    Three Cousins Milk Tea
    Winn H.

Parking? Doable, though might be a bit of a short walk. Three Cousins? Highly recommended, especially for the indecisive fellows like myself. Like what do you mean you can get a milk tea with boba, egg pudding, and red bean! 25% sweet? or 0% sweet? Honestly that amount is perfect, even with light ice. Since walking in, the staff were very welcoming and patient with orders. The drinks was ready within 5 minutes, and the interior is well decorated, though fairly "loud" with colors. Highly recommend this as a hangout spot, but not one to study at. The walls are filled with KAWS-related posters / figurines. Overall, a nice, casual spot with some good photo opportunities (and drinks)!

Avocado Sago (with fresh Mango chunks)

O Tea Bar is a fun, bright, and hidden gem of a boba tea shop. I love that they serve a variety of matcha drink and sago drinks. I usually get mango sago when I go to a boba shop, but I decided to try their avocado sago drink (50%) and it tasted so fresh! You can tell they use fresh fruit here. I got their strawberry matcha milk tea which I really enjoyed, but next time I would get it less sweet, maybe 75%. Their decor/ambiance is very fun and inviting. It combines pop urban culture figurines with lots of color. The workers are helpful, and asked if we liked our drinks after. Great service, fun ambiance, ample seating, and yummy drinks. We'll be back to try their food and more drink flavors next time

Yes, yes, yes!! Absolutely recommend this place! The service is 10/10 the owners are so polite and genuinely welcoming. The space itself is aesthetically pleasing, super clean, and the vibe is great (love the music they play). Food and drinks are really good, my only note is that some items run on the sweeter side, so you might want to ask for less sweetness. Other than that, it's a solid spot and I'll definitely be back!

Great service and variety of slushi and teas with tons of boba options. Almost all drinks come in two size options and pricing is good. Staff is friendly and attentive explaining flavors and menu items. Instagram cafe with Kaws statue and wall prints. Cool spot to relax at or work from.

Pineapple lime green tea with lychee jelly

Bright and clean facility! Friendly staff with quick service. Drink ordered was pineapple lime green tea with lychee jelly and 75% sweetness. Came in a cute and sturdy reusable cup. Perfect sweetness with a refreshing taste. Will definitely be back!

Greeted with a smiles is always a great way to make a customer feel welcome. The drinks so refreshing and delicious. They were the perfect mix of fresh fruit taste with green tea. We tried the Passionfruit Green Tea & Super Mix Fruit Green Tea and added lychee & boba. The boba tasted the perfect amount of chewy. You can tell it is made fresh daily and not hard whatsoever. Definitely give them a try!

This place is easily the coolest spot in town. The decor is perfect for photos and the seating area is actually comfortable enough to hang out in for a while. We tried the strawberry shave ice and it was incredibly fluffy--plus, the portion is big enough to share with a friend.

Such a hidden gem -- we love O Tea Bar! The first time we found O Tea Bar, we couldn't believe such a cute spot was tucked away almost out of sight! It's cozy, aesthetic, and perfect for hanging out (just look at the pics -- seriously adorable!). I'm obsessed with their sago drinks, and if you're dairy-sensitive, they can sub coconut milk in any drink -- huge plus! They also serve snacks like truffle fries with Parmesan (so good!). It wasn't super busy when we went, so please spread the word -- this place deserves way more love. Grab your friends and check it out!

Ube Coffee Latte & Avocado Coffee Latte

O Tea Bar is such a cute and cozy spot with a relaxing lounge vibe -- perfect for sipping and hanging out. We tried the ube coffee latte and avocado coffee latte, both rich, creamy, and full of strong coffee flavor without any bitterness. The ube latte could've used a bit more ube flavor, but it was still better than most others we've tried. The avocado latte was unique and delicious, with real avocado chunks adding great texture. Drinks came out within five minutes, and there was a steady flow of customers, a good sign for this 5-star spot that clearly knows how to craft quality lattes.

