When I picked it up, it drove like a dream. "Ebony" has nearly 130K miles on her, but I swear to you she hasn't driven this beautifully since I got her at 600 miles, nearly 15 years ago. I called their direct line 3-4 times. They did not answer, and their voice mail box was full. Luckily we were able to get another tow, much quicker. The Boys Roadside had ZERO customer service for my awful dilemma. I would give them zero stars or even try to take away stars from them if Yelp would allow it. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Not only did Triple AAA lie to me about when someone would come out to tow my disabled vehicle, it turned out that they didn't bother to send anyone out at all. As I sat in a disabled vehicle for several hours in subzero weather, waiting for a tow truck that Triple AAA never bothered to send out Triple AAA never bothered to send me a single update, and when on my own I did find a Triple AAA approved tow truck, Triple AAA Hoosier Motor Club refused to cover the expense, because the Triple AAA representative, said they didn't have a contact with them. A different Triple AAA affiliate had that contract DO NOT BECOME A PREMIER MEMBER. THEY KNOW THEY'RE GETTING THE MAXIMUM MONEY FROM YOU, SO TRIPLE AAA HAS NO INCENTIVE TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
