Amy seems to really love making each bride to be feel welcomed and valued. My father insisted I try to find a dress there because he was so impressed with how comfortable she made him feel out of his element. Ultimately I decided on a custom gown and can not wait to see the finished product! Each step of the way, I felt as if Amy gave me her undivided attention and worked around my schedule and needs. We were walking downtown and came across this place, and although it said "by appointment" on the door, they were happy to accommodate us on the spot. The young girl with dark hair was able to help us look at all shades and options for the grooms side and had much cheaper rates than other places we had looked. The tux rentals are itemized instead of one flat rate, so I'm still unsure if it'll be cheaper in the end but we loved the convenience and that we could shade match dresses at the same store for an all in one experience for ease and peace of mind that we'll match. She let me know that any dress I found in the area could be shade matched to the best man, and I found the perfect dress at only $160! I did find it weird that I'm usually a size 0-2 and the dress that fit was a size 6, but they were awesome at getting me alteration recommendations and assisting with me being out of state. They got the bride all set up with everyone's information so they could stop in whenever and pick out their dresses and get sized. They made it beyond easy for us to handle our outfits and with the wedding less than three months out, thank gourd for their ability to rush and keep it relatively inexpensive! I would honestly consider coming here for my wedding based on my experience as the maid of honor alone.

My alterations on my dress was botched and redone and botched again, but the women were awesome that worked in alterations. I paid a fortune for alterations in the end when they really should have given me a discount for having me drive out there and stay for an hour and then have to leave my dress again because it was messed up and then have to pick up 2 days before my wedding. The manager of the entire place is super unfriendly and very rude to me when the alterations department made us go past closing time (wasn't my fault!) Here is why I wanted to leave a review..I got my veil from there and it was an ivory that matched my dress...well, when I purchased it off the rack, one of the girls working went and grabbed a new one from the back that was in a bag. Idiot me trusted the worker and didn't take it out to make sure it was the right one. Come picture time on my wedding day, literally like 2 hrs before the ceremony, I take it out and put it on and my mom makes a big deal about how it doesn't match my dress. I look and it is bright white! Totally clashed my dress and for $200, I wanted what I paid for! I had to take pics with it but my awesome mother in law got David's Bridal on the phone and somehow got them to hand deliver an ivory veil right before the ceremony. Tag on it said $189 and mine was $199 so it obviously wasn't same one but whatever at that point. Although they screwed up, I'm so thankful they delivered one because I was upset. I'm sad the pictures had to be taken with the bright white one but that's less important than the ceremony. It all worked out, thankfully. I spent about $2500 there so it's the least they could do for almost ruining my bridal "look" and getting my mom in an uproar.

Ingrid also helped me get my mothers dress and helped her so much so that meant a lot to me! The managers are really nice too I traded my stash out and my veil and they accommodated me to return it so I was really happy about that they did what was best to make me happy. The moment we walked in a woman saw us standing at the front desk, my friend said hello twice and the woman scoffed and didn't acknowledge her. Finally we were greeted with a rude "do you have an appointment" when she said yes and kindly explained other bridesmaids were running behind she was cut off and told "well you can only have 4 people". The bride explained she gave all the info three weeks prior and was never told this. They awkwardly let us walk the floor while we waited for our group then when everyone arrived they set us up in the brides dress salon? Then realized it wasn't a bride appointment but a bridesmaid, this right here clearly shows you their lack of willingness to make any effort toward our group as the clients as they didn't even know the details of the appointment. The woman acted like she didn't want to help or touch half of the bridesmaids who were trying on, specifically ones of color. It was atrocious!!!! Since we were so disappointed with the bridesmaid portion my friends decided to try on a few bride dresses. The woman would barely clip her; had zero patience and sent her out to show off the gowns with it falling off of her. When she was close to finding the one and it was also the dress her mother chose, the woman kicked her out of the fitting room and said "well you can't try anymore on your time is up" and immediately started whisking away gowns leaving my friend in the dress alone in fitting and had to have her mom help her out of it. Absolutely despicable. I will warn everybody to stay FAR away from this place and leave a review on every platform I can. DO NOT give them your business.

They have photos of what the dresses look like on a person. Which comes in really handy. Because it is hard to tell what it will look like on the hanger! The biggest downside is they only have 2 chairs for people to sit in and wait for the bride to come out in her next dress. They do have awesome sales!!!!
