My clothing did not look clean when I picked it up. Specifically, my raincoat had creases in it, hair on it, and gray smudges (like powder on a black coat). I also found it very off-putting that it smells like the restaurant next door. The restaurant is great, but I don't really want my clothing to smell like brick oven pizza. The young woman doing intake and checkout at the front desk was surly and unpleasant. It was rather shocking how unfriendly she was and I felt as though my presence was a hassle for her. Finally, there was an older woman sitting silently in the corner of the store. She never said a word, but was certainly not friendly or welcoming. I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend this business: Poor quality cleaning, unfriendly service.

That definitely isn't very environmentally friendly. Don't get your shoeshine there because they don't do a good job. The only good part is they have curbside service.

This place has some rude Soviet woman working behind the counter in the evenings. She is never firendly, rudely takes your ticket and acts like she doesn't know that there is a 15% discount when you pay with cash when you pick up. They are very expensive, but fairly convenient to my job. they have ridiculous hours...they close at 1pm on Saturdays and are totally closed on Sundays. Since when is a service catered to working people supposed to only be open during regular business hours? The first time I came, they only had half of the 14 shirts I brought in. They forgot to pick the others up from their actual laundry. The second time, they had completely lost a shirt. Not sure how such a terrible, unfriendly place even stays open. She led me to addressing room, where I put on the dress, and she proceeded to pin it to the height/length I wanted. She said it would be ready in three days. I was quite happy since I wanted to wear it for a special occasion. when she gave me the bill, I almost fainted the price for hemming a cotton dress with no lining was $40. when I picked up the dress it was perfectly hemmed but I felt it was overpriced.
