However, I was so disappointed. I ordered a Black Tea with Cloud Cap and the amount of cloud cap that you see in the pictures is not the same as what they actually give you. The cloud was so watery and runny like the consistency of a milk. Being a fan of sea salt caps, I already know how it should be. It should be thick with a consistency of a heavy cream. The quickest way you would know if it's a good sea salt cap is if it DOESNT MIX right with your tea. They should maintain a separation, as long as you don't mix it. But with theirs, you could see the cap mixing right away with the tea just when they pour the cap on top. They should take notes from Taste Tea or ITEA on how to make the right sea salt cap. The boba was also a disappointment. It was soggy and you could feel the starch of the boba melting in your mouth. Yuck! Boba should be chewy, with a little crunch and resistance when you bite it. I have a lot and I mean A LOT Of bad boba in the last few weeks and I have not been happy since my favorite boba place is closed right now for renovations. So the search for an amazing alternative has been going on for way too long. I've had boba that tasted like rubbing alcohol, milk tea with no tea flavor, mushy boba, you name it, I've probably experienced it. And now I do believe I have found the hidden gem with a great product. I always check reviews before visiting a place and Cloud Tea sure had great ratings, but I don't always believe them. I'm glad I came in because the drink was delicious! It was just the right amount of Tea and sweet taste. And the icing on the cake was they had Crystal boba, which very few boba places have, which was the perfect flavor and consistency. The place itself really is hidden, for those not in the know, it's on side facing a Title Loans Shop. Their sign is lower not on top of the building so easy to miss. But parking isn't bad and definitely worth the trip. The inside is clean and quaint. Decent amount of seating and music was very relaxing. All in all, I can say this is a place I will be frequenting. I love everything about this place and is now my favorite boba place to go to. The environment: Not only was the atmosphere so relaxing but even the music was very calming. I would choose this place to study or work on things I have to work on in a heart beat. The third time I went here I had my friend check the place out with me. Seriously, three times I've been here and three times they got my orders perfectly. The boba drink itself: I've gotten two kinds of drinks for myself. One , a jasmine milk tea with the cap and boba and the other, mango smoothie with boba. Both with almond milk instead of regular milk. Boba quality is chewy and sweet so you can tell that they actually took the time to make it. It's not how some boba places have their boba a little on the harder side so it takes a while longer to chew. Also, the taste was very fresh for both drinks. Although, this may be more subjective. If you like your boba softer all around and actually taste the sweetness then this place is great for you. Other: They have a blackboard in front where you order and it says that they will remake it. They also have another black board placed on the right showing that they will adjust sugar level and milk teas to creamy or less creamy. On the blackboard behind them is their menu and you can choose what kind of milk you want. If you're lactose intolerant like me then there's the almond milk option which I always ask for. Of course this will cost extra. Their sign is hard to find because it's not on the roof but under the shade but it's close to McDonald's and you'll see that their name is on a banner. I'm always excited to see a new boba place in town. I had their recommended brown sugar milk tea and got my mom their classic milk tea. The brown sugar was good and you could taste the black tea profile in the drink. However, it was a bit too sweet for me, so I'd have to remember to ask them to adjust the sweetness level the next time I order again. My mom enjoyed the classic milk tea and had no complaint. Pricing is comparable with other boba places in town with regular size milk tea at $3.50 and toppings are $.50 each. Positive notes: 1. Their milk teas are very creamy. So good! 2. Sold! The menu is quite large. I asked if lychee was available as a milk tea option and they accommodated and I found it to be delicious. I mentioned I will be drinking my second drink much later in the day and they suggested I hold off on the boba as it will develop an unpleasant texture. I obliged and got brown sugar flavored milk tea. Both were good but I wasn't thrilled with the brown sugar one. I felt it had more of a coffee flavor than it did brown sugar. Shop is parallel to Flamingo, you'll want to make an immediate left after you enter the Smith's plaza. If you make it to Smith's you've gone too far. The GPS tends to get confused. There's no real sign up above its hidden right above the door. Spacious joint to have a meeting/study/socialize. They display their WiFi prominently. Decor is tasteful. Friendly staff, did make small talk and offered for me to sit down while I wait. They offer a punch card. Pro tip - leave it in your car so there's no change of forgetting in case you switch purses around like me. I'll be back before the end of the weekend to give some other flavors a try! read more

But I love how there's ample parking and I don't have to go all the way to Chinatown. On most nights, this placed is filled with college students and laptops. There's a lot of seating and even games you can play while you're there (like uno, cards, board games). They offer a huge variety of drinks and I really like how they're so customizable. I especially like the wintermelon tea cap. Not only is it creamy & refreshing, there's also a unique design on the cloud-like cream (like hello kitty, kitty cat, cloud etc.) The cafe also has a nice & comfortable vibe for working & playing games. First time visiting this location. The "open" sign wasn't on and I observed a lot of high schoolers walking in after school. Place was spacious, multiple people working on laptops, it was like an Asian Starbuck's. Large selection of boba flavors and styles. I had a large taro shake with boba. It didn't melt too fast and was enough for two people. My only suggestion is to provide straws large enough to suck up (and not clog) with boba. read more

The regular iced rose tea is perfect for the warm weather and is absolutely refreshing. My kids love the oreo smoothie and strawberry smoothie. My mom's favorites are the avocado smoothie and cantaloupe smoothie. I've also ordered the jasmine milk tea, which has a perfect tea flavor and good amount of sweetness. Matcha milk tea is strong (in a good way) but not overbearing. Mango milk tea is sweet, smooth and yummy. The taro smoothie is also very delicious. I almost didn't write this review because I wanted to keep this place a secret... I come here almost weekly to do homework/study. This is the only cafe on this side of town that doesn't get stupid loud/busy. I always sit in the corner and I've seriously done my best work there haha. Sometimes when I'm there for a while the employees bring me ice water... that's how long I stay. All the employees + owner are super nice. Try the the Hokkaido milk tea with sea salt cream and boba.
