I bought a home and needed a new roof. It took me forever to find a roofer than can also hook up a…read morebathroom fan. It took hiring a remodeler/home builder. This was why I went with DiMar Contracting. Fortunately, I did! Turns out, my whole house inspector was terrible! The home inspector caught that my roof needed replaced (because it was obvious to anyone looking at the home and the small trees growing out of the gutters) but missed a LOT of issues, such as my chimney cap was crumbing/falling apart, the electrical in my home was wired all wrong (couldn't get the kitchen light to work, light bulbs in the basement burn out shortly after installing new bulbs), and there was a plumbing issue in the shower. I work fulltime in a terribly stressful job and take care of rescue animals. I neither had the time nor money to deal with the unexpectant expenses. The owner, Diane, took all these concerns off my plate by doing an amazing job fixing all these issues, and for a fair price!!! Oh, and my roof was done in just one day. -Amazing! Yeah know how sometimes you want to keep your best contractors a secret because you don't want them to get too busy in the future? Yeah, a part of me feels like that.
