The girl behind the counter was completely rude she works during the day and even though she said she was having a bad day we decided to leave and wait to speak to her owner my wife and I go there every couple days and spend money frequently so we should not be subject to that kind of behavior no matter what your day is like your customer is your whole business ! And the way you treat them is very important because without customers you don't have a business we will not be shopping at this store anymore read more

Saturday there was an incident where a man was stabbing his GF in the leg and beating her in their parking lot. Not only did the employees (a men and a woman) not do anything to help save this poor YOUNG woman, but they didn't even call the police. The woman had came into their business pleading for help and they DID NOTHING. NOTHING. My mother was the ONLY person to stop and try and help this woman. Their reasoning 'They (county) are always trying to shut us down'- so you are going to let a young woman be beaten up and stabbed in your parking lot for appearances? BULLSHIT. I will NOT be supporting this business further. Now I know its not their job to keep you safe but to not even call 911? Pathetic excuse for humans. TERRIBLE. And I went often. I will be taking business to the internet and other smoke shops. AVOID!!!!!! read more

This place is so expensive. 6 dollars for a pack of 24 papers is crazy. Passed on that and went to check out the glass, saw a couple decent rigs that looked cool, when I asked about where and who they were from they young gentleman working the counter couldn't tell me. He pointed me twords some things that he did have names on however (which is how they earned a second star). But they weren't exactly what I was looking for. The other 90 percent of the store seems to be a mediocre hookah lounge, a sex shop, and gag items up charged x5 from what Spencers gifts in the mall would charge you. I'd politely pass on shopping at this establishment, and I wish the temple and belton Area had some thing better to offer in terms of smoke shops. Guess I'll keep ordering offline, thank you for your time and thanks for trying, Munson (whatever a Munson is anyways) read more

Just bought a Valentines Day gift here. The staff was excellent. They helped me make a great decision and were knowledgeable about their products. I also has to grab a few incense, which I usually come for. The Shop is Very Beautiful Too. I make the drive from Killeen, although it is plenty of similar shops in my area. read more

i would like people to know that munson emporium is a really great place. i think what i liked best was cheech walking around the store with me just talking and answering question. we were on a budget and mac helped my husband in getting the right products that we needed. i am not sure what the little blone girl name is but she helped with my service animals were we would not tear the shop up.. i called the shop and spike was really nice to me he could help me even throught mac and cheech was not their. the shop was clean and they have everything a person needs. i had a great experence and if you are looking for difference ideas munson's emporium can help. try this store for yourself. you will not be disappinted. read more

I'm not much of a "reviewer" but this place deserves a good one. I had no idea how big it was first of all. Second, the staff was so helpful that I was actually able to easily find exactly what I was looking for. The problem was there was so much cool stuff I've never seen before so I ended up being there for over an hour admiring the inventory. I met the owner while I was there as well. A really down to earth guy that truly loved being there and it showed. So happy I discovered this shop during my travels, I'm marking it on my map as a must stop for the next time I pass through Texas. read more

We LOVE this shop!!!! The store is jam packed full of merchandise. We have been to many glass shops, and have seen some bad imported items, but this place carries quality, American made glass. You could spend a whole day here, and not see everything. I was really impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The prices are great. We never got a chance to check everything out, as we didn't have the time on this trip, so we will definitely be back. read more

Holy crap, what a store...it's HUGE!!! They have everything you could imagine and the husband and wife that own the place are so nice and accommodating. The husband is pretty funny too, I've spent hours shooting the shit with him. They are experts on that whole vaping thing...ya know, all the kids are doing it these days. I don't know what these other guys are talking about, cause their customer service is on point. They have a great selection of mods, vapes, glass and random awesome stuff. Love this place! Summer time hookah lounge is very cool! Quite a large store with an insane amount of inventory crammed in there. Extensive selection of glass smoking gear, which is my personal favorite. My lady picked up a mech mod (vapor) and these guys even set us up with some custom coils.
