So we headed out to Natural Grocers and they do have them. I've decided to look for Duck Fat and yes they have them. I use it to cook. It has K2 Vitamin properties and you know what they say, its better to eat your food than taking supplements. But if you got only supplements why not. I also bought MCT oil and my mom also bought Jarrows: Glutathione supplements. We really loved it here. I just ran out of Duck Fat, I am due again to return and get a new jar. I should stock them up.

I eventually asked him "what's a good brand?" and he responded with "all the BCAAs are to the right. Right there in front of you". I said "I know that but what is a good brand?" And he replied "oh they're all basically the same". He wasn't even listening to my question, was too worried about what was on TV. I'm sure one reason they've been around that long is because of the great food a great service. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I've stopped in several times when passing thru Marble Falls and have never been disappointed. They have everything you can think of-- alternative organic vegan health related; even crystals, books--you name it. Also, they have a kitchen that serves up fresh health food daily--what must be the best tasting health food I think I've ever had. This place feels like home. Almost makes me wish I lived in Mineral Wells. Everything is Gluten Free and Dairy Free--even the sweeties. So, if you have any food, allergies or sensitivities, this is the place. They also offer all kinds of health and healing modalities and therapies in the back. I'm usually just passing thru whenever I stop by, so haven't checked out their other services yet, but they do have an online sight where you can find more info. The frozen entree dishes are my fav. If, however, you're like me, pulling a travel trailer or driving a big rig, then the best option is to park on Northwood Drive where there's plenty of free street curb parking available and then take a short walk to the store. Unless this person worked 12 hours or something I don't see why anyone should close a store up that's suppose to be open without anyone attending to the store front. Cars and customers are passing by and leaving because of this. If there's an issue with only one person working then probably should have two people work in the evening.
