Yesterday 1/6/25 My boyfriend and I went in looking for a new coil and juice. Cody went way above and beyond to help us out. Our mod we have now has been leaking and it explained what could be causing it. He always cleaned out of tank and refilled it for us!! Honestly he deserves a raise! I have came to this location twice so far. And both times have been a wonderful experience. The 2nd time I came in I purchased a new vape. My sales person was Chandler. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Every question I had he explained it to me in a way I understood. I explained to him I was getting back into vaping from smoking cigarettes. He recommended a great package, vape juice and nicotine level for me to transition into. They recommended me something new I've never tried, and when I opened and tasted it taste like burnt plastic, i asked to replace it for different one and they said no, even offered to pay extra for one of the more expensive ones and they still said no. They also didn't give me my money back after I told them I didn't want it. I still gave the kid helping me a tip for trying to ask the manager if they could please do the right thing. I have been a Loyal Cloud 9 customer since they opened & this is my 1st review, Because this last Visit to Cloud 9 was much different We were met by Vince a super Knowledgable Super Helpful Guy there That knows more than juice flavors & about what they sell, in the Hardware and took the time to help me with my broken Vape & got me set up with a different unit, I walked out of there all set up with a vape that wasn't out of my league $$,he took the time & showed me how to use it, filled my tanks with the e juice I purchased, even went into detail about the different coils & how they react! I'm so thankful I listened to his advise & bought the new Fuchai 213 with the Smok big Baby Tank! I even got to roll the Dice and won a free bottle of 30 ml juice !! So this Girl is feeling confident about shopping @ Cloud 9 Vapor And I love their punch cards & their spin to win wheel & their Dice throw But most of all their great employees!! She'll find what fits your needs - not what stuffs her pockets with your cash. Even though it's my first vape store experience I did the research beforehand. And I asked her let's of questions. I've been shopping at this store almost since they opened, I have to say hands down they have the best customer service, I've thrown a few tantrums and they've always made it right, because they want the customer happy, But today was hands down my best experience, I just love the staff, however one of the managers Cody always goes above and beyond, I am covid positive but not terribly sick, however I needed vape juice, i know luxury problems... However becuz of new store police they will not accept payment over the phone, So Cody bless his heart came out to my car got my pymt and went and custom mixed my juice for me becuz I'm a princess and only want Cody doing it becuz he mixes it right lol they will custom mix flavors for you, in my case I like the Guava/peach which is a juice head flavor but becuz they don't carry juicehead they will make it for me, or pretty much anything I ask for, and that's how it should be,, I've bought every one of my mods,pods, disposable vaps etc... from this store, I've tried the other local shops and I always get ya we don't carry that here,,, Cloud9 if they don't carry it they will help me figure it out, So looking for a vape shop that makes their own juice and salts and will try and figure out a custom flavor with the right nic level or salts this is def the place!! I've been a salesman for 8 years. I've lived in St. George for 25 years. I've been a vapor for 5 years. I've religiously bought juice from shops in slc, Denver, Portland, and St. George. I can not tell you how impressive this shop is. A 30ml can run from 15$ to 25$ around. Always 15 or less. I've been so convinced of the quality in they're juice I've stuck with 2 the 3 years I've been with cloud 9. All of their employees are not only knowledgeable, but super cool and always remember my name. A biggie in customer service. Any random question I have is answered with a good answer plus reasonable conversation, invested, heartfelt convo!. If I need a specific, they go above and beyond to satisfy me. If I have a complaint, I've literally been so shocked on what Vince and friends will do to make me a happy vapor, it's something I've never seen. Free water, free candy, LOYALTY CARDS!!!! No WAIT LINE!! Dude the loyalty cards and the dice roll is a little show of appreciation to a habitual juice buyer. Which can be frustrating to a vice habit. Out of every service and product I've ever needed in St.George, Cloud9 is high in the clouds compared to my preferred grocery store. GOOD! Nice looking place, but oddly oriented. They wanted to charge me about twice as much for the Eleaf iStick as I paid in a vape shop at home. I therefore made the decision to just buy a cheap battery. They charged me $15 plus $5 for a charger for what I thought was variable, but actually is something I've gotten with a tank for less than $5 online. I could've gotten a variable wattage cheap kit from a gas station for $20. No vape shop I've been to would dare sell what they sold me, so I was shocked when I put it together, but explains the cheap price, but don't explain why they charged more than a gas station. I was expecting a step up from a gas station. I am on a family trip and it was close to the freeway and fast food places, so I was trying to make the best out of the situation, but do yourself a favor and if you're traveling just buy something from a gas station or truck stop and if you live here just buy your stuff online, trust me it's cheaper. read more

This is absolutely the worst vape shop in town! Everything is waayyyy over priced, their juice selection is terrible, and the workers make you feel weird and uncomfortable. The worst part is that it's probably the most well known vape shop in town so people settle for this crap show because they don't realize there 3-4 places that are better. I've been coming here for awhile and it's a 50/50 if you get a real disposable or fake. I've gotten a few fakes in a row now and I'm finally over it. I buy a 800 puff plus just for it to die after a few hours when it usually last about a week. After this happening a few times I decided to try a different brand but same thing it just stops working after about 30 hits. You can tell by then cheap quality of the device that it's fake and the flavors are always cheap tasting. If your trying to get a disposable don't come here. Once upon a Time a shop behind Domino's off of telegraph in 2013 once vape hit the streets destroyed southern Utah people were stealing to get their fix cloud 9 there juice aka product was the finest around southern Utah and the rest is history. I recently moved here from the bay area of California with my boyfriend. My boyfriend vape a lot and spend probably about 100 dollars a week on the different products. We were concerned that there wouldn't be any vaping stores available for us after moving here. We were delighted to find Cloud 9 Vapor! Braxton helped us get set up with six juices, all store made, and all delicious. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, and even though they were busy they were able to get to all of us quickly. My boyfriend and I left with six juices, five wicks, and a lanyard for carrying my e-pen around. I am so excited that such a good location is near home. There is one girl who is especially nice, but it seems like the rest of the employees are too bothered to leave a conversation with each other to offer any help. Bought a new tank walked outside and filled the tank, it was obvious defective, it leaked everywhere. Walked back in and they said no refunds or exchanges no matter what. The tank has never been used it is brand new. You can tell the tank doesn't screw together correctly but nope policy is policy they told me. So looks like they are selling terrible products then not offering any kind of recourse for the customer when their junky subpar products break. read more

We were nicely greeting upon entering the store ... well, the female employee shook my husband's hand, but not mine. She was very helpful ... even took him to the other side of the store where he could sample any flavor he wanted. I stayed with our daughter and talked until they were finished. When they came back, she proceeded to explain how to use it, charge it, reload and clean it, etc. She was very helpful ... even looked at me a few times and answered one of my questions. When all was said and done, I paid for everything and was ready to leave. The female employee then, shook my husband's hand ... yet AGAIN, saying "Pleasure doing business with you". FTW?!? I was standing right next to him ... looking right at her and she ignored me AGAIN!!! I don't know why she was so interested in just him, but I left the store more than pissed.
