You don't have to be a smoker or inhaler to support & enjoy XhaleCity's massive inventory. I come here for the CBD Bath Bombs, Incense & non-infused Gummies for my seasoned relatives to receive my drive-by/drop-off "goodie" baskets. The knowledge provided is top-rated by the millennium staff of employees & the mannerism is on point. Worst customer service I've ever encountered IN MY LIFE. The customer service has really gone downhill recently. Nothing is ever in stock, and the girl behind the counter's response to me mentioning that out loud was, "You can go to a bigger store," before she abruptly sauntered off from me. Yeah so won't ever come back here again.... I will go all the way to the Cheshire Bridge location. Even though it is 15 miles away vs 3 miles the service is better. Walk in a yes the young lady said hello but she immediately asked for my ID. I said wow I never had to present my ID before and she said We yeah you do today. I have gone to Cloud 9, Hookah Hookup, Xhale City Cheshire Bridge and a few others for Hookah supplies and tobacco. Not once did anyone ever ask for id and I actually was going to pull it out but after the unpleasant and rude tone of the associate with the purple hair I decide to take my $ else where. I had to purchase a new hookah and bowl because my friend broke it yesterday when Greenbay lost. That could have potentially been a $300 dollar sale. HORRIBLE customer service. I literally heard one employee tell another not to answer the phone. Not sure what makes this Xhale special enough to ignore customers with questions who want to avoid going all the way to the store only to find the item they were looking for is out of stock. This place has disappointed me back to back. I've been 3x and been sold defective products which I just found out I cant return or exchange. First it was a basic smok vape pen that burnt out after a week and I dont even use it daily. Next was the prince stick by smok which I was never even able to use bc both coils and the pen were burnt out as if they had been used previously. Both vape pens were set up with the help of staff as well as recommended by the staff. On 7/10 I purchased a small Mya hookah ... the middle part which attaches to the base is all rusted and causes any tobacco to taste like rust! So about $150 in total just gone down the drain. Its bad for business and the guy working Saturday when I went in didn't even attempt to offer any type of solution. I doubt I'll go back to this place for anything unless they are offering a refund. read more

I have tried this Xhale city numerous times and it is always a disappointment. I feel like I know more about vaping than the people who work there and I am a novice at best. Today the girl came over and asked if I needed help I said yes I wanted a new vape. When I didn't want the one she was trying to sell she literally just stood there and looked at me. So I didn't buy a vape. I still needed juice so I told her the kind I wanted and she showed me two but guess what not in 3mg which is what I vape. Overall a very frustrating visit. read more

Absolutely the worst location I've been to! I've been 3 times and they never have any 3mg in anything I want. I've visited this location about 3 times in the last month and half and the excuse is always "well our manager is sick so they didn't order anything". So i hope the manager gets over their month and a half long sickness. I'm sick of hearing the same excuse. The girl with the pink and blue hair has absolutely no knowledge of the products she's trying to sell. She told me there weren't any coils for my tank but when I looked in the counter there were at least 13 packs of them. Nothing like the McDonough or little 5 locations. Where do I start? Stopped in Xhale City Windy Hill about 4 weeks ago and purchased Smok X Priv Lux. 3 Days later I came back with a defective device ( device randomly increases wattage from 60-220 by itself causing me to get an extremely hard hit burning my throat. According to Jo this device had known issues and Jo grabbed a Smok G Priv and told me the only difference was the touch screen and it had better reviews. Asked if should go with another brand and was told they could only give me another Smok product. After about 3 days the G Priv device started leaking juice into the device which leaked all the way into the battery. This also caused the device to burn out 2 coils. Now I'm sitting here with 2 SMOK devices that are useless. After 6 visits to the Windy Hill location no one can seem to help. All of the issues have been verified by Cam, Johnathan and Ian. I guess what really disappointing is that the employees wondered why I would be sold those smok devices when they have known issues. Apparently Jo is no longer the manager there and I also reached out to corporate and sent a very detailed email and still no response almost a month later. I knew there was something shady going on when Jo allowed me to keep the X Priv Luxe after I went back in to let him know. I know there's not much the employees can do without a manager but corporate never answers there phones or emails. Guess its time to start purchasing online instead of a brick and mortar. Was also told that Smok has an awesome warranty. Good luck dealing with there employees overseas. read more

Out of all the smoke shops in Atlanta this is by far the most welcoming and friendly one I have been to. They have an insane amount of products, tons of cigars with flavors like vanilla (which I can't find anywhere except here) and affordable cbd products compared to the other places I have been to. read more
