I'm so extremely disappointed with this place. It's taken me a year to make this review because I really wanted to give this place a chance and I'm so upset with everything. Last February I had gotten Botox and lip filler for the first time ever. It was recommended by a friend so I figured I'd give it a go. When I went in for my Botox it was given to me so quick without much information. About a week later my eyebrows were completely lopsided to the point you could visible tell. I went back to ask them if there was anything they could do about it and he told me to give it another week or two. So i did and it was still the same if not worse! When I went back I tried to explain it to him and I felt like he thought I was crazy. Even though you could tell just by looking at my that my one eyebrow was MUCH higher then the other. I'm a shy person when it comes to these things but again I tried to explain and he didn't really care what I had to say. Shot me up with more Botox and sent me on my way. Another week went by and my eyebrows were so bad that people were staring at me. I called the office to explain and the doctor wouldn't even come on the phone. He told the front desk to tell me to "wait it out again". I had to stay like that for 3 months ( how embarrassing ) until the botox wore off. When I got my lip filler they didn't even numb me. They sat me in the chair and did it so fast ( it was painful and uncomfortable ) and when he inserted the needle it went right through my lips not even on the top or bottom lines. I was left with massive bumps and he told me to go home and massage them. Again I waited two weeks and the bumps were getting bigger and bigger. When I asked why that was happening he had the nerve to laugh and tell me I was impatient and that I needed to wait. I was so upset with how unprofessional this was. I waited an entire month to two months before going back and showing him how bad the filler was placed and how big the bumps were and he AGAIN told me to wait. It's been over a year now and the bumps are so bad that it's been a nightmare for me to even smile in pictures. I went to a new place and they told me they have never see such bad placement of filler before. Now spending ridiculous amounts of money to dissolve them ( almost three times now ) and get them refilled. Safe to say my first experience with cosmetic procedures was an awful one thanks to this place read more

This physician does such an excellent job on Botox and I'm always skeptical about using a Groupon for something like that, but his aesthetic results came out amazing and I've been here twice. Both times awesome results! The pricing is fantastic and it's not diluted like some other places you can tell the Botox isn't up to par, this has clear and affective results. I will be back for more Botox and thinking of trying their hydra facial as well! read more

I went for an injectable and entered downstairs which was chaotic and medical but luckily the Cloud La Med Spa (strange name) was upstairs. I was directed up there and it was like walking into an oasis for beauty. The staff was welcoming, kind, nice and the doctor doing my Juvederm procedure was polite and intentional in his attempt to make me feel comfortable during the procedure. It was smooth and I saw the furrow lines around my mouth disappear immediately. Very little redness or swelling. I love this place and so I am going back. I found this little gem on Groupon! It is a charming little place and I am happy with my results. The rn Cynthia was extremely knowledgeable about the procedures, and answered all of my questions. Spoke with doctor who was friendly and kind and as gentle as he could be with the injections. I had 60 units of Botox in my forehead, crows feet, and 11's. Cynthia and the doctor both made the process very comfortable and always asked me if I needed a break! I already booked my next appointment. read more

Horrible experience. Went in for lip fillers, Dr. punctured a blood vessel in my lip. For the next 8 + days I had black lips and huge bruises on my face. I had to fight to get my money back. They kept claiming that they had credited my account which they didn't. Finally I had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Never again. Run far far away! read more

I never really write reviews. But I have to say I was very disappointed in this place. I had Botox for the first time. I explained I wanted The very fine lines around my eyes to disappear. I received 20 units. Everything seemed OK. My one eye swelled and was bruised. But it's been almost 2 weeks and my one eye is still extremely bruised. to make matters worse I don't see any difference. So I am out $200 and petrified to try Botox again. Research where you go ladies and make sure you get a good consultation. read more
