After my Boba spot (Easy Life Boba) closed after 15 years I decided to try this spot which is up the street from my house & all I have to say is disgusting! The place is an absolute filth. The floors, the walls, the chairs, table & where you order. It is full of dust, let's not mention the restrooms it is absolutely disgusting. The drinks are okay & the service is non existent, no hi or bye . Just a take your order & that's it. Oh and let's not mention they ask for a tip once you pay ..... for what exactly? As we were leaving the trash can was sprinkled with all kinds of gunk & filled up to the top. I don't understand how anyone can come here and be OK with watching all this. I noticed all this the moment we were waiting for our drinks. Please go elsewhere, if this is in plain sight of customers, I can only imagine how the back looks. There are way better Boba spots down Spring Mountain than this. I don't see how this place should even be open. read more

We were looking for a place to get some work done in between our commute. I remember going to to Cloud Tea awhile back and enjoyed it so we went back. We Ordered the Mango Milk Tea Large to share. It was amazing with the cloud cap. The tea was fragrant and the drink was not too sweet, just the way I like it. Service was quick, and they'll re-make your drink for you if you don't enjoy it, which is a plus. Simple cafe, seating area, decent for studying. Definitely would order this again it's become a favorite! read more

One of my absolute favorite places for boba. All the employees are hard working and super nice! Their milk teas taste really good and the boba are the perfect consistency. Their smoothies are super good too! They're also one of the only boba places that are open late these days (till 12am). It's honestly hard for me to go to a different boba shop after I found them, it's that good! It's deceptively large inside as well for a boba shop. They have free wifi and a decent amount of seating if you wanted to stay to just drink boba while hanging out. read more

I'm a die hard Brew Tea Bar fan so when the hubby suggested we try somewhere new for boba tea, I honestly didn't expect much from Cloud Tea. Boy, was I wrong and pleasantly surprised! Cloud Tea has a great selection of teas. The smoothie offerings alone were the most I've seen in years. My go to when trying a new boba tea cafe is to begin with trying their jasmine tea to see it's quality. So when I saw their "Jasmine Tea Cap" on the menu, my choice was made. The hubby also ordered a Mango Passion Fruit Tea. The attendants were friendly when we placed our order and very shortly after, our drinks were ready. My first few sips I tried the Jasmine tea without stirring in the sea salt cream cap, and HOLY MOLY! The Jasmine tea flavor was clean, beautifully floral, and strong in all it's glory. After mixing in the sea salt cream cap and sipping up a few sweet boba pearls, I'm in LOVE! Absolutely one of the best Jasmine tea drinks I've had in quite a while. The hubby's Mango Passion Fruit tea was also very delicious. Perhaps a little too sweet for my personal liking, but very excellent with it's flavors. The prices are absolutely fair as well. Cloud Tea has pleasantly surprised me and we've already enjoyed coming back two more times and tried the Nagasaki and Okinawa milk teas. Both delicious (ask for 75% sweetness because they can be on the sweeter side). We are happily looking forward to returning for more! read more

Tried this place for the first time. It was kind of dark and sad inside. Staff member could've been a little more cheerful. Thai tea smoothie was pretty good but the winter melon tea cap tasted off - at first couldn't figure out what it was, maybe the grass jelly was sour. But later I figured either the cloud cap or the drink itself was just sour. I feel bad having to write this since there's literally a sign by the register saying if you don't like your drink they'll remake it but I left before tasting enough of the drink, assumed you can't really go wrong with a wintermelon milk tea which I normally get everywhere. Unfortunately, don't think I'd be back. ***Adding an extra star because the business owner, Andy, reached out to me privately and kindly to let me know he re-made the drink as a test and acknowledged there was indeed something wrong with their grass jelly and that they'll take it off the shelf to look into before serving this topping again to their other patrons. In my experience, it's rare for someone from an establishment to take accountability so quickly and fairly. I really appreciate him taking the time to do this as it shows he genuinely cares about the customer experience. If I'm around the area again I'll try one of their drinks again and hope to update my review for Cloud Tea to up the star rating again :) read more

Cloud Tea is a solid pace to get boba in the Spring Valley area (Buffalo and Flamingo), inconspicuously located on side of a grocery store plaza (Cardenas but previously Smiths). The drinks have good flavor, texture, and are reasonably priced. The milk teas are definitely on the milky side, and have a satisfyingly creamy thickness to them that I love! I always order the cloud cap with my milk teas, which is like a salty cream/foam topping, and they top the drinks with a cute design. My favorites are the brown sugar milk tea and the cantaloupe green tea. The taro milk tea didn't have that strong of a taro flavor. The drinks are pretty sweet however, so adjust accordingly. Service is always friendly, but drinks can take a while to be made if they are busy as there are only 1-2 people working at a time, but it's worth the wait! The inside is clean, has lots of seating, and they have board games to play. Overall 4.5/5 stars! read more

