However, when I returned to the store later, I was told that I was banned (or "86'd"), which I found surprising and unfair. I believe I have every right to express my thoughts regarding the service, especially when it comes to issues like customer service. I did not cause a scene, nor did I make any disruptive comments. I simply pointed out that the employee assisting me was not providing the level of service I expected. I would appreciate clarification on this matter and hope for a fair resolution. I remembered what I had ordered so I let them know, my order came out to $324.23 which was higher than I was quoted but whatever, after paying I thought I had to pick up my order somewhere else because the guy that helped me didn't give me my order I had just paid for. So I had to look for someone to ask where do I pick up? And found out the guy forgot to give me my order. Bad experience already. Fast forward to 04/08/26 I looked at my account online and discovered that my points were not there so I called to see why, the woman I spoke to said she didn't know and in fact there wasn't even an order history for my name???? wth? So I explained I in fact came in on 4/1 and placed an online order. She again said no history, I told her well I had over 300 points missing and she proceeded to tell me "it does not matter anyway because all points reset May 1st anyways" I said "what does this have to do with my points?" The lady then said " if you don't use them they reset May 1st" I said "well how do you know how many times I will be coming in for April?" She remained quiet. I smoke often because I am disabled and have severe pain everyday and to be treated like this is not professional and really bad for business! I have questions though so what happened to my order history and if it doesn't exist who went home with my $324.00????? They don't know how often I come in to redeem my points they just assumed I'm not a frequent shopper. Management needs to get it together there because I think there are some thieves among you! I was confused because I had never used their delivery service since moving to Las Vegas. I explained that it might be an old profile from a previous visit when I was on vacation and that I simply wanted clarification so the issue could be fixed properly. I work in IT, so I understand how duplicate or outdated profiles can happen. Following the instructions given, I canceled the order and placed a new one with the updated information. However, when the driver arrived, she called again and claimed I had not provided the correct delivery details, even though I absolutely did. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, the driver spoke to me in a very accusatory tone and treated me as if I had done something wrong. When I calmly explained that the information was entered correctly and that the issue likely related to an old account profile, she became visibly irritated. She then threw the product toward me, left immediately, and did not provide my change. My order total was $107, and I gave $120. I have cameras outside my apartment that recorded the interaction. I contacted the store to report the situation, but was told the driver was not there and they could not address it immediately. I'm not someone who normally leaves negative reviews. I was genuinely trying to resolve a technical issue so it would not happen again. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Customers deserve basic courtesy and accountability. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses it appropriately.
