They are very expensive. They wrap your clothing with so much junk: plastic bag, clips, rubber bands, stapled on receipts, but it takes forever to get them apart. That definitely isn't very environmentally friendly. Don't get your shoeshine there because they don't do a good job. The only good part is they have curbside service. read more

This is the cleaner I use on almost a weekly basis. It's a little bit pricey, but turnaround time is pretty good. I've been wanting to find a new place, but I've been too lazy to try anywhere else or look for a different place. Overall, they get the job done. Turned in my item. They told me when it would've ready. Came back the day after it was available and learned that the person who took in my item failed to enter it into the system, thus causing the due day to not be accurate. No one called me to inform me of the delay. Three days later, they called, asked the price and agreed. Got to the store. They range up the item, took my money and charged me $15 more. When asked why I was told one thing on the phone, was told she didn't have the ticket in front of her when she gave the price over the phone. But they would not honor the quoted price! Just got there at 8:55am and was yelled at from behind the counter that "they would be right with me " after waiting 5 mins. Was told I was too late for same day service. What a joke business. They are super pricey and it is not worth it. I took two dresses here to be fixed. They wanted to charge me $100+ for hem in a long dress that had costed me $50. I told them no but to do the short dress straps. They took measurements and then "fixed" it. They charged me $20 for the simplest thing and the straps are not even even. Will not recommend. read more

More like no class cleaners. Poor service and clothes already comes back smelling worse than I dropped it off. Will return to orchid cleaners. Shouldn't have left them in the first place. Tried this place out because it was closer to my house. I would rather make the extra 15 minute drive to Orchid. read more

Don't go here. Cleaner ruined the zipper on a pair of pants and had the audacity to question me about why it had been a year since I had brought the pants in for cleaning, and if I had taken them elsewhere (I had not). I don't like the inference or the accusation I had done something wrong when it was their ineptitude that caused the problem. Instead of a check to replace the garment they did offer a prorated credit but I won't be going back simply because of the way I was treated. Will happily tell everyone I know in the area to beware. read more

After Publix stopped providing dry cleaning services a few yrs back I sat out in search of a dependable local establishment. I found both of those things in First Class. I'm always greeted promptly by name and the service is reliable. I highly recommend them if you need a dry cleaner in the area. read more

Started using this dry cleaner after a less than stellar experience with another one in the area. These people know what they're doing! I love their late hours, especially with my crazy work schedule. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. They clean my clothes thoroughly. Everything is pressed beautifully and I never have the chemical smell so often experienced with dry cleaned clothes. They are a little more spendy, but you definitely get what you pay for in this case: beautifully cleaned clothing packaged and delivered with a smile! Very happy to have found this place and planning to be a longtime customer. read more

First Class, it is. Customer Service is very good. It's a pleasure to drop things off and pick things up. The only reason they didn't get a 5-satr rating is because it's a bit pricey. But in the end, they do and excellent job and that's what counts the most. read more

I will be looking for a new cleaner. For the high prices being charged, I would expect better service especially when you engage with the manager. Every single encounter with her has been disappointing. The rest of the staff is great - unfortunately, it's a crapshoot as to who is going to be working the counter the day that you visit. read more

Decided to give them a try since they're located in the same plaza as my new job, more convenient than my usual place. When I picked up my dress, the plastic bag it was in was basically shredded and after I got home, I noticed some of the beads near the collar had been ripped off. I'll be going back to my usual place despite the inconvenience of its location. read more

I recently had a shirt dry cleaned by first class cleaners. When I received the shirt back it had shrunk significantly. I returned the shirt to first class cleaners and was told by the manager Jenny they could fix the shirt and return it to it's original size. I returned 2 weeks later and the shirt was wider than before but shorter. Again I was told this could be corrected. I returned a week later and the shirt was longer but now narrower. Finally I told Jenny that I wanted them to replace the shirt. I was told they could try stretching the shirt again. Jenny then went on to explain how her manager had my shirt in his office and was attempting to stretch the shirt back to its original size. I told her that it was a rather expensive shirt and that I didn't want them to stretch the shirt rathery replace it. I also explained I wanted the shirt's appropriate cut and fit, which I had paid for. I then submitted a claim through the cleaners to replace the shirt. 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing from the cleaners. I called Jenny's manager(I forgot his name) and was told they had sent the shirt to a laboratory to determine if the shirt's fabric was responsible for the shrinkage. If the laboratory determined it was the fabric they would provide me with a letter and instruct me to bring the letter to Neiman Marcus who would then, supposedly, replace the shirt. I called Neiman Marcus and they will not replace the shirt. I am now 3 months into this saga and have no resolution. I have yet to receive a letter, monetary compensation, or my shirt back. I have left several messages with no return call. I URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. read more

If i could leave 0 stars I would. Last year I took my daughters prom dress to this location to be altered. The seamstress botched the dress by not measuring correctly. The sewing was uneven and the dress had jagged edges at the bottom. I was overcharged when I picked up the dress. I had to go buy my daughter new shoes that were shorter to make it look less ridiculous. After several phone calls and emails I was promised a refund. The last email I got back I was told that they had decided to deny the refund. Very poor customer service by the management team when I called the day after I got the dress back. I was told that a manager would call me the next day and never received a call. I had to call back. Another company approached me to do a review and once I did first class cleaners said I was never a customer and I was asked to prove the validity of my review.....I sent them the emails between the manager and myself. read more

I was disappointed in another dry cleaner so I brought my clothes here on a Saturday morning. It is located near my work and I thought this could become my new place to drop off and pick up before and after work. Well I picked up my clothes yesterday and I was literally "taken to the Cleaners!" I had 10 shirts and 2 pairs of dress pants. My bill was $51!!!! that is more than double what the near dozen other dry cleaning locations charge. I assumed when I dropped off, based on what I gleaned from the counter employee, that I was going to pay more, but not that much. I took my clothes and immediately went to another dry cleaner and priced the same order. $24! Sorry, I will not be charged over twice as much for dry cleaning.
