I would not trust this clinic with your health, if they can't even follow through with a virtual appointment or have the decency to call me and re-book. still haven't heard from them 1 day later. Cloud care reviews here are confusing BECAUSE the building is supposed to be a one stop shop for all health care but the service of each office/floor is very different. There's an underground parking by Dundas square west of the building or an above ground parking east and south 2 mins walk. Expensive cuz it's downtown parking! There's both stairs(done but not finished pretty) and elevator to access all floors of this building that's part Hakim Optical. I've seen the walk in doctor in the basement floor 2.5*, and the chiro/physio/RMT office on 3rdfloor which is the 5*. Haven't seen the pain specialist or naturopath dr but hear good things. Walk in Dr review - been here twice and seen the place once empty and still had to wait when no one was in any of the rooms. Large enough waiting area with magazines and cp24 on the widescreen tv. The secretary can be off putting but when she heard dr frank upstairs sent me her tune changed. The dr seemed tired/bored of the place but he did his job properly. Chiropractor: Dr Frank I've followed Dr Frank from another office to this downtown location, it's been at least 6 years since getting treatments from him. He's got a very easy going persona and honest credibility. He's knowledgable and if uncertain he's not afraid to say so to me and look into it further. He will recommend what he believes to help without pushing nonsense like some chiros I've seen/heard about buying packages and over adjusting. I like his orthotic provider and choices of finished. I only see him as I have other therapist I see for other issues, and Frank doesn't pressure me to visit everyone in the building(the goal of the one stop shop). My friend has seen both physio (Tim) and RMT (Nancy) on top of Frank and says they are very knowledgeable as well and uses them for his sporting injuries. Secretaries all seem nice, they will direct bill (if your plan allows it)and help check/verify your coverage if you ask them. Office is new and modern, looks just like photos online. I've always had a great experience with the walk-in clinic at Cloud Care. The receptionists are always very helpful and the doctors take my concerns seriously and thoroughly. I always feel like I received proper care when I visit this clinic, which isn't the case for most walk-in clinics. I found my family doctor through Yelp... No one is surprised. They are a very comprehensive health care facility, so if you're in the market for a naturopath or massage therapist or physio to go along with your normal western medicine needs, this is definitely your place. Admittedly, I'm not that kind of girl. I want to spend as little time as possible thinking about my insides and waiting for appointments, and they are great at that, too. The clinic consists of medical doctors, naturopathic doctor, physiotherapist, chiropractor, and massage therapist, to provide an integrated solutions for the patients. Many of which have considerable experience with professional athletes or have won awards in their respect fields. One of the physician has 4 years of experience at the ER in a hospital. My friend's grandmother is suffering from a chronic illness and was fortunate enough to consult multiple staff on site. Each staff provided advice from their discipline. Horrible service. I called and they stated they were still open for walk in clinic, I came 20 mins later (4 PM) and they told me they're done seeing clients. I explained I have a really bad throat infection or strep I just need antibiotics prescribed as I need to work tonight and tomorrow I can't come back. Website states they are open until 8 PM and they said they are... but not seeing clients. I explained, I came because they said they were open, I paired $20 for parking just for them to not see me. Dr. Elinson has completely changed my life. When I first began seeing him I was in constant 9/10 pain.  I had given up exercising,  going out with friends and dating.  My self-esteem was very low and overall I felt dejected. Dr. Elinson is not only a phenomenal Doctor but also an incredibly patient,  compassionate and empathic person.  He goes above and beyond for patients and takes the time to not only listen but make you feel heard.  He constantly obtains training to keep up to date and ensure maximum benefit to his patients. After years of acceptance of constant pain and dead dreams I am at my best.  He has helped me accomplish many goals and tasks that I could not imagine being possible. I am physically active in a way that my body allows,  able to move more fluidly, looking for jobs and am taking the leap back into dating.  He is a strong advocate for you in all aspects of life and you can feel his caring and concern.  I would not be where I am without Dr. Elinson and cannot express my gratitude and admiration for him enough.  I have seen many medical professionals and found no relief or empathy. There is a lot of confusion regarding the reviews on this website. Basically, Cloud Care consists of multiple practitioners. There is a walk in clinic on the basement level and on the second floor you will find, chiropractor, physiotherapist, RMT an other medical related practitioners. I have been to the second floor to see Dr. Frank Nhan (chiropractor), Zachary Chan (physiotherapist) and Nancy Chi (RMT). My experience with Dr. Nhan and Zachary have been both beneficial and friendly. The benefits of having a multi discipline medical facility are extremely beneficial. I would recommended Dr. Nhan and Zachary Chan to anyone who is looking for treatment. read more

