It's a great place overall, especially the selection and quality of the vapes. I've been about four times. The young lady on the left is always really friendly, helpful, and has great customer service. The young lady on the right has been the complete opposite in my experience. She doesn't really greet me, the interaction feels kind of quiet and awkward, and there's no real effort to make conversation or ask if you need help. I often feel rushed when I'm there. I've also noticed the owner will step in sometimes to greet or talk during my transactions with her, which makes the difference in customer service stand out even more. On my last visit, my significant other asked for an item and she grabbed it, then immediately went to the register even though I was still looking at the vapes. He had to tell her we weren't done looking yet. It felt like we were being rushed instead of being able to finish shopping. read more

We're new to Temple but have made Valour Vapor our vape shop. We're loyal customers. First and foremost, the staff is incredible. They're knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. Been going here for about 2 years and really feel like family. Preston is awesome and is always the go to if your unfamiliar. He always points you in the right direction. Great service and best of all a great warranty plan for the store (a lot of shops do not offer a 7 day return policy). One of the best selections in central Texas for all of your smoking needs. Anytime I go in the vape shop everyone is willing to go above and beyond to make sure I like what I am purchasing. Best selection of vape juice, devices and any disposable you can think of. They even have a "try before you buy" bar for their e-juice selection. They offer a discount for military and disabled Veterans. I will never shop anywhere else. read more

We moved here from Cali and tried several shops. Some even promising to order the juice I prefer. After 3 months of playing games with another shop we decided to try Valour. This place is amazing!!! He already carries the juice and ordered my husbands. He didn't wait a few months, he did it right away.