It was such an amazing experience! Once you walk it it's so spacious the ambience made the experience 100x better. I love trying Matcha's everywhere I go so ordering it here for the first time I was hesitant that I would not like it. I have to say out of all the places i've been in vegas this is my top 3 favorite. It's so creamy due to the Cold foam cap. I am definitely coming back here to try the brown sugar milk tea next! Service was also amazing, I never got his name, when I asked which drink was better (matcha vs brown sugar) he made sure to let me know both are not comparable and they are good as they are and a must try for both. However I did notice something about the customer service. My friend ordered a taro shake but forgot to mention that she wanted half sweet. When she did mention it, I noticed the blonde employee had already put the ingredients in the blender and gave a big sigh. I'm pretty sure she did not adjust the sweetness and proceeded to give my friend the drink even though they should've remade it with the right sweetness. There is broken furniture by the front door - the small sitting couch is just... busted in. The walls are damaged up. The worker who took my order didn't say a word to me except do you want boba? Stopped by for the first time today and ordered two drinks. I went with the Milk Tea Smoothie with boba and the Mango Black Tea, both at 75% sweetness. Just as I was regretting my decision for not ordering at 50%, I took a sip of my Milk Tea Smoothie and it was delicious! It was not overly sweet and the boba was cooked well. It was also thicker, which I prefer over something that is watery. The Mango Black Tea was just okay and nothing special. The shop and tables were clean. Luckily there was no weird smells as other yelpers had stated in their reviews. However, the air freshener that they were using was a little strong. The area was also a little sketchy. They are located next to Magoo's Bar and Grill. The entire plaza seemed deserted since the Smith's is no longer there. It kind of threw me off when the employee taking my order asked me if I wanted a stamp card. I haven't carried a stamp card in my wallet for like ages now? LOL. First and foremost - W.T.F. Is that smell. That REALLY offensive putrid smell that hits you right in the face when you open the door. It is an assault on your nostrils. We seriously contemplated leaving because if the smell was that bad then maybe the drinks would be something we really regret. We wondered how so many people were sitting in this establishment chatting, studying and acting like nothing was wrong when there is a STRONG, horrible, inescapable scent of spoiled sour milk, soiled baby diapers and a pet store with animals in cages that never get cleaned. It was a twilight zone moment. My best guess would be that at some point maybe someone spilled a TON of milk and tried their best to clean it up but it went underneath cabinets etc and no one took the time to thoroughly clean every nook and cranny. They have GOT to do a serious DEEP clean. Everything needs to be moved. Everything. Everything needs to be disinfected. Floors need to be washed, scrubbed, disinfected. Get an ozone generator to turn on when everyone leaves at the end of the night. There have been so many reviews mentioning this offensive smell dating back to a year ago. Its pretty shocking that the smell still remains...I feel bad for the employees to have to work in the enclosed store space with that smell. It doesn't seem right for a business in the food/beverage industry to have such an awful stench. Hire a company to come in one night and spray the entire place down with bleach or something...just do something... The smell made us question the cleanliness of the establishment but we checked the health score and it said they received an A so we decided to take a gamble and figured we're here, let's just order, get the drinks and gtfo. We ordered: brown sugar boba milk w/ coconut milk, pina colada smoothie w/ coconut milk and jasmine green tea w/ oat milk & boba. Service was great. The person taking the orders was very sweet, smiley and friendly. The drinks were made incredibly fast. And we received what looked to be a milk tea instead of a brown sugar boba milk. I know that it was rung in correctly as brown sugar milk, we saw it on the screen when ordering it. It just didn't end up getting made right. We notified the person taking orders and a new one was made in literally a minute or less. Glad we caught it because my husband didn't want caffeine. The brown sugar milk had the smallest amount of brown sugar syrup that I've seen in a brown sugar milk. It tasted pretty watered down and I personally didn't really like the flavor of the brown sugar syrup. 1/5 The pina colada smoothie - my husband said he didn't mind it but didn't taste much pineapple. I didn't enjoy it because it tasted like artificial flavoring to me. 1/5 My jasmine green oat milk tea - this my usual go-to order. It wasn't bitter which was nice but it also tasted kind of watered down. Not enough flavor. I'd say maybe they need to add more tea leaves to the batch when they brew. I don't like ultra strong bitter teas but this one was just really weak and watered down. 2.5/5 Boba was nicely soft, chewy, cooked all the way through but could've had better flavor. 4/5 While it's awesome that they offer almond, soy, coconut and oat milk alternatives as well as fresh milk as opposed to powdered creamer - I felt like the quality of the drinks were pretty average but even if they improved them I wouldn't come back as long as that rotten smell remains. read more
