He treated all 4 members of the family, and showed us how to continue with follow-up care to ensure we remain lice free. Kevin is incredible with kids, my daughter is 6, and he was able to take care of her without any crying or screaming. Her hair is extremely long, thick, and curly. While she did become fidgety at the very end of being treated, he never once showed annoyance or irritation with her. He was equally excellent with my 'special needs' son. My son is 11, with aspergers, and Kevin was able to treat him without any outbursts. Kevin is incredibly friendly, and sociable. We never felt as though we had a stranger in our home, it felt much more like we were visiting with a friend. When I took my daughter to school the next day, Kevin had provided us with a few business cards (one of which I gave to school nurse, so she could recommend his services to others), as well as a return to school letter. I couldn't be happier with the service we received, especially considering the reason for needing it.

It was just the refresh I needed after a long battle w cancer just as I turned 40, resulting in my worry lines more pronounced. I told my hubby I wanted my crows feet done as well there, and he bought me 25 units more for Christmas, which I was advised I would need for that area, and also another facial. I can't wait to see the results, as I've never had that area done before! I'm not sure why some people had bad experiences in their reviews, but it was not my experience at all. I am very pleased with the botox results and would gladly come back for more. The microdermabrasion was fine, but I don't know if I'd buy it again. It might be because I exfoliate my face both physically and chemically on the regular, that I didn't really notice a difference. The service was friendly and the office was very clean and organized.

We went there because the creams and wash weren't working in the first place. If you decide to try this practice don't waste your time with a nurse practitioner. Nice staff that go out of their way to make the residents feel comfortable, the menu is varied and well prepared, the rooms are pleasant and for me the most important thing - no "living odors" in the halls! The public visiting rooms are beautiful; oriental rugs, comfortable chairs and sofas with plenty of room to maneuver wheelchairs through. The dining room is set up with seating matched by the staff but you skip can this if you prefer and have meals in your room. Also, takeout food is acceptable as diets allow which is always a plus for someone shut inside indefinitely. All in all, my family was very pleased with this facility, and our recommendations to friends were also echoed positively by them. It's the go-to for our family for care emergencies going forward.
