This shop is ridiculous a bunch of unprofessional kids. That know nothing about customer service. They run a online casino ie; you give them cash they set you up account for overseas online casino. I put money on casino and somehow the casino(not smoke city) there was a glitch maybe my internet connection maybe the casinos , All I know is I took screen shots called them(smoke city) and was informed they couldn't talk to me about it over the phone. So after going down there and trying to explain myself with my screenshots the salesperson was behind the counter where I couldn't even see him it literally took me being a bitch and a bit vocal for him to actually come up to the counter to deal with me. Where he explained to me after looking at the casino history that I was betting high. I told him that I did not that that is what the glitch was and that my spins were glitchy also. He then tells me that I'm the only one who has ever complained. I told him that I wanted a receipt of my transaction he basically told me that was impossible because it's not recorded. I asked him to contact the casino he wouldn't. I then told him that he would regret not having better customer service. This shop is in my neighborhood it is the only shop I go to for vape batteries etc even referring my friends I've spent hundreds of dollars on products in the store and was taken back by how terrible this kid treated me. After I left the store I went to log on to my casino account and this kid deleted my account the account Ithat was in my name that I had funded hundreds of dollars to. This shop did nothing about my complaint after I took the appropriate steps calling them taking screen shots etc they did nothing besides telling me I'm the only one who has ever complained. How can they just up and delete my casino account that I've put hundreds of dollars on. I bet these kids thought that when I said regret that I was gonna call the cops, that I don't do. This is what I do. I will be seeing this through by trying to locate the shops owner. Let me add that they deleted my casino account while I had a money on it still. read more

First time buying a disposable hush vape from them. Started tasting burnt after only having it a few days. I went to see if they would exchange for another but they told me to come back when the manager was in today before 3. I called and was told the manager was not available. I like coming here and not only buying a cigar or now cigarettes, but also the guys that run the shop are hella cool. I love the variety of pipes, and hookas they have, with different flavor's of tobacco. There cigarette prices beat most competitive cigarette vendors. There location is easy and convince to park, as they have there own parking lot. There close to my job, so if I do get a chance to change up on a vapor pen, this will be the place I'll go to. I've been told that there very knowledgable about vapor pens as well as affordable, if not they have a good assortment in upgrades and models. read more

Great selection on liquid, too bad I couldn't try any of the ones I was interested in. I understand the companies didn't send samples so that was the reason for that, however I've never heard "no" so much in one place. When I did locate a juice I could try the guy behind the counter became distracted and I never got to try it. Maybe it was the cute blonde that got all the attention? Did I have cash to spend? So I bought the Smok V8 Stick about 2 weeks ago. Shit went south in a week. Product had issues and was really concerned I got screwed over. So I took chance and went in and to my dismay the clerk made it right. I was really happy that this shop located on Yosemite Blvd of all places would have great customer service. They replaced my burnt out coil and gave me an educational demonstration on how to prep your coil before vaping. They also gave advise on what juice to use and what to avoid when buying or making your own juice. Like I said and promised here is that killer review. Puff away bros.... read more

Okay so from a hard core Vapor I was a little worried buying Vape supply's or ejuice from a smoke shop cause you always what a shop that knows there stuff and after talking to the guy I figured out fast that he knew his stuff and wasn't trying to push stuff I didn't need on me and that was a huge plus ... The selection of ejuice is crazy I have never been to a Vape shop anywhere that has the selection he has and not to mention if he don't have what you want let him know and in a week he will have it ... Now on to customer service it was perfect the dudes chill and talks to you like your a friend/customer they are very respectful and over to prices I have never seen a shop throw the deals he has ... Went here for the first time. The area is kind of crack headish lol. The shop has a great selection of vape mods and juices. Austin helped me pick out my set up. The people who work there are rude and extremely not helpful at all. I was brand new to vaping and all I wanted was something easy for beginning. Well i left with a SMOK mini tank or something like that with all these features I knew nothing about.. Not one time did these guys smile, they just look at you like you're an idiot. about a month later I went back because I misplaced my vape. This time I got what I should have originally bought/or been sold the Kanger pen. It's easy, push button and vape, which is what I told them I wanted the first time. Its just s bunch of guys just hanging out and vaping.Very unhelpful, dishonest, rude, and straight unprofessional all together. I will never ever get there ever again, and I'll make sure to tell my friends. So now I am 140$ in since January, they both don't work. No help offered at all. When I had just been around the corner and they did what he said he couldn't do right in front of me. Now that proved to me that he is a liar! My boyfriend has bought two vape pen batteries here the first one stopped working within 2 weeks. Went back and they were no help except telling me he would sell us one for 20 bucks that he usually sells for 30. I took it now it's been 2 1/2 weeks with that one and it broke. He thought maybe it was the coil attachment, the guy sold him the coil attachment for 5 and told him to go home charge the battery and then it should work. That didn't work so he turned around and went back. The guy told him he broke the coils in the attachment he had just sold him 20 minutes before and would only give him 3 of the 5 back. Then told my bf he would sell him a 50 dollar battery for 30. Right like we would continue to give you our service when your items continuously break? Something is wrong with the batteries breaking, they shouldn't consistently break like clockwork around the same amount of time. Never had this happen at any other smoke shop. And not once do they offer good customer service when their items are breaking. They try to sell you something else. Don't go here I'm very disappointed and upset that we've been loyal customers and the treatment we got is horrible. read more

They will help you out over the telephone they will help you out with what is bast for your dollar. Ask for Chris he is amazing with questions no matter how little or crazy your question might be.
