I won a Robes and Roses experience at Cloud Nine and the appointment was far better than i could have dreamed! Alecea selected a few dresses for me before I arrived that matched my vision and she did absolutely amazing. I tried about 5 dresses on but landed on the first one I tried that she selected for me. Everything about my experience was amazing and she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I have never gone dress shopping so i don't know how their price compares to others but i felt like it was reasonable! highly recommend cloud nine for any brides-to-be! read more

My weddings in June 2022. I wanted to pick up my dress early.The experience I had a cloud nine was phenomenal is the best way I can say it. They listen to everything I wanted they had a feel for my personality and they showed me everything under the sun made sure I was very happy with the dress that I picked. If you get to work with Shelby the goddess on her their Instagram. Who shows off dresses with a more realistic body type that is beautiful. She is beautiful inside and out. Consider yourself the luckiest person she really takes her time with you she really listens to what you want deep down that you didn't even know you wanted. Also being a bride in a small town. That is getting married to another woman I didn't feel uncomfortable or judged all I felt was love. I felt like I was shopping with my sister. She told me what would look good on my body type what wouldn't look at on my body type she told me what lease was beautiful what lease wasn't beautiful what tool is comfortable at two wasn't comfortable she's a very honest person and a lovely person They made me feel like love is love and no one can take that away from me and I will tell everyone i know to go there. After having a bad experience at a previous bridal store, and with a few weeks left until my wedding day, I stopped in this store without an appointment and was welcomed. The young lady that assisted me, Shelby, along with the entire staff team, was beyond wonderful. They showed a tremendous amount of patience and listened to exactly what my wishes were and helped me pick the perfect dress for my big day. I couldn't have come across a more caring group of individuals! Cloud Nine was the first bridal appointment that I made to look at wedding dresses while my friends and I were in town for the weekend and I am so glad that I did! I came to Cloud Nine to try on wedding dresses for the first time and believe it or not... the first dress I tried on is the one I said yes to!! I did not say yes right away because I wanted to enjoy the experience of wedding dress shopping and make it last. When working with the staff here I told them this and they could not have been more supportive. I did not feel pressured to make any decisions. My consultant was so much fun, helpful, and sweet. My sister even took her card to remember her for when she gets her wedding dress in the future. The staff let my family and I walk around and shop as well as make suggestions of dresses on their own. I went shopping here for bridesmaids dresses and ended up trying on several beautiful bridal gowns in addition. Their dresses are BEAUTIFUL. I didn't find this many wonderful dresses when I went shopping in Chicago. The service was great too. We went in on during a blizzard and had a great time with the owner. I had an amazing experience at Cloud Nine Bridal Boutique. Both Jennifer and Shelby were so helpful, friendly, professional, and honest. I was a nervous bride seeing myself in white for the first time. Fantastic Store, wonderful atmosphere, great customer service. This was my first stop for my wedding dress search and no other stores I went to in the area compared to dress selection and service. The dresses are all beautiful, displayed around the store; the staff is attentive to your needs and was able to select several gowns that fit with my wedding season and destination. The customer service was spectacular, and truly made me feel like a princess. As this was my first stop for dress shopping, I did hit a few other bridal shops over the weekend and they all paled in comparison. I recently purchased my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses from here and have nothing but amazing things to say about the selection and service. Rachel and her staff do a great job of offering suggestions without being pushy and have great ideas to accessorize your look. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. Worse experience I have ever had with a dress shop! I found a beautiful dress for my son's wedding at Cloud 9. I found the same dress was available at the same price from Nordstrom and Macy's on-line and shipped at no charge in 2 days. I decided to "shop local" even though it would be 6-7 weeks to come in. When I didn't get a call that it had arrived, I called the store. I went in to find they had the wrong dress. Then I was told that was a clerical error, and mine would be arriving the following week. Rachel called me in, helped me try it on and sent me on my way. When I looked the dress over at home, I realized she had lied and sold me the sample dress. Not only did Rachel not fess up, she tried to pull a fast one. The sample dress had no designer label, was stretched out and missing beads. When I confronted Rachel, she did not own up to lying. Bottom line, the dress was ordered from Macy's after I had waited over 7 weeks. I understand a mistake can be made, but the lying is what really disappointed me! read more