Dr Frank Nhan is a patient and competent practitioner. The entire process from booking to treatment to payment was efficient, clear, and professional. They accepted my insurance payment easily and have an on site gym for rehabilitation and diagnosis. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend CloudCare Clinics and I will be sending my entire staff there. They are also easily accessible from Dundas station. I have to say that It was a great experience from the moment I walked through the door. I really needed to see a doctor in the walk-in clinic. The lady at the desk was very welcoming and professional. She was not texting on her phone or distracted at all when I explained why I was there. The waiting area is very nice. The seating is comfortable. When it came to my turn to see the doctor, which I must say wasn't a long wait at all, I was guided to an exam room. Dr Hussein was the one that saw me. He asked me all the right questions, was very professional, yet had a laid back approach, which was a good thing. I was also looking for a family doctor and he helped me book my next appointment for a "meet and greet". At this appointment he took a brief medical history of me which I never had done with my previous doctors. I look forward to seeing him again for any other issues that may come up. Attention Ryerson students! Or students in general! This clinic is straight in the heart of downtown and available for younglings like myself or anybody really! I had and still do have a great experience here. Top notch, quality equipment, great doctors, and awesome service. Fairly new practice and they have family doctors/GPs you can register with. I honestly can vouch for this clinic. I moved from Montreal, and found this clinic through yay yelp! and I think it was the best decision I made to be part of their clinic care as a patient. Patient interaction is extremely professional, fast, and their clinic is super progressive. They have both male and female doctors, so whatever you are more comfortable with! I have been seeing the naturopath, chiropractor and massage therapist and my family doctor is there too. They are very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They try to explain everything until you understand what the problem is and how to fix it. I have seen different doctors in the past and even paid more money and not seen results. But at this clinic I have had great results so far, I have been improving in everything that I've been working on. The last thing I am going to work on with them is my knee issue. I've been going to the Pain Clinic there for a few years. Dr. Gupta has ultrasound for guided needle placement, they do Plasma injections, they have a Chiropractor, and a massage therapist who is also very good. I would highly recommend this practice for pain management. read more

Used to really like this place - I even once gave it a four star review. I've been a regular patient of Dr. Yu for two years and liked her very much. I've also had great experiences with the physiotherapy clinic and the yoga studio. The reception staff were dreadful, but to be honest, I've never been to a clinic where they weren't. Then Dr. Yu left and no one bothered to inform her regular patients. We're all just left high and dry without a doctor for an indefinite period of time. Apparently there's a replacement, but every time I try to book an appointment with her, she's too busy. The clinic has also forgotten to fax refill orders to my pharmacy a number of times, and when I've confronted them about it, they've flat-out lied to me about the dates of my last appointments and prescriptions. I've been happy with the doctors here, but the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the staff has forced me to look elsewhere for medical care. Such a shame. read more

When we asked for a full physical body check up, we we only had blood work by Dr. Kur. And basically just said everything is good and that we are healthy. She didn't really ask for more details about our history. My boyfriend has real problems with his knee and he was just instructed to go to xray. When asked if he can get an MRI, he was told it will take a very long time and that she doesn't even recommend it to cancer patients. We were appalled but didn't know what to do. She made us feel like she wasn't interested in ensuring that we are in good health and good shape even after telling her our health concerns. She could have at least given us options or maybe tell us the right process to get a full physical check up. I do not recommend this clinic and this doctor. To top it all, the receptionists are all rude and unfriendly. read more

My experience with Cloud Care Clinic was fantastic! I had just moved to Toronto from Australia and had been experiencing severe lower back pain which ran from my back, right down my leg and into my foot. I went to see Zach Chan, one of the physiotherapists at the Cloud Care Clinic - and I could not have been happier with the attention that I received. Within less than a month, most of the pain had been relieved through the exercises Zach prescribed for me as well as his massage therapy. However, what set Zach apart from the physios I'd seen in the past, was his dedication to the work. There were many times i'd email him regarding rehabilitation techniques, appropriate gym warm ups and just things that i'd forgotten to mention during our appointment and he his responses were always fast and thorough. I could not recommend Zach more highly. read more

The walk-in doctors I have met (Dr. Grewal and Hussain) were attentive, knowledgable and very caring. But I was appalled by the receptionists and some trainees that seemed to have placements there. When I went to get a regular blood test done for a school requirement, a nurse trainee failed to insert the IV properly into a vessel and kept giggling during this unsettling situation, while the needle was still in my arm. She continued to giggle and said I should relax while moving the needle around trying to locate the vein in my arm. I told her i'd be glad to get this done elsewhere if she felt uncomfortable but she refused, kept trying, and blamed my apparently small veins. Her mentor (?) took over after seeing her struggling, which made the situation proceed smoother. After I called the receptionists to request for my vaccination record, they scanned what looked like a part of my clinical summary (not an official record) in a slanted angle and didn't include any letterhead or any official identity of the clinic. Instead, a cut-off URL was included at the top right corner of the pdf. They seriously could not care any less. Why waste your talented doctors with such poor staff? Go to another clinic to save yourself the headache and traumatizing needle poking. read more

