Put it in the pool and the entire cover from the main frame that he replaced came off inside the pool. picked up the cover and bring it back for a third time. they didn't charge me. brought it to my house again after an hour of using it the same rubber tracking bands came off and now I'm back there for the fourth time. It's my understanding that Billy the technician doesn't work directly for the organization and is overwhelmed with many service calls. Seems to have a lot on his plate. To many customers waiting in line for repairs and only one tech to handle all of them. I'm going on my third or fourth week without having my pool, but regardless of that I'm getting the impression that this company is not the right company for maintenance on these robotic cleaners. This store used to be my go to place for hookah products and shisha until recently…read more Up until today, they used to come close to price matching some of their prices on shisha to prices from the larger online retailers like Hookah-Shisha and HookahJohn. I took my business here because I'm a believer in supporting small businesses and shops as much as possible. Today, as I called before driving over, I was told that this is no longer possible. Specifically when asking about why a box that's available to consumers for $17 online is being sold for $25 in store, I was told to call the other store to speak to a manager. As I called the other store, the employee hung up on me mid sentence, and did not pick up any of my next few calls. When they finally did, I was told that "this is our rule and we charge you the price we need to charge you because you get the convenience of having the product now. You can buy your products online and wait". As a retail store, even though it's understandable to have prices at slightly higher levels to make a profit when not selling at larger volumes like online retailers, there is no justification to not work with customers making reasonable requests. Expecting the "lowest price guaranteed" is a lot to ask from small business owners, but customer service and reasonable prices is the bare minimum. I will do as the manager told me to and take my business elsewhere. Save your $ for someplace that doesn't hike up prices over 45% and appreciates customer loyalty.

Service: could be iffy because the line is kind of nonexistent. There is no organized line to wait on despite a packed house and I've seen guys waiting before me go ahead of me. Not fair. turn-off. Edibles: Amazing, I like to switch it up between punch bars and boss bars, but the flav chocolate /gummies hit amazing too. Lots to choose from!!! Vape: Solid vape selection, brands straight from Cali like Raw Garden (my personal favorite), Mad Labs, Big Chief, Punch Extracts (actually, Punch is probably the best!) & others, too I forgot to mention. I did have one VERY BAD experience wherein I bought a few sauce vape bars priced at 70 each -- and NONE worked! And by the time I opened the package up, it was well past the 24 hr return policy that they have. . Always have your receipts and test your vapes before you leave! Major L right there. Experiences like that make me regret not going next door instead which was/is my go-to sometimes esp for tinctures (smokers depot).. the edible drinks from smoker depot get me high whereas Green Magic's Drank Cadillac crap has never done squat .. 500mg pffftt sure. I tried their brand Vibez. The gummies are great but the disposables are meh. Flower: They have no problem letting you see the bud you prospectively buy. Also designer eighths from brands like Jungle Boys are for $60 however I've gotten an eighth of mixed shake for $5. They price by the eighth anywhere from 10 up to 50 or so. I just wish they would accept my MMJ card considering that Smokers Depot next-door does!! Again another L. Comments/Miscellaneous: Also, I'm skeptical of the things they promote like Colors, Blinkers, Fryd, Packmans, "Aces", these brands which are NOT reputable. They are FAKE. I value quality over quantity. But to be fair to Green Magic, you have a lil bit of both. Just be cautious. I wish the rooftop lounge was more usable especially during the winter months. An indoor-smoking room/lounge would have been better like what Top Notch Exotics have. The bathroom is very clean and I love the art and paint inside . VERY EASY PARKING AND ACCESSIBILITY if you come here. I was a bit critical in some aspects but no dispensary and/or smoke shop is 100% and these guys are still killin' it.
