I returned it twice but each one they sold me either didn't fit or was too hot to vaporize concentrates. It just caused the wax to flare up. There is an employee here--an older woman with kinky/curly hair and it's currently purple--and she's the downright worst. Always extremely rude and nasty to me, but not to to delivery people or other customers, as I have witnessed countless times before. She somehow can remember to be very rude to me every single time I stop in, yet makes me repeat my order like we haven't been encountering each other for years now. Such a bad look for this place.

They do have a ton of different types of things. Even options that are wild! Their value is pretty decent. The reason for the low stars is because every vape pen battery ive bought lasted about a week. Then never worked again. Some wouldn't work the very first time. No return policy, no store credit. I bought 2 separate mini dragon eggs, the first one was absolutely perfect. The 2nd stopped working within a month. So then I bought another product from the Lookah brand and, yet again, it stopped working almost instantly. Before this happened I spent tons of cash there but I am NEVERRR going back there and hopefully none of my friends will when I let them know. Just buy whatever isn't battery operated and you're good! I went back in and explained to him that my son is visually impaired and needed a bong for herb burning activities. He said he asked the owner and he said NO RETURNS!
