They made it super easy to pick a flower arrangement, pay via credit card, add a custom card with enough space to actually write a meaningful message, and was able to deliver the next day for free! I chose the small florist arrangement and was pleasantly surprised by how large the bouquet turned out to be. Received a gorgeous floral arrangement from here - the flowers were full of life and so cheerful. They were wrapped with care in green lace and tissue paper, adorned with a yellow gauzy ribbon. The flowers also came with flower food powder. I was in a meeting when the delivery came and the driver actually waited for almost 20 minutes before I could take his call. They called me to confirm some of the details. They were extremely knowledgeable about the funeral home and church specifically when flowers/plants can be delivered. While I did not attend the service, my friend told me the planter and flowers were beautiful. I used Chad and Montclair Florist to do the flowers for my wedding. We had a Star Wars theme and needed the centerpieces to look like Return of the Jedi but classy. I have to tell you they were more than I could ask for. I contacted Montclair Florist late Saturday afternoon wanting to order a plant arrangement for my Aunts funeral that was Sunday only between the hours of 2:00-6:00. I knew it was late and I live in New York so it was hard but they assured me they could take care of this for me. They called to confirm ahead of time, delivered on time on Valentine's Day and they weren't overpriced. Great service - personable, professional! Hoping to send (same-day) a simple calla lily arrangement to a friend's home, I was calling various local florists only to learn no one had them in stock and I would have to place a large order even for them to get them in next-day. Judy at Montclair Florist was the only merchant who asked what the occasion was (sympathy) and what I had in mind (tall, graceful, simple) and suggested white lilys in a cylinder vase. I thanked her and said I had two more shops to check but assured her I would be back to her if I was unsuccessful - which I was. Wanting to be sure the lilys were very fresh, I asked if they had opened and she replied: "If they had opened, I wouldn't even have mentioned that we had them". Exactly - perfect. She also suggested to add some white roses and curly willow to complete the gracefulness of the arrangement.
