EDIT: It is now June 16 (2+ months since order), and I still have NOT received the products or a refund. I have sent NUMEROUS emails to the owner regarding this issue with no response until I reported his company to BBB and then I received two BOGUS shipping emails from the owner, Bill Shocinski, but when I track order it has STILL NOT shipped or been refunded to my credit card. Yesterday I formally filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Minnesota, Keith Ellison. If you have not done so, I URGE that you file a report with the BBB and AG's office. It is super easy and can be done online. This man is a thief and has taken the money of hard working people. He needs to REFUND our money! Original Post: Ordered on April 13 and still have not received the $100.32 worth of product. It has been 5 weeks. I have sent 8 emails to the owner about this order, 2 of which were requesting a refund. I received an email on April 30 promising the order would be shipped within 7 days and received a usps tracking number within the 7 days, however the usps says the label was created but item has not been given to usps for shipment. No response from owner since, no product, no refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am now in the process of filing a complaint with the AG of Minnesota. I have ordered from CloudXVapes.com a couple times, and have always had super fast and accurate service. I placed an order a couple weeks ago, and didn't get a tracking number within a couple days as usual. I contacted them, and got a message back pretty quickly. The message was from the owner, letting me know that things were temporarily backed up with the virus, and safety of his employees. I was assured that if I was patient, my order would be shipped, and apologized for the delay. Everything did get worked out, and my order did come in all correct. It really meant a lot that the owner did contact me back, and was up front about any issues, then making everything good! Quality company, and Quality service!!! read more
