The girl helping us assumed I was just an Uber driver dropping off tourists, and immediately started upselling them. She fed them nonsense--like claiming Stiiizy Diamonds are harsher than Provisions--just to push their $50 total up to $90. ​Now I know exactly what happens to my passengers when I drop them off here. That $20 driver kickback means nothing to me if my people are getting scammed. I was confused because I had never used their delivery service since moving to Las Vegas. I explained that it might be an old profile from a previous visit when I was on vacation and that I simply wanted clarification so the issue could be fixed properly. I work in IT, so I understand how duplicate or outdated profiles can happen. Following the instructions given, I canceled the order and placed a new one with the updated information. However, when the driver arrived, she called again and claimed I had not provided the correct delivery details, even though I absolutely did. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, the driver spoke to me in a very accusatory tone and treated me as if I had done something wrong. When I calmly explained that the information was entered correctly and that the issue likely related to an old account profile, she became visibly irritated. She then threw the product toward me, left immediately, and did not provide my change. My order total was $107, and I gave $120. I have cameras outside my apartment that recorded the interaction. I contacted the store to report the situation, but was told the driver was not there and they could not address it immediately. I'm not someone who normally leaves negative reviews. I was genuinely trying to resolve a technical issue so it would not happen again. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Customers deserve basic courtesy and accountability. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses it appropriately.

She became EXTREMELY upset because I was questioning the cost of my items per her advising of my industry discount. She stated it was 50%. I asked her repeatedly and she stated the same amount however my total was not reflecting a 50% discount. She showed me the screen which showed 20% discount and an additional 5% because I'm medical and you cannot stack discounts. I asked again about the 50% that she stated. She became agitated. After our discussion she stated "Cookies is right behind us. You can ALWAYS go there!". I did not say anything. I paid for one 1/8 opposed to three because of her rudeness. After I paid I simply asked "What is your name and manager's name. She refused to give it to me saying she doesn't have to and that I was extremely rude. Rude for questioning your cost and my discount?!!! I don't think so. She proceeded to yell and degrade me at which time I returned the insults. As I was leaving she proceeded to follow me in a manner on camera that was in an aggressive manner, like she wanted to fight. I am in a walking boot. When she came around the cashier counter and proceeded to follow me, I repeatedly told her not to because it seemed she was trying to fight. As I passed the door she was still yelling profanities and I never spoke to the manager that "supposedly" was coming on duty at that time. The employee told the gentleman at the desk who was laughing smh to 86 me and continued to yell insults, made a heart symbol and told me "to kiss her ass" as I was exiting the store. The employee is the white girl, heavy chested, about 5"2 with bright purple hair. Highly unpleasant from the start, unprofessional and I felt threatened. That is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! I have continued choosing this dispensary over countless others because of the service and consistency I have received over the years. My interaction with Alfred fell well below the level of professionalism I expect from your brand. Rather than answering my questions respectfully, he was dismissive, condescending, and lacked basic customer etiquette. Instead of educating a customer, he made me feel as though I was asking foolish questions. No customer, especially one who has remained loyal to the same location for over eight years, should leave feeling belittled. As someone who regularly reviews businesses, I know exceptional customer service is what creates loyal customers and positive word of mouth. Poor customer service has the opposite effect. After this experience, I understand why this location has accumulated so many negative reviews centered around customer interactions. One employee can have a significant impact on a business's reputation. Alfred's communication style is undermining the customer experience and, in my opinion, diminishing the reputation of your brand one interaction at a time. I am sharing this privately because I believe owners deserve the opportunity to address concerns before loyal customers simply stop returning or post public reviews.