Came here for the first time and tried some drinks and snacks. The drinks were pretty good. We got a fruit tea and a mango sago. Both were delicious. Snacks are whatever, but honestly what do you expect for a tea place. We got tempura shrimp and takoyakis. Both weren't great, but if you have a savory craving, they're great to get with the teas. Convenient and no fuss.

Mango Sago Slush & taro milk tea
    Pammy N.

We got 2 drinks. One was the Mango Sago slush 10/10 SOO GOOD. I also got the Taro milk tea, probably like a 7/10. Wouldn't get that one again. Service was great, the made our drinks and brought it to our table! Cute spot, to hangout and chill!

Pretty cool usage of barrels as chairs!

I needed a boba fix, and we got it. The ambiance is fun and friendly, lots of cool artwork on the walls. The price isn't crazy, it was standard boba price. Everyone there was friendly and smiling. I got my drink in a fast pace. I even got a free keychain. That was cool. Overall, would I come back? If I am on the area, I probably will.

Fun selfie mirror by the door!

We were in the mood to try this cute spot to brighten up our gloomy and windy Monday and are so glad we did! It's tucked in quite a busy plaza, but if coming during an off time parking should be easy - as should ordering inside. When we went, we were the only ones there and if we didn't have a next stop, I would've enjoyed staying for a bit. I loved the pop/street art style inside generously decorated with KAWS companions about. It's a bright and playful spot - plus they have a selfie mirror by the door! We got the Jasmine Osmanthus Green tea with grass jelly. Comparing this specific tea to a few other tea shops in town, it had a more authentic and darker flavor vs. being too artificially sweet. I ordered mine with 50% sweetness and added a splash of lemon juice when I got home, it was perfect! I'll definitely be back to try some other drinks or teas and especially if I want a cute and cozy space that isn't nearly as packed as the other cafe in this plaza. Thank you O Tea Bar for some great teas!

As far as I know, it's the only true Victorian-style high tea in the city, and the atmosphere alone sets it apart. The décor is absolutely immersive. Everything--from the furniture to the china to the floral walls--is thoughtfully curated in full Victorian style. Even pieces of china with minor flaws are repurposed creatively and hung from the ceiling with ribbon, which adds charm instead of hiding imperfections. You can tell an enormous amount of care went into building the space. It feels ornate, original, and intentional rather than staged. I've tried both the Royal Afternoon Tea and the Samovar experience. The Samovar, in particular, is unique and worth trying at least once. It takes extra time to prepare (they even use a converter for the kettle), but it produces a noticeably stronger brew--especially for lighter teas like white tea. It's a different ritual entirely and makes the tea feel more substantial. The afternoon tea menu offers great variety: Royal, King, Queen, Duchess, Duke, Prince and Princess options, as well as a regular high tea and other specialty sets. The Royal option includes caviar and a choice of Prosecco or mimosa, which distinguishes it from the King and accounts for the higher price point. The portions are generous, and pricing feels reasonable for the overall presentation and atmosphere. They also serve alcoholic beverages for those who want to pair their tea with something sparkling. The pastries and savory items are consistently solid and well executed. What truly elevates this place, though, is the service. It is genuinely excellent. If a tea isn't strong enough or you'd like more, they don't simply top off with hot water--they bring a fresh pot. That level of attentiveness says a lot about how they approach hospitality. They also regularly host themed events. My most recent visit was for a Harry Potter tea party, and it was beautifully executed--visually impressive and thoughtfully designed, with flavors that matched the theme. Between the atmosphere, consistent service, and creative programming, The Tea Terrace offers something you simply won't find elsewhere in Las Vegas. It's a place I happily return to and recommend

I made reservations for me and 4 friends, our table was in the back area and felt like a lovely space. It is a very intimate space, I think there were something like 4 to 6 tables up front and then 3 tables in the back. It's incredibly cute in there! We each chose our own tea, and we had 2 people with the vegan food. I loved the bites! On the non-vegan side our food was a chicken salad sandwich, egg salad sandwich, something else I wasn't too sure of, scones with clotted cream and jam, and 3 different desserts (a mousse, cannolis, and I think some sort of red velvet cake). It felt like a very good size lunch when it was all done. Once we chose our tea, they brought it out and flipped the timers on the table for our different types. The only thing about this that knocked a star off was the fact that at the Florida tea place, they steeped it for you and brought the finished pot. Here, you have to steep it and we didn't realize you should take the bag out (we don't drink tea in our normal at home lives). So as we sat there and talked, our teas got really bitter from sitting so long. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience! We would love to come try out one of their themed days (Bridgerton, Harry Potter, etc.).

