Located in a quieter area on Spring Mountain, this boba place is a great spot for yummy drinks, pleasant service, and cute ambiance. The tea is fresh, there are a lot of options to choose from, and the boba is also the perfect texture. The tea comes from Taiwan and it is so refreshing and legit. They also have seasonal varieties too. The inside is cute and very easy and pleasant on the eyes. The white decor paired with the wood barstools make this place look so clean. I can't wait to come back and try more.
Thoroughly enjoyed this place. As soon as you walk in, you can smell freshly brewed tea from Taiwan. Had the pleasure of ordering Dong Ding Oolong Tea Latte and Bubble Milk Tea which is made from Black Tea. Both had the perfect amount of sweetness for me which is great because I feel that many of the bubble teas nowadays are filled with so much sugar. Honestly you can taste the difference with these drinks as far as quality tea goes. These flavors are crisp and clean topped off with Fresh Milk. Service was quick and friendly; the young gentleman that was behind the register was extremely knowledgeable and offered some peach tea samples which was one of their special two for one promos. Will definitely be back to try other flavors!
We came on 4th of July. It was busssssyyyy, way too crowded. The drinks were like $7-9 each. Honest opinion... not for me lol. Do not get that taro paste one LOL 2/10. The green tea latte 4/10. The bubble milk tea 7/10. Would only go if someone asked me to go & I'll just stick with the bubble milk tea. But I would never choose to go, wait that long for boba that's aiite.
Really wanted to resist a sweet treat this trip, but I couldn't so I stopped by Chicha San Chen. The green milk tea with boba was solid. I wish they had bigger sizes though because there was too much boba for the amount of tea they gave. I do think this place is a little bit overhyped, but it was still great nonetheless. Interior was really clean and had seating! Servers were also really sweet. I loved the cute drink cup holders :)
The store smells amazing. It is always crowded with people standing outside. It's good that they make the teas fresh for every single order. However it is also why it takes much longer to get your order. My favorites are bubble milk tea and grape osmanthus tea. They are very refreshing and have the great tea aroma aftertaste. It took 52 minutes to get my drinks. It's totally worth it :)
Always a fav when I visit vegas, as if I don't get this enough at home in socal Never anything bad to say! Their drinks have never failed me and I don't have issues here with long lines as I do in california. My favorite is always the white grape series, specifically with the high mountain tea. I also love the orange high mountain! We got the new orange lemon pouchong today thinking it'd be similar but not too sure how I feel about it. I think it's good, has a yogurty flavor, but they informed us that you aren't allowed to make modifications so as is, it's a little too sweet for me. But I imagine any citrus lover with a sweet tooth would love it!
Chicha San Chen is always so so good. I love their tea. It's so cool they have teaspresso and each drink is brewed to order. The service is excellent, they usually have samples of the day at the cashier too. I love their conjac jelly too! They also have seasonal flavor every season and they're so fun. They use real fruits so it's not syrupy at all. One of my favorite cafes in Vegas!

However today they ran out of the daily sample at 2:30pm and the electronic reader board was not working. I got a notification in my texts that my order was ready but when i went up to retrieve my drink, i was told it is not ready
I've been a fan of San Chen for years, ever since their first location in San Gabriel! So I've been happy that we can now enjoy it in Las Vegas too. What keeps me coming back is how fresh everything tastes. You can tell the tea is brewed on the spot, not something that's been sitting around or made from powder. The flavor is clean, rich, and actually tastes like real tea! The staff here also very friendly. They're consistently polite and attentive. It creates a relaxed, comfortable environment that makes it easy to stay and hang out. Now they even give points which after ten cups, you will get one free drink. Since now the inflation is high, it definitely helps make it a good value.
First tried Chicha San Chen in Alhambra and figured I'd check if the line was shorter while in Las Vegas. So happy cause there was only one group in front of us. Service was great-- able to provide recommendations for others in my group that didn't know what they wanted/based off their preferences. I went with the dong ding oolong tea latte with bubble. I have also tried the cassia black tea with cream and bubble in Alhambra. Safe to say, I love the consistency and authentic taste that comes from naturally brewing their teas right in front of you. Ambiance fits their vibe and love the decor throughout the place. Cup sleeves are cute cause it doubles as a string holder, as well. One of my top boba spots for sure- highly recommend!

