We have used Closets by Design four times so far and have (at least) three more project for which we will hire them. The most recent was transforming our pantry from a wire rack mess into this absolutely organized, functional and spacious room that we love. It's AMAZING how much different it is. Now I just walk in there to stand and look at it. They are so reasonably priced that it's nearly ridiculous. From the consultant to the office to the installers everyone is fantastic and exactly the kind of service you wish you could get everywhere. HUGE fans! If you have a project you want to get done and you think "it will be too difficult" or "it will be too expensive", you really need to call them and give them a shot at helping you. Closets By Design just finished two projects for me. From the design to the installation, this company and its employees were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The designer was an excellent listener and was wonderful at finding a solution to my storage problems that was within my budget. The installer was proficient, a master at his craft. He showed up on time, spent the entire morning working, and left my home spotless, as if he had never been there. Oh, but he had, and his work was impeccable. I had had my doubts as to whether a closet design would make a difference in my storage problems, but it certainly did. I am so pleased with this company. We had our master closet done by Closets by Design. Theresa spent all afternoon discussing our needs ( we bought a model home with a huge master closet with zero drawers) She is great and designed our closet on the spot and quoted during our meeting. Any concerns she got right back to us and is so great to work with!! The tear out and install was seamless and we LOVE our new closet! Plenty of drawers, a cabinet and movable shelving. Pricey but they do have interest free payment plans that we took advantage of (large project). A good return on investment when we go to sell one day :) Definitely would recommend them!! read more

Closets By Design installed closet organization systems for us in our new home in a master walk-in closet and also a reach-in closet (with sliding doors). The installer was quick (it only took about 3 hours), efficient and cleaned up after the work was completed. Some woodwork had to be removed in the walk-in closet and he removed it neatly and perfectly, should we ever need to replace any woodwork. My closets were installed much earlier than initially scheduled (yay!). I contracted for the purchase during an amazing sale with free installation. I could not be happier!!! read more

Better than anticipated. My consultant, Theresa, took the rough design I had mapped out and created a closet that was perfect in every way. I was sure I couldn't get all my clothes into the master closet but I was wrong! There is even room to "grow". The process couldn't have been easier. Theresa was wonderful and fun to work with. Tech showed up on time with everything he needed to install 3 closets. He was efficient and kept a clean work space. He made sure to clean up after the entire job was completed. He walked me through everything he had done and was flexible as I was working from home and needed my office for the first part of the morning. We couldn't be happier with the closets. I had a great experience! From working with Jenna to design my closet to Matt coming in to do the install. They were very precise, all the different cubbies for sweaters, to the shoes and purses, and the crown molding looks amazing!! My husband was very concerned that our pantry shelves would not hold up and could be a danger to our granddaughter. We had the company come out and measure and design the pantry. It far exceeded my expectations. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. The shelves were not cut right on one section and they fixed it that day.
