i do not live in las vegas, although now i wish i do so i can be closer to this tea shop! i have never in my life had mochi topping in any drink, ever. and now i am a literal fiend for it. i ordered the avomango with mochi topping. it had sago in it also. this was the most perfect drink i have ever had. wow. since i came back home, i have called a multitude of tea shops asking if they have mochi topping and each one unfortunately say no. i am going through withdrawals. i need my fix before i lose my mind. someone help me. the owner is the sweetest. the shop itself is clean and organized. menu is easy to understand. tables are spaced out. i will be back! read more

Can be a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area. Customer service is welcoming upon entering. Helpful with menu items. They have new drinks listed near register. I stopped into Taste Tea while in the shopping mall it's located in. I was greeted right away. It's a small spot with a few tables inside. I ordered a lychee slush. My order was made and within a few minutes I was enjoying a refreshing lychee drink that was perfect for the hot day. They have a loyalty program that gives you a free drink after so many visits. I haven't been here since 2022 when they still used stamp cards, and man this place has really revamped! I got their special coconut mango mochi with boba and half sugar, and it's SO GOOD. I've never had mochi in a drink, and it's just the right consistency of soft and chewy and not too sticky. Like a softer lighter boba! They use real fruit in their drink and make their boba every 3 hours. There are a couple tables to sit at and free wifi. I went at around 3:30p on a Sat, and there were tables available. I love trying new boba spots and I think I found my favorite in Las Vegas thanks to our friends! we got few different bobas and I got the Hokkaido milk tea and my husband had the rose milk tea! They were both really good.. we had them at 75% sweetness and it was good I could maybe even do 50% next time since it was sweet enough but not overwhelming. packaging was super cute! Very Japanese! One of my new favorite boba shops now! My coworker told me about this since it was right across the street so I gave it a try. It took me a few visits but from the drinks I was interested in, I gave them a try with my rating below. One of the main things I noticed was how good their boba topping is. It's the right texture and firmness for me -- I will have to say it's my favorite so far in town. Love it and hope they never change it! Love how cute this place is!!! It's advertised that the boba is made fresh every 3 hours and it shows!! When I went in the boba was warm! Some like their boba warm but I'm a little iffy on it cause it waters down the drink a bit then makes it warm after you mix it. The flavor and taste of the boba was perfect, the tea was also really yummy but like I mentioned a little watery. I love that they will remake your drink if you ask. Came by as i was in the plaza and wanted to check this place out as i was craving boba, and this place did it! The guy working there was very sweet, I like how they have the tea herb's displayed in the front and have a huge variety of tea's and drinks. They all look very authentic and fresh as well as offered non sweet options to sweet options ! I ordered the "Passion Fruit Tea with boba and foam" and it was very good and tasty. The drink itself was very authentic passion fruit tea and the boba was very warm and soft, however the sea salt cheese foam i was not a fan of it but i will definitely be back and try another tea off their menu just without the foam! I've been coming here for yeeeears since like 2018 when they started, and they're still my absolute favorite place to get boba. I go 10 minutes out of my way to come here. I always used to get the Hokkaido Milk tea, but have a dairy allergy now and love the Almond Milk tea. Their fruit teas are amazing also. They have a wide variety of slushes, teas and so much more. Tastetea hands down, has the best tea and boba in all of Vegas. I'm really picky with the taste of tea in my boba drinks, and particularly so with jasmine tea, which is hard for a lot of shops to brew consistently. They have a solid selection of teas and flavors in their other drinks, and their boba is always nice and chewy. Their drinks are also less sweet, which is another sign of a good boba shop (I find that the sweeter the baseline drinks, the more it covers up a lack of flavor or can indicate the use of powders). Theee BEST and freshest honey boba is made here! They make their honey boba fresh every thirty minutes and that's why it's always so perfect. It's perfectly sweet, squishy, and savory and makes all their drinks that much better. Sometimes the boba can be a lil warm but I don't mind and it usually goes away with a few drink swishes. As for their drinks they have a solid selection, they're not overly fancy but they do have some great quality teas, I especially love their Oolongs and Green teas. My fav drinks are the Wintermelon milk tea, Duck Duck Oolong, Almond Milk tea, Grapefruit tea, but honestly you almost can't go wrong with any of their drinks, they're all so good! Also if you don't like your drink they'll remake it for free. I only ever had 2 not so great drinks and I've been coming here for years and they made me a better one. It's a very simple cute little spot, almost hole in the wall kind of spot. But in a nice area very near Summerlin (or is Summerlin, idk?) I'm glad they got new curtains because they were getting very dirty. But other than that it's great and still my favorite comfort Boba Tea spot.
