This is a new location that just opened. It used to be Starbucks. I preferred matcha latte 16oz. The base of this drink is oat milk. I actually liked the taste. It tasted healthier than other brands and not too sweet which I prefer. A little expensive compared to other brands. Location is convenient if you're in the mall. You can sign up through their app and order ahead of time. Service is excellent I didn't have to wait long for my order to be picked up. There's no tables or chairs where you can sit and enjoy your drink.

Blue Bottle Coffee has landed at Fashion Show! Use the entrance on Fashion Show Drive near the valet. It's located on Level 1 right near the Capital One Cafe and MAC cosmetics. They open at 7AM everyday. The grand opening energy was great! I ordered my fav iced Matcha Latte with oat milk and it was so smooth. High quality grade and zero clumps. The staff were very friendly and fast. This will be a great spot to start your morning on the strip or reset during your shopping trip. Welcome to the strip Blue Bottle Coffee!

After walking around the Fashion Show mall for a while, we stopped to grab a coffee and noticed the Starbucks had been replaced by Blue Bottle Coffee. I had never tried it before--guess I'm a bit behind the trend--my friends said it's very popular. I ordered a hot latte, but if you're not used to oat milk, you might find it just okay.

Very good coffee and a nice change of pace from my normal Starbucks run. Staff was very nice and personable.

But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! This place gets very busy, and seating fills up quickly. If you're with friends or family, have someone save a table while the others order. Overall, Gäbi is one of my favorite cafés in Las Vegas, and I continue to bring friends and family whenever I get the chance. Between the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful atmosphere, and the hidden speakeasy vibe, it's truly one of the most unique café experiences in town.

Italian coffee isn't good because it's made for necessity and not quality because it makes it affordable. The espresso shot we ordered was undrinkable. I think if they just dial in their espresso machine, possibly looked into getting a better quality espresso bean from somewhere like Vesta I would say have Vesta or whatever company you get new other beans from come out and help you dial in the machine to make sure that you're pulling your shots at their preferred specs Unfortunately, we weren't very impressed with their pastries. Sadden to write this review since I absolutely love the coffee at Yaw. I truly believe that it is…read moreone of the best coffee spots in Las Vegas, but the ambiance has seemed to shift a bit. I used to go everyday, even got my mom and husband hooked on the coffee here. I'd rave about the quality of it to all of my coworkers and friends too. The coffee is not the issue at all. Quickly, it seemed like the owner was bothered by our presence? Many times, I tried to just give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he was just having a tough day but I realized that wasn't really the case as he seemed to be fairly friendly with other customers versus us. Many of the times he would just put my coffee in my general direction without saying anything, I was left to assume that it was mine very awkwardly. I do admit that sometimes I could come in late to the shop (5-10 mins before they close) but I work from home and the only time that I can make my way to anywhere is during my lunch break. Yaw is almost 30 mins from me and I literally spend my only lunch break on a trip to Yaw. I assume that maybe that's what caused the animosity? The late trips to the shop? Regardless, I stopped going to Yaw for a while because I started to feel that I was walking on eggshells around Ian (the owner) and I would get really nervous when I would walk in, but we happened to be in the area yesterday and I stopped by about 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. I ordered my drinks and then a gentleman still came in after me to place an order. Ian then asked me if he knew that they closed at 2 PM and I said yes. It made me a bit uncomfortable because I felt like a bother. This confirmed that he was bothered that I (and other customers) that came in late, but I'm wondering that if he's so bothered by people coming in at that time why doesn't he close earlier than 2 PM? I understand that it can be a bit annoying but I'm a paying customer. I try to be respectful and nice to everyone there. Even when I go in with my daughter, i try to stay out of their way and not let her touch anything to avoid conflict. At some point during the holidays I even tipped $50 because I felt so strongly about the quality/service. I'm so disappointed to say this, but that will be the last time I'm going to Yaw. I'm even tearing up as a say this because it was part of my day to day routine but I'm just so saddened by the treatment, I truly cannot ignore it.

