Called them up late-morning on Valentine's Day (poor planning on my part) and they had exactly what I needed for the missus: a dozen red roses. Was able to pick them up later in the afternoon. They looked and smelled great. 4 days later, the they still do! My GF said these are the best looking roses she's ever seen and smelled. I ordered a corsage and boutonnière set a week prior to my event. The woman at the shop front was very nice and took her time helping us to pick out colors and tried to match a picture of a pink corsage that I had for reference. The visit to order them was easy and accompanied with great service. When we went to go pick up our order on the day of, they handed us a lime green corsage and boutonnière. The order was wildly wrong. They did proceed make a new set right on the spot, but thankfully we went to pick up our order early or we would have been very late to our event. The new corsage was too lopsided for the very thin wristlet it was attached to and it kept falling off of me to the point where I eventually had to take it off. Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

I couldn't be more pleased than I am with Clores! First of all, they have an incredible sense of design. Their work is superb! If they don't have exactly what you want, they'll make it. Quick! Second is the first rate quality of their plant materials! It's fresh, and lasts quite a long time. And third is service. The store can get quite busy (people know a good thing they do come) so you may have to have a little patience, at times. But the owners, including Jane, are eager to get you exactly what you want, in an exquisite design. In any event I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. They are also kind. They've helped me bring thing things to the car, and delivered wen I've asked. This year I've switched all my holiday decorations to them. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! The owner refused to open the door five minutes early and actually closed the door to the back room once she noticed my son and I waiting by the main door looking directly at her. When I went back to discuss this, as I have been a regular customer, she gave me a huge attitude and walked away from me (mind you I was being respectful and calm). I have heard bad things before but always continued to shop there because of convenience. Now I understand why everyone says the negative things they say. If I want to overpay for flowers, plants, etc., I expect decent service. I will make sure none of my friends or family ever return. read more

Unbelievably bad customer service. I am a monthly buyer, was misled about monthly pricing. When calling to discuss, was treated horribly. Based on the fact of me being a consistent customer, along with the fact that there are several other very good options in the area, one would figure solid customer service would be important.
