My daughter and son in laws furnace went out the guy I usually use was at a…read morejob and couldn't leave until later so they decided to call this company J Hanson Hvac it was -20 wind chill our daughter and granddaughter left to come to our house and Hansen Hvac showed up at 5 pm. He left and came back twice then at 10 pm he had to go get yet another part and said he had to eat dinner with his girlfriend, returned at 12:20 am! Then worked for 2 more hrs and said you need a new furnance but he would go back and get a portable electric furnace to get thru until the new one gets put in, he left at 2:15 am! Showed back up at 5:15 am?? Hooked up the electric furnace and said the only way he would leve it is if my son in law paid him for half the cost of a new furnace then and there. My son in law told him to pack his stuff and get out. This guy charged $600 for nothing! he finally had his crap out at 6 am( originally got there at 5pm the night before and had left several times thru the night) I called mark the guy we use an TRUST he got to our daughters house at 8:30 am cleaned up the mess Hanson left got the furnance going great and was done by 12 pm. This company tried to scam a new furnace out of my daughter and son in law after spending almost 13 hrs thru the night and $600. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. P.s if it was me I would of canceled the check! But my daughter was worried as shady as they were what he might have done. Meanwhile the water is just running in the tank and I have to physically push it down after taking top off tank (every time)!!!!. The last gentleman told me my toilet is to old(2012) that's why it's not flushing properly.... I flushed the toilet to show him after he was Lollygagging on my property for an hour that it's not working he decided to gaslight( oh that's how you flush) me and left still with the same problem. Telling me I need to buy a new toilet and the reimburse me with the money I already paid. I had appointments with 3 other businesses that couldn't get to me until later in the week. It was a minor issue and the payment was a fair price. I will contact them first next time I have an issue or need a new unit. They also have a decently priced annual maintenance plan that I signed up for based on the quality and value of the service they provided.
