I am done with this place. I'm just writing this review to warn others. That is what I do to anyone that listens, friends, family, coworkers. I tell them to stay away from this place that there is better! I feel its my duty as being a decent human being to warn others. Because this place might be fine for you now, but just wait until you have an issue its really a toss up on how it will go for you. Most likely not well. Just read the other reviews! I wasn't looking for a freebie or a handout just acknowledgment that this cartridge has an issue that other ones they carry don't. I am aware of how cartridges work and how some come apart there during the production process of loading the oil into it but Remedy's is the only one I've had it come apart at that section on just normal handling use. It may have just been that batch but it was definitely something that doesn't happen with other cartridges, and I've tried them all, frequently. I just think that Dan being a Lead could have handled this one much better. The kill them with kindness or just being pleasant with a smile was completely missing, only paranoid, suspicious, got you attitude. I mean I know it's Vegas, but not everyone is trying to rip you off. You have to have management that can read situations better and not be so forward by just asking the customer flat out "Uhhhh so what do you want me go do about it?" *facepalm* I don't know dude, maybe your job? Go a bit above that pay grade and treat another human being with respect and maybe troubleshoot the situation a bit better in the future? But then I realize this person is where he is due to his attitude. Then I realize I don't need to be anywhere near this person or his give any more of my time or business to this place that employs him. Top notch experience, once you get into the building! It was about 8pm when when I finally got inside, and due to it being so hot, and employee passed out water and popsicles. I got some edibles, which were amazing, but I should've followed directions because my experience was a little outrageous. Once you fill out the paperwork, and head inside you are immediately placed in another line to get inside the area where you buy. They won't sell you more than 98 mg of edibles, and I got a small container of sugary gummi bears. They were legit. I've been back twice in the last 4 months. Definitely recommend, but come after 1pm. read more

Well, disappointed doesn't even begin to explain my situation. I've been to Jenny's a few time pre Covid-19 and was less than impressed. After this ordeal of online ordering, they have not only lost my business but that of at least 8 other people. I placed an order 4/16/20 at 11:30 pm, for next day delivery since we can't just go pick it up. I was sent a message that it would be delivered 4/17/20 between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm...not the best arrival window, but not like I have many options. So I stay home all day 12 hours, miss 2 doctor appointments for my son and nothing, at 7 pm I start calling them. It took 8 calls and 45 min to get someone to answer the phone! I finally got a hold of the worst manager ever, who tells me that because I ordered so late the order won't arrive till 4/18/20, even though their text message clearly stated they would deliver 4/17/20. I can understand a system glitching, but if you are going to ask a customer to be home for 12 hours, you should at least relay the correct date. She tells me it is a "glitch" with their system. Hmmm, not my problem. So I ask her if she can narrow down the arrival window for the second day so I don't waste another full day, she says no unless I want to be the last delivery of the day, I say I do not want to be the last delivery. She apparently puts me on as the last delivery cuz I waited around another 12 hour day only to get a message at 8:02 pm that the driver is finally on his way! I get the product give him my money and go to decide up the $300 order that my family put in...only to find that they shorted us an item! I have to call 3 times before they answer, and I tell this same manager that she shorted me an item and they need to get the guy back out tonight as I have already waited 24 hours worth of arrival windows for this order. She tells me it is illegal for them to deliver outside of their business hours, to which I said I found that funny because the driver came after 8 pm. The manager has the audacity to tell me that I am being abusive and she is going to hang up on me if I don't stop. I have not been cuzzing, or screaming, or threatening...a slightly raised voice to get my point across yes, bit nothing anywhere near abusive! So I said fine, if you hang up on me the next call will be to the police and you can explain to them why you took money for an item that you are refusing to provide. Boy that changed her tune! All of the sudden I am being told that she will make sure it is the first order of the next day and she will add extra product for the inconveniences and so on. Well here we are day 3, at the 90 min mark after they started deliveries, we called and asked when it would be coming. We were told they only have one driver today and that the lead is working on getting it ready now....90 min after the first order went out, after I call in AGAIN, NOW you are finally working on it!? I was told at that point that it would go out as soon as the driver got back. Almost an hour later I am still waiting! I understand all the drawbacks of the current situation but poor customer service is not acceptable at any point. With this horrible transaction they have lost at least 8 customers....and they really don't seem to care. read more

Drove 24 mins to get to the location to have them tell me that the price is not right and that they" Didn't have it anymore." Then tried to offer me a discount on other products. They keep changing their points system so once you finally get to a loyalty level, you can't use the points and then on top of that they only allowed to use your points on the lowest grade items they have anything that's not mid you can't use your points on. So basically their loyalty program is you can buy expensive overpriced weed and in return you can get free bad weed. And they don't care. They just say welp. You can email us. Jenny's is still in it's 'soft opening', so the hours are different than posted, and there are a few things that aren't fully up-and-running yet - but I won't include those bits in my review. Jenny's is meticulously clean. The first impression impresses! Clean lines and comfy seating, with a friendly welcome from the desk team. Instead of heaps of paperwork to fill out as a first time guest at other dispensaries, the team asked for our Medical and State IDs along with our phone number and where we heard about them. We were brought back near-immediately and were surprised to see how small the showroom was. ...don't get me wrong - this is the one instance where small was a good thing. The cases were modern with glass, I love the display - you can tell they truly put some thought into it. Merch and paraphernalia are offered, which I appreciated - and you can actually touch the items before you purchase them (this shouldn't sound like a great concept - but it's something I truly appreciate). First time patients receive a 20% discount, which I am ALWAYS a fan of - but even better, all of Jenny's strains are 50% off! Whaaaaaa? If you're a fan of Blue Dream (...and who isn't right now), you can purchase a 1/4 (normally $60) for $30 - the usual price of an 1/8!. I was super stoked that they offered AC/DC, as we've been searching the valley for it for months! We'll definitely be back to Jenny's, as the staff were helpful and super friendly. I even asked my 'I'm obviously a n00b, please don't make fun of me' questions, and they were super happy to help! Can't wait until they take debit and start a bag loyalty program! Only 4 pre-roll options. Line inside was so long because Bud tenders are so slow. Ended up placing an order online while waiting. Left and drove to pick-up window and they told me I had to leave, and get back in line because my order for (2) pre-rolls wasn't ready, even though I was already scanned in, inside the store. By the time I drove around building, another car got in front of me. Order was placed at 5:40 pm. At 6:15pm I was still in line!!! This is the worst service I've ever experienced. I have been going to Jenny's since 2020. I think its a great spot with, tons of options and kind faces greeting you. They had a great points system and easily redeemable but I guess they changed somethings around which doesn't bother me but now you can't redeem your points with your bud tender you have to go online... that kind of sucks. I also am missing the menu being interactive with the bud tender, I like being able to see my options verses waiting for my page to pop up on the screen. I also think I lost some points when I connected my number to my account. Butttt other than that, the spot is great. Line moves fairly fast most of the time and bud tenders are informative and friendly. read more
