I purchased it from Sanford Sewing, was taught how to use it (a joy since I am long term sewer but new to quilting!) My machine goes back for a "visit" when it needs a tune up or a thorough cleaning. The machinists are top at their craft. They not only maintain my Destiny 2 but have worked on my serger and my other sewing machine brands as well! When you need a new sewing foot, a variety of needle sizes, machine parts. quilting patterns, fat quarters, themed or holiday fabric designs, quilting rulers, battings, and thread, thread, thread, it is all in one place, Sanford Sewing! Many months later, when it was clear the course would not be rescheduled, I emailed and called the business contacts several times requesting a refund. I was ignored every time. I am out almost $50.00 and will NEVER use this business again. They also own Northern Comfort Quilts in Saco which primarily provides quilting services. I would not trust them. I am sad to submit such a negative report since most people I encounter in the quilting world are honest and reputable. I don't want anyone else scammed by these people.
