10 days ago, I bought 2 full-size cartridges, from 2 different brands, one "typical" type and one…read moreStiizy square cartridge. Both of them are now empty and bubbling after struggling to provide a puff, because they've leaked out of the mouthpiece and get sticky liquid on my lips, hands, etc. when they finally break through the resulting resin clog. The concentrate is like lava as it sputters out of the mouthpiece, which then becomes clogged from the resin boiling up into the mouthpiece. I've purchased these exact cartridges from these exact brands every month, for years, and this is the second time I've ever had a defective cartridge - except 100% of my cartridge order was defective. This is an IMPRESSIVE feat of statistics. I've used the same battery types over the years, at conservative temperatures, and I didn't change anything other than place of purchase for this order. These cartridges always last at least a month each. BOTH of these full-size cartridges self-destructed within 10 days. I got 10 days out of the purchase of a 60-day supply. I'm not sure if they get review alerts in real time at the store, but maybe I should have waited before posting my first review (I had had the spare time, as I waited outside for the 24 hour business to open)...? Anyway. We have SO many places to choose from. This place is just not a choice I'll make in the future and you might want to think twice about it. :-)

I already uploaded my government documents online, and they have a designated line for online orders, but a budtender stocking orders guided me to the normal line to check in anyway. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. On top of that, the intake process is redundant. They asked for and verified my physical ID two different times at different spots, which is different than the usual. The staff has zero hospitality. The energy is just cold and transactional, and nobody seemed happy to help an out-of-state patient. It was my birthday and I didn't even get a "happy birthday" from the staff, though at least the system recognized it and automatically applied $10 off. Instead of basic hospitality, the budtender tried to "educate" me on recreational vs. medical buyers, which just came off confusing. I actually wanted to add more to my order and leave a tip, but their checkout process is so unclear I couldn't figure out how to do either before the transaction was done. To top it off, I didn't even get a receipt or invoice when I checked out. That's weird af, especially as an out-of-state medical patient because I have zero way to verify if they actually charged me the correct tax rate or applied the discount right. It wasn't busy at all which was the only nice part, but they have major flaws in their setup and customer service. I won't be back here unless I absolutely have to.
