Again, completely unacceptable. The same guy wearing the Kemp pin admitted he doesn't vape so any questions I had, he couldn't answer. They need to hire people that have experience in what they are selling.

If i could give this establishment zero stars I would. My husband and I stopped by to grab some…read morevape juice. Firstly, when we walked in the empty store we were not greeted by the owner or asked if we needed help. We looked and found the vape juice we wanted and asked him to grab it for us. I asked "why are these so expensive?" He replied "nothings cheap." I ignored the rudeness and after purchase I checked the expiration dates which were 6 months EXPIRED. I let the owner know and with an attitude he said "give me the change i gave you to get your money back." My husband did just that he gave us our money then walked away from the register and greeted a caucasian woman as she walked in. We will NEVER BE BACK. If you're a black American FIND ANOTHER VAPE SHOP. We are clearly not wanted here.

Great store, amazing service. I had just recently bought a new vaporizer from Blue Rat(not going…read moreback) and it broke. I dropped it, but I only had it for a few days. When i went back into the store the only option was, "we can sell you another one". Really? Didnt even try to help or empathize with me. Anyway, I went to Vapormax right off of hwy 78. Tara is fantastic! She managed to fix the vape and showed more concern and genuine interest in trying to help me than the store I originally bought it from! Everytime ive gone into the store she has provided all kinds of useful tips and just been genuinely helpful. If i didn't live so far away, this would be the only shop I went to, and honestly, im thinking of just making the drive all the time. Worth it.