Doctor Jessica Yu is probably the only decent doctor in this clinic. This is one of the usual spots I chose because of its location and the wait time in the morning is usually reasonable. However, expect to wait up to an hour or more if you come in after 12noon. read more

Edit Christina G. Skip it! I was very much in need of seeing a doctor Saturday morning. They say they open at 9am. I was the first and only person in at 9am by 9:15 the secretary tells me that she has "texted" the doctor and is waiting to hear from him. She later calls him and informs me he's not anwering so she has no idea when he will arrive. By 9:25 she tells me he has "texted" her saying he is stuck in traffic and will be another 20mins or more!! Unproffesional and unreliable! If you don't have doctors in until 10am than don't advertise you are open at 9am. The only reason I went to this clinic was because it was the only clinic downtown that was open before 10am and I needed to be at work by 10am. Just a horrible experience. read more

This is the absolute worst clinic in the city. The receptionist at the front desk is an absolute moron and completely incompetent. She told us that they do stitches and had us wait almost an hour while bleeding, she said there was a 30 minute wait time, to find out from the doctor that they actually don't do stitches. We called before leaving for the clinic and reconfirmed with her in person before joining the waiting list. This clinic is a 2 mins walk from St. Mike's hospital. She could have sent us there, rather than make money for their clinic. The doctor was fine and helpful, and it's not his fault; however I would still say do NOT go to this clinic! I haven't had the best experience here. The receptionist isn't the nicest. I got a new family doctor here but she never seems to remember me, and always asks the same questions, then looks through her notes and says "oh right, I already asked you that." She suggested that I do an ultrasound, then forgot that she suggested that, so I brought it up and she actually asked, "why did I suggest that again?" ummm...you're the doctor?? I remember at the end of one of appointments, after completing a test, she said: "you should do this every year. you can even come back here if you want." ...isn't she supposed to my GP? They also don't schedule appointments on the same day, even if a time slot is available... which is weird? read more

I have been more than 8 times and I have my family doctor there (Dr Growal). The doctor is really awesome, she is taking time to listen to me and trying to find solutions every time! It is really appreciated to have a doctor like that. The cloud clinic has extended hours which is great. I am little bit sceptical though with the people doing blood test I went there last saturday for a blood test, 2 persons couldn't find my blood after trying with 6 needles!!...They kept trying to find a vein moving around the needle inside my arm which caused a lot of pain...The receptionists are furthermore not really nice when I call them to make an appointment, it seems they dont like their work. read more

As far as walk in clinics go, this is as good as it's going to get for a country with free health care and their hours are great! The volume is usually the cause for the wait more than anyone working slowly. Even when it's busy, I rarely have to wait more than 30 minutes before I'm sent into a room. Dr. Yu has become my family doctor a while back and since then I've also brought my sister here who loves her too. Dr. Yu listens intently, never rushes you, talks you through all the process she'll perform, and trusts your pain level in cases where I have found some doctors can be quite dismissive. Yes, I have found that ONE of the receptionists is always Incredibly rude and impatient with everyone -Joanna, where if you respond in a way she doesn't factor, she'll be so quick to tell you that you're rude- but other than her, all the other receptionists are friendly. (Eg- I wasn't even speaking with her because through enough encounters, I've never been a fan. She jumped into my conversation while interrupting me and kept repeating herself like a broken record. When I told her she's already told me the same thing, she just smiled and told me I'm rude and to stop spreading lies. I've also heard many people complain about her while waiting on several occasions) There's no parking but there's plenty of street parking and it's just a couple steps from Dundas station. I'd love to give this place 5 stars but I had to knock off a point just over that one person. read more

It's very rare to find a walk-in clinic or even a doctors office so friendly and helpful. I was desperately needing to see a doc for a bad headache that i experienced and didnt want to wait long so i decided to call up a few clinics in the dt area to see which one had the shortest wait time. Once I arrived at this clinic, the front desk ladies were very friendly and i was seen immediately. I saw Dr. Husain and he was very courteous ans attentive and really tried to understand my problem. Most doctors are always rushing you when you try and tell them why you are there. The doctor even recommended a massage therapist that i could see on the second floor and i was taken in right away despite their busy schedule. Overall, the staff provided amazing service and the ambience of the clinic was very welcoming and clean. I definitely will come back here if i need to see a doc again! read more
