I have been coming to this location only to buy all my products and will continue to only shop here. The staff is probably the most down to earth friendly people I have met working in a shop. They have a variety of different fun personalities and all seem to enjoy working here which is a major difference from most places I visit. If your not sure what you need they will all give suggestions and point you to the right direction of what's best for you.

I had previously found it at another store, but they were sold out, so seeing that this location had a substantial amount in stock was a pleasant surprise. I asked the employee at the register if she could bring me the smaller boxes as well as the larger box so I could look at what they had available. She did get the products for me, but the entire interaction was accompanied by visible frustration, grunting, and an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking her to retrieve the products the store was selling. I even asked her directly whether what I was requesting was becoming a problem because her demeanor was increasingly uncomfortable and annoyed. I was respectful throughout the interaction. I was also there as a paying customer purchasing merchandise--not asking for a favor or expecting anything for free. At that point, I decided the experience wasn't worth it and told her I no longer wanted the products. I left without making the purchase. It's unfortunate because I was actually excited to find this particular flavor and was prepared to spend my money there. A customer asking an employee to retrieve products that the business sells should not be made to feel like a burden. Basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way in retail. Hopefully management addresses the customer-service aspect, because having the product a customer has been searching for means very little if the experience of purchasing it is unpleasant.
