It's really amazing to see new technology form in many aspects, and now seeing it evolve to bubble tea is fun to watch. There's two spots to find Cloutea - one located right outside the Forum Shops and one located inside (recommend using the map directory inside for more accurate directions compared to online maps). Cloutea offers a reasonable menu with a variety of fruit tea and milk tea options. I ended up trying more fruit tea options. Peachy Paradise: I found it to be pretty sweet despite being 50% sugar, so I would recommend lowering the sugar level if you want something less sweet. It was very refreshing, especially after a long day of walking around. Jasmine Mango Tango: Less sweet than the other drink with the same amount of sugar. They ran out of the default toppings so opted for the other jellies they had left. The service was quick compared to the outdoor location and appeared to be more organized. It was a fun experience to watch the robot make the drink right in front of you! Overall, I would recommend checking it out.

A boba making robot? Welcome to 2023. I stopped by ClouTea to check out ADAM in real life. I liked how easy it was to order and that you could chose your level of sweetness and ice. After ordering, ADAM gets to work on making your drink right in front of you. The drinks overall tasted good. It wasn't the best I ever had but a solid option for the strip. I'd definitely stop by again if I'm in the area. A great drink option for kids and those that are alcohol free in Vegas.

Phew, felt like we walked forever trying to locate this boba spot in Vegas. Was expecting the robot the actually make the drinks but all it really did was pour the drink into the cup while someone else was making the drink beforehand. The milk tea that we got was good but wasn't anything too special. But its worth checking out if you're in the area. I thought it was going to be inside of a building but the one we went to was just an outside kiosk type thing.

They had us waiting for 25 minutes when we ordered online in front of them. We had to come up to them and ask when the order was going to be made by the robot since there were no other customers??? It wasn't until a small group came in that the only two workers decided to get up and give them proper service when we full on walked in and were blatantly ignored. The robot didn't even make the drinks, so save your money. read more

This is such a unique experience, definitely worth checking out! Employees are friendly and really helpful. The Boba is great, it is cooked well and easy to chew. The drinks are great although there aren't many options, the Green Tea Passionfruit was great! It's located right next to the Trevi Fountain (outside of the mall) which makes it a great spot for photos! I would definitely come here again! read more

This outlet is in a terrible location. It was empty when we went in on a Saturday afternoon. That should have been our first clue. But we were willing to give it a try. Well, first off, the lone server/employee was rather sullen and not at all liking her job. We had to tell her our order since there were no kiosks where we could have done the work ourselves. She was rude and not friendly at all. She looked like she hated being there. After our orders were in, the employee then scans them so that the "robot" can make the drinks. Very gimmicky because the employee has to first put in all the boba, jelly, syrups etc and then hand off the cup to the "robot." Literally, all the "robot" did was add in the tea/coffee/etc. The employee still had to keep watching so that she could "top off" the drink before the seal was placed on top. Final insult: the boba wasn't even fresh. (I guess not too surprising since the place didn't look like it had too much business--the boba was probably stale and had been sitting in the fridge for too long.) Don't waste your money going here. read more

They have a robot that helps make the drinks so that's pretty cool. However, you might end up in the situation as me where your drink doesn't get filled up all the way because the worker is talking to the customer at the front. For clarification, the robot will fill the drinks up almost full and the worker would have to manually fill up the rest. But when it was my turn, she was taking orders and wasn't able to do it so I ended up with 1/6 of my drink missing, this might be a bigger problem when it gets busy. The drinks are ok but it's important to note that they only offer 0 or 50 percent sugar modifications and I got the 50% and it's quite bland. They're basically water and the only saving grace is the jellies that make it sweet. Not to mentions, it was pricy for what they're offering. My drink was a tea with 2 toppings and it costed $11. read more

Little disappointed, saw the robot online and when we arrived he wasn't on, he didn't need to make our drinks but it would have been cool to watch him make any of the drinks we saw go out. You are obviously paying a premium on the strip but it's difficult to rationalize the price if it's just a typical tea bar that can be found for half the price a mile away. Naturally, I had pretty high expectations! I will say, I do think it's a little overrated. That being said, I don't necessarily think it's SO unique or special compared to a lot of smaller mom-and-pop dumpling shops. I think what surprised me most is just how much of a cult following it has when, to me, the food itself was solid but overall pretty average. One thing I will say is that this place is BUSY!! I'd definitely recommend making a reservation because the wait can get pretty crazy. As for the food, my favorite dishes were actually the lychee martini and the wontons. The wontons were SO flavorful and honestly ended up being my favorite thing we ordered! Overall, I enjoyed my meal and can definitely appreciate why Din Tai Fung has become such an iconic brand. Personally though, I don't know that I'd choose it over a really good local dumpling spot, especially considering it's on the pricier side. But now this store is closer to where i work so i frequent here. Their drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like them. The quality has stayed consistent all these years, which is why I keep coming back. One thing I really appreciate is their loyalty rewards program. It actually pays off! I redeemed a free large drink, and it's nice to see a business rewarding loyal customers instead of constantly chasing new ones. If you're looking for a reliable boba shop with great drinks and a rewards program that's actually worth using, Brew Tea Bar is hard to beat.

This location was spotless inside with a modern yet welcoming atmosphere with seating for about 10-12 people. All staff were very friendly when we ordered and when we received our drinks. The menu is quite sizable with a good variety of options. I had a regular sized Matcha Slush w/ Honey Boba added at 75% sweetness. This was so good; the matcha was vibrant with a good flavor and the honey boba was incredibly fresh! Perfect drink to help me cool off on this hot day. My husband got a large sized Pineapple Iced Green Tea at 50% sweetness. He really enjoyed the balance of pineapple with the floral tea. I don't know why we haven't tried Brew Tea Bar sooner, but I'm glad we finally did. This location had covered customer parking in back which was convenient. I'm looking forward to coming back and also trying some of their other locations.

As-is it's a little too sweet for me, so I have them add an extra shot of coffee (no extra charge) and it's perfect. Especially with the heat wave we've been dealing with the last few weeks. Service is fantastic, as expected. They always make your drink, have you try it, and then walk you over to the register to pay. Inside it's a dark, cool coffee café--the perfect escape from the heat. There's usually a line, so if you show up at peak hours, be prepared to wait. Parking is limited and kind of sucks, so bring patience--it goes a long way.

He got something on his own, too, one of the skillets and really loved his meal. He said it was delicious. I've been low key dreaming about these nutella pancakes for dayyyyssss now. We came in around 10:30 AM, and our server seemed uninterested in checking on our table. Our water was never refilled, the food took an unusually long time, and there was very little communication. We also wanted to order mimosas, but were told they were out of champagne, which was disappointing. It was surprising for a breakfast restaurant to run out of champagne for mimosas during brunch service. After we finished, the server brought the check but never came back to process our payment. We waited nearly 20 minutes just to pay and leave, but no one followed up, so we left cash on the table and walked out. This was our fourth visit, and we've had better experiences before, but Wednesday's service was unacceptable and left us with a very negative impression.