It wasn't working right so I called and was told if I wanted a pop tart to come in the morning, understandable. When I was ready (different day) to go I was again having trouble ordering ahead with inkind. I called and Savannah was kind enough to sit a pop tart aside as I explained what I was experiencing, I asked for something else too but changed my mind when I was in line there. Funny thing is the day before I picked up food at a different restaurant across the parking lot, had no idea that they were there, hiding and waiting for me to discover them! I went on a Sunday. Did brunch for my mom's birthday. It was BUSY! I get that there's other places but they need a bigger spot, everyone was there. It was the spot! Patio/outside was packed and inside was busting like some biscuits lol. Truly packed, and a line almost to the door. I highly recommend ordering ahead if possible. Like I mentioned I had the pop tart plus I can't remember what on hold. While in line Savannah put out 1 fruit pop tart. The fruits on it made it a no brainer. Tho I know for a fact the other one would've been epic, that fruit tart was calling my name! Michaela helped me and she's a rockstar! She's kind, patient, funny and knowledgeable. I did the spinach crab Benedict. I asked about the crab. Making sure it wasn't mix, she said it was blue crab. Sold! I ordered woman the brown butter latte w lavender cloud top and loving seasonal items I did the banana biscoff. I got my pastries immediately, food took a minute and drinks a bit longer. Someone else waiting on their food left so I got her spot/table. They stay busy! There was very rarely a moment when no one was waiting. I was probably there 40ish mins possibly a few more. I tried my drink when I got I. The car and wasn't super impressed. No problem. I loved the way they packed everything, I was able to plate it nicely as well. The Benedict was nothing short of FABULOUS! Every flavor compliments the other perfectly. The crab was delicious and for the price you can't beat it! The Maine blueberry pop tart! Omg! And the fruit tart tasted better than it looked! Woman loved her drink and was raving about the food and pastries. My drink didn't much taste like banana or biscoff despite the crumbles on top. Still, the foods amazing, staffs amazing, place is cute, just small. I'm going back, no question. New favorite!

I honestly was not expecting much from Aware Coffee. After driving for roughly 5 hours into Vegas,…read moreI searched up "matcha" because I desperately needed something to drink and Aware Coffee was one of the only spots around me that was open. I didn't even bother reading reviews beforehand, I just went and honestly I'm so glad I did because this ended up being one of the biggest surprises of the trip. The parking lot itself was pretty quiet, but there was a steady flow of people going in and out which is usually a good sign. Inside there's plenty of seating and it definitely felt like one of those cafes that could easily become a study/work spotor casual hangout place. I was also really impressed by how big their menu was. They had acai bowls, sandwiches, burritos, toast, milk teas, espresso drinks, and even a jasmine mule that immediately caught my attention. Their mint mojito latte sounded really good too, but I ended up deciding to try a couple drinks from the seasonal menu instead. We got the tiramisu matcha latte and the banana foster latte. The employees were super friendly and checked in to see if we needed help deciding, which honestly felt extra appreciated after being in the car for that long. Our drinks came out pretty quickly and the very first thing I noticed was the cream-to-drink ratio. When I say these drinks were loaded with cream top. I mean loaded. My tiramisu matcha was probably like 20% cream and the banana foster looked almost half cream at first glance. The cream itself is super thick too, not one of those light cold foams that disappears after two sips. But honestly? That tiramisu matcha latte might've just blown a lot of the matcha spots I've tried in San Diego out of the water. The matcha itself was bold, earthy, and very matcha forward, but that thick tiramisu cream on top cut through it perfectly. It made the drink taste rich without becoming overwhelmingly heavy. I literally kept thinking about this drink for the rest of the trip. The banana foster latte was good too, but definitely more of what you'd expect flavor wise. Caramel banana vibes, smooth espresso, solid overall, but the tiramisu matcha completely stole the spotlight for me. My only complaint is honestly just how thick the cream tops are. They're so dense that you kind of have to stir everything together. I'm usually someone who likes to sip both the foam and drink together at the same time, but that wasn't really possible here because the cream barely moves. Still delicious though. I genuinely wish I grabbed another drink on the drive back home because I have not stopped thinking about that tiramisu matcha since. Next time I'm back in Vegas, this is absolutely a spot I'm returning to.

Even with how busy they were, the atmosphere was still great. Definitely a spot I'd come back to again!