The tea is extremely refreshing and cold. In aisan standards, the drinks are not too sweet and have the perfect amount of tea level. Additionally, the place is clean and and some really cool decorations. This is a must try if you are ever in the area. (Btw, the service is really fast) read more

This is my favorite tea shop in Las vegas. Everything is fresh and made to order. Also, they have ample seating or you can relax with your drink. If you're interested, they also have a tea tasting session that you can sign up for. My favorite is the green tea with mousse. read more
5/5. Love this place! One of my favorite places to get boba now days. The location is a smaller plaza with tight parking but not bad. It can get busy tho. The inside is super cute and clean. As for the drinks, usually get the green tea, passion fruit, with boba or high mountain pouchong tea with passion fruit and boba. Normal ice and sweetness level. I finallyyyy got to try Chicha San Chen during a roadtrip! We were passing through Vegas and were so excited to learn that they had a Chica San Chen! The whole experience was amazing- loved seeing all the different teas and toppings they had. We went with their Ding Dong Oolong Tea Latte and Honey Osmanthus Oolong Tea Latte along with their Grass Jelly and Bubble. The teas were super fragrant and floral! You can really tell that tea is their main focus. Definitely stop by! read more

The grape osmanthus tea with konjac is another series that I like. It's super refreshing! Absolutely recommend trying it. Another thing that I really like is there is a free daily sample from here, so I can try something new without committing fully to it! read more
I really wish I didn't have to give Chicha San Chen only three stars, because the shop itself offers a great experience. Unfortunately, there was a communication mix-up with my order. I accidentally received jasmine tea as the base for the Taro Ball Tea Latte, and the strong floral flavor completely overwhelmed the subtle taro notes I was really looking forward to. The combination just didn't work for me, and after only a couple of sips, it was undrinkable and had to be tossed. That said, the tea shop is very clean and modern, and I really appreciate that they offer tea tastings--it's a great way to sample some truly exquisite tea flavors. For anyone ordering from their current Taro Series, I strongly recommend choosing black tea as the base instead. I'd still be open to giving them another try, especially knowing how good their teas can be when paired correctly. read more
Chicha San Chen is located in a small plaza that is easy to miss the turn into and parking can be difficult due to the tight space when it gets busy. The place itself is very bright, clean, and aesthetic. They offer teas that aren't usually offered at other boba spots which I appreciate a lot. However, since they brew their teas specifically, you are unable to request for longer brew times for stronger tea flavor despite it being brewed fresh. I'm not a fan of how light and watery their teas taste here. This, along with the ridiculously expensive prices per drink, are my two only complaints. Fortunately, my last couple visits here, I have discovered that my favorite go-to drinks here are actually their non-teas. Their lemon condensed milk series is really good! read more

I have been wanting to try this spot since they opened and being in the parking lot for lunch, I just had to stop in for a refreshing drink due to unreasonable hot weather in March. The menu is huge so I will definitely be back soon to try another tea, but the cashier was incredibly helpful since I had no idea what to order. Once I finally figured out which drink I wanted to order, the drink came out pretty quickly and the cup sleeve is incredibly cute. The spot is so incredibly cute and I could definitely see myself coming back with friends in the future. The drink was so refreshing and I would definitely get it again. read more

TEAs-in me with their teas!!! This was my first visit to Chicha San Chen and I already want to go back and try their other drinks! I got the green milk tea with taro paste and boba, and it was TEA-rrific!!!! The tea was brewed just right, the boba was perfectly cooked, and the the taro paste was sweet enough!! The pricing is a little higher than other boba spots in town but worth the extra money in my opinion. They happened to be doing a buy one, get one 20% promo, so it was perfect for my friend and I. The employee kindly greeted us upon entering and offered us a sample of the orange high mountain pouchong tea (if I remember right). It was tasty! Their menu has so many neat drinks that are not offered at other boba places in town. I am intrigued!! They offer free tea tastings Friday to Sunday. Will definitely be back for that! read more

We stopped by late in the evening (right before closing), and while the staff was friendly and welcoming, the drinks were honestly disappointing. They use this specialized tea brewing machine that's supposed to extract precise flavors but we literally saw the machine struggling during our order, almost "choking" on the brew. As someone who's used espresso machines at home, I could already tell the extraction had failed, and sure enough, the final drinks tasted exactly like that: bland, and completely lacking any tea flavor. Maybe it was the end of the day, or maybe the machine needs better maintenance, but serving those drinks as is felt careless. read more