Here is why I would recommend Cobblestone Cottage (from a male perspective who has never been to a tea house). (1) I called for Easter Sunday reservation 4 days prior to Easter. I imagined the place would be booked, yet instead of the host who answered the phone simply stating they were sold out, she said she would see what could be done to possibly get us in and have someone call me back. (2) To my surprise, the owner (Arsine) called me a day later and also stated they were full, yet she stated she wanted me to know she was going to keep trying to see if she could juggle reservations and get us in. (3) Yet again, the owner remembers to call me the following day and secures a reservation. I was shocked that she remembered and knew she was making every effort to create a memorable moment for my mom. (4) My mom unfortunately had accident requiring hospitalization and we had to cancel our reservation. The owner actually called back to ask how my mom was doing! Wow...that was amazing display of heartfelt care from a busy business owner. (5) The owner worked with us to find another day that we could arrive after my mom recovered. Upon arrival, we were literally greeted with open arms by the owner. Literally this woman was there to ensure all was well. Her service team was a delight and equally attentive. The other patrons were smiling and clearly also enjoying their experience. And most of all for me, my mom kept smiling in gratitude and admiration of a lovely afternoon. (6) And final note, the food and decadent sconces, soup, salad, sandwiches, and desserts were DELICIOUS. As it turns out, the owner is a chef. Arsine is a class act when it comes to hospitality. A visit to Cobblestone Cottage is like going to your favorite relatives house and being embraced and cared for like family.

Anytime I have friends or family visiting from out of town that are huge Matcha lovers I bring them here! They have plenty of seating, pretty nice size tables ranging from smaller squares, to larger circle tables to pretty good size community tables. Very clean, minimalistic, open space. It's a great place to hangout, it can get pretty busy sometimes. And that parking lot in general... sometimes I've gone there and had a hard time finding parking (I've actually left out of frustration before) it really just depends when you go. You do have a lot of really well-known local places in that shopping center that get incredibly busy especially late afternoon/early evenings on weekends from my experience. Haven't really had a problem when I've gone on a weekday. They have a really awesome menu! If you're not a Matcha person... but you're going with a matcha person.. they do have some coffee drinks as well! They have egg salad sandwiches and tuna sandwiches, and a few different desserts including layered crêpe cakes. My favorite thing to get there is their Matcha float latte, it's kind of the best of both worlds where you get your Matcha latte and a Matcha soft serve all in one! There are so many different combinations that you can get there of different types of green teas, either in tea form, latte, floats, parfait, and so many different flavors and toppings like they have their banana Matcha latte, which is really good!! They have quite a few flavors of soft serve (and don't worry for the ones that don't like Matcha, but are going with a Matcha person they have ones like black sesame, Ube, vanilla, etc. I miss their lychee flavor... I believe it was a limited time flavor, and I absolutely loved that soft serve... please bring it back!) and they're absolutely perfect, the texture and consistency of their soft serve is great. Tonight I got their Matcha and vanilla swirl soft serve on a waffle cone with chocolate syrup. (I had a birthday reward, They have a really awesome rewards program!) and it brought me joy in a way that I can't even put words and it was the perfect after dinner dessert and a great way to end the evening! It's an awesome place if in the middle of the day you need your Matcha fix, you need caffeine but you're not a coffee person. It's also really great place for a semi-late night (I believe they close at 10? so it's not like super late or anything, but still open until a pretty decent time) dessert and catch up with friends! Overall, a really great place and if love Matcha, you should really check this place out!
