If not, you can find them by the registers. They're for tagging larger items you want to buy. You put the sticker on, and take it's product/price tag to the cashier for check-out. -the store is packed with items and people, which makes moving around not so easy. I don't think it's ideal for walkers, wheelchairs, or strollers. If you have mobility challenges, navigating may be tough. -some items don't have a price tag, like the pillow I bought. I asked the cashier how the price is determined, and was advised they assign what they think is a fair price at check-out. My pillow was valued at $4. -i got there at 10:07am, 7 mins after they opened and there were people everywhere. That said, if you're a serious shopper arrive early to see the goods before the super-early birds snatch it all up. -again, it's filled with stuff; mainly furniture, home decor, dinnerware, kitchen goods, some shoes, books, and I even saw cute scarves and bags. It didn't seem like a destination for clothes. Now that I'v summed that up, I do believe it's a nice option for thrifting and would definitely recommend it.

Today I visited the new location that opened TODAY 3/3/22 (3006 Texas Ave S, St Louis Park) -- great luck!! There's plenty of parking and the space is laid out beautifully. You can really see all the items and everywhere you turn, there's something new. My mom and I like to frequent this shop to see what's new, and I think we'll come even more now that there's a new location! Be sure to follow the owners Instagram (@retrowanderlust) to keep up with any sales she has or if she has changes to her schedule. I believe she's planning on doing a bit of e-commerce, so that will be fun to see as well! We've bought some dresser drawers from RW before, and today my mom picked up a beautiful large blue tablecloth for only $28. She also bought a concrete candle for $14. I'd say pieces are priced fairly -- sturdy and unique antiques are an investment! That said, I think there's something in this store for any budget, there's a wide range of pricing. I definitely recommend going to Retro Wanderlust, and now, even better -- it's in a fun part of St Louis Park. Make a fun day of it or just go to browse the fun collection and go home. I'll be back. Thanks Karen!

There was a bin in the back that was lower cost but it was mostly sweaters and shirts that weren't my style and not what I need at the moment. Nothing to bring me back here honestly but there are certain types of people that would love this. Prices seemed steep but it's vintage and they can get away with it.

Plenty of parking in the shared lot or on the street. You'll need to be buzzed into the store as the door is locked. Once inside the shop is pretty small and jam packed with stuff....almost too much stuff. It was hard to look at items and the vibe felt a little meh. I still wanted to browse and find something to take home, I'm not sure if I missed the memo for sizing on tops but it was hard to know which section I should be looking in. There were some great finds in there, but also pretty expensive. Previous reviews mentioning prices seem to be several years old so keep in mind that you'll be spending a lot depending on what you're looking for. I will say- if vintage is your style and you're open to what you wear this would be a good stop. If you're a little more picky and looking to save some money this may not be the best option.

I can finally write this review! If you are looking for an engagement ring or any antique jewelry,…read morethis is the best place...ever. And trust me, I've looked at a lot of places. I was looking for my engagement ring. That's right, I got to pick out my own. I had been looking for about a year and just couldn't find what I wanted, or something in my price range. I found this place online and went in on a Friday afternoon. They were just opening so most of the jewelry was still in the vault. The owner, Ann, asked what I was looking for and I told her a vague idea. She went into the vault, pulled out a ring and said "Like this?". I kid you not, after looking at hundreds of rings, she got it right on the first try. There it was. Exactly what I wanted and under budget. I actually really wanted diamonds and sapphires but didn't mention that at first because it was hard to find. This ring had diamonds and sapphires! It's like she read my mind! Now, it seemed too good to be true so I put a few rings on hold and came back twice to see if she found anything else. Every time I went right back to that ring. She finally said I just had to face the fact that I finally found it. Everyone at the store was so nice and I had SO much fun talking antique jewelry and looking at their collections. It was THE BEST experience and I wish I could hang out there all the time. However, I would come home with more jewelry than my bank account would like. The best customer service. Fair pricing! Amazing selection for any budget. The store is smaller but don't let that fool you. They really just want to help you find the ring of your dreams no matter what your budget is. I cannot express enough how much I love this place!

I went home with a vintage heart locket that was worth the price and my new staple piece I wear every day! I usually find that vintage stores can really increase pricing just for the allure of vintage items but I found most things to be reasonably priced. They have such a wide variety of items that I could spend hours looking around. It's really a hidden gem. One thing to note is that there is a large collection of racist caricatures/black face dolls and figurines. It's pretty uncomfortable to look at. After another reviewer pointed it out, it reminded me to include that in my review. I don't think they should be included in the selection, regardless of its appeal for "collectors."
