I wanted to bring attention to an experience I had a few months ago. I was dissatisfied with the service I received, and all I did was express my concerns in a calm and professional manner. However, when I returned to the store later, I was told that I was banned (or "86'd"), which I found surprising and unfair. I believe I have every right to express my thoughts regarding the service, especially when it comes to issues like customer service. I did not cause a scene, nor did I make any disruptive comments. I simply pointed out that the employee assisting me was not providing the level of service I expected. I would appreciate clarification on this matter and hope for a fair resolution. Poor customer service. Every time I enter this business regardless of the time there is ALWAYS a line! They take people who come in after you first when you've already been waiting!! The cashiers talk wayyy too much and joke around which causes long wait times!! Literally it's every time ! Was going to purchase two 1/2 grams for $14 each total $33. Handed the budtender $36, but changed my mind and decided to purchase 9/10 of a gram and my total was $24 and change. He hands me $8 and I tip $5. I get in my car, look at my receipt an realize he short changed me $3 by charging me a cc fee although I paid cash. I go back inside and explain and he hands me $5 back from his tip jar. I explain I'm still short and he just looks at me. I was there on an opening day and you guys used to be phenomenal but now you have downgraded to ounces that are 16% or less and that's all you guys ever seem to have. Over the phone nobody is accurate whether your ATM is working or not you have people that work there to hate their job and speak on it a lot. I valued this dispensary at one point in time I would rather drive 30 miles away than to deal with what new leaf has to offer now. At this point, you guys have a regular in a bag, and I am sick of hearing that you guys are understaffed to the point where our order is not put up over a weeks time which is ridiculous. This place is nice, they have a lot of products to choose from. There's a nice display so that you could see what the bud looks like. The budtender was really nice and answered the couple of questions I had. She was friendly and made a good recommendation. I think that they have parking in the back of the store, but I've only parked in the front. The front has 2 spots LoL Overall, I think that this is a nice place and I'll visit again. Went and got some pre rolls well half of them came with a quarter of the weed missing.., I know I didn't get top shelf but I definitely didn't get bottom and that's what I feel like I got. If I could put none I would. It was my first time at this dispensary and the budtender rushed me through the process as I struggled due to my bank was temporarily shut down for a moment. He asked me to move aside as he assisted customers, then after he helped them with their orders and my account was still struggling he began sighing and rolling his eyes as I called my wife to see what's going on with our bank. A moment into my phone call one of his coworkers mentioned they are going out back to smoke, now whether it's weed or a cigarette I don't care, you should not rush the customer. I don't want to ever go back to this dispensary. The deals aren't terrible, but they tax the crap out of you. My new go-to. My first time visiting here and they did not disappoint. The aesthetic and decor are a nice vibe. I came here on a Wednesday morning at 2AM solo. I was the only customer there when I first arrived, but they have security so I did not feel unsafe or uncomfortable at all, despite the location being in a sketch area. This is the BEST dispensary I've found in Las Vegas other than overpriced Planet 13! They had Camino edibles for $19.00 versus the $35.00 that their competitor charges ... a WIN indeed. I used to go here a lot and I love their deals but lately the service is SH**!! Lately it has been the bud tenders being rude asf but this time was by far the most worst experience ever. I drive from Henderson to get my green at NuLeaf. Let me give you the full break down: I know there are other locations but I'm loyal and return when I get the same service for years. I remember when this place was not remodeled. I like their "member" card but HATE all the spammy text messages from rando numbers which IS why they get 4 starts. OMFG it's annoying AND on the daily too! I'm so glad I changed my number - I mean even thinking about it now as I drop my review I want to give NuLeaf a lower star rating. 100% As far as the reason why I go there, I'm never disappointed. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the product is always acceptable. The price I pay is worth the drive from Henderson. Straight up! Sometimes I have more stems than I want, and it certainly will never compare to what I got in dispensaries while living in San Diego, BUT the potency of the green and variety of srtains for indica, hybrid, and sativa ARE worth the drive. The staff is always friendly, although not too personable. There is security, even in the parking lot behind the venue (which does have the potential for being sketchy.) The hours ARE later than a lot of locations, but the parking lot is also a little more on the grimy at night. JS The location itself is not in the best neighborhood, but I'm not bougie either. I like the decor on the inside and it is very clean. Each budtender cleans their service window after every patient. Some places either feel like you're going into a trap house, or FBI set up and that is a "not gonna return" for me. The places where the security have semi guns also are we a no for me. I use it love coming here but the vibe is so off and I see why people be rude to them. I walked in today and the oversized rent-a-cop with the bald pink head was being stereotypical. I walked in a black women all I said was hi and handed my id he didn't say anything so I'm like cool. Then I walk off homeboy was all smiles and greetings when this white couple walked in. I've been a loyal local for over a year now and I've been having problems getting ripped off on my carts. Usually I check in store and they're okay with swapping it out for a more appropriate/filled cart especially for what I'm paying, when I can go across the boarder and get the same thing for $20. But lately I keep forgetting to check and when I get home about a quarter of my cart is already gone when I'm paying for .9 and practically getting .7 which is a big difference in carts. Now I just called to ask what the heck is up with that and why they keep turning out like that and how it's okay to sell... basically I was told that's just how their made and because of the pressure and packaging that it's leaking and/or "looks" like there's less in the cart, and I can look it up to understand the process better, and that's cool, already know the process, but I'm still paying for a .9 and deserve a .9 not anything less especially for an in-house made brand !! I just hope y'all can fix it cause you're amazing in every single other aspect as a dispensary. I discovered this after attempting to charge my battery various times, then purchasing a new one. When I called about the issue- I was told I needed the packaging (which I threw away already) to get the product information, & there was nothing else they could do. Being that I've been a long term customer/rewards member for quite some time, I was extremely disappointed no further effort was made to fix the issue. I have been ordering delivery from them for a few months now. Wait times have improved from 4-6 hours for delivery to 1-3 hours, which is cool. But what is uncool is they recent sold me an empty container pre-roll. Not mad about that mistakes happen but when I called to see about a credit the person on the phone was disinterested in helping and suggested I bring the empty container back to the store w a receipt, I don't live by your store and I don't mess up, I would think it's east enough to look up my order and given me a credit. It's not the money it's the principle and the poor customer service needs to be addressed. read more
