I noticed this location as we were walking and of course we had to come back! It seems like this is their new location located right under the Eiffel Tower. It is a small location but cozy. The staff were all very friendly and there was barely any wait time. The ice cream was delicious as always. There isn't many places to sit and enjoy so we continued walking while enjoying.

From the outside this place looks like it's been closed but just had to make sure and wouldn't you know it, it was open. This place has an incredible selection of flavors. Not typical flavors but a lil something for everyone. My first experience was at the original in Portland OR. Now they have definitely spread out. If you have the opportunity to stop in and try a couple samples of something new and different, it will be an experience you will remember and want another.

Black pepper + ice cream...? Not the flavors I anticipated when I walked into Salt & Straw but WOW. I didn't want to be greedy and sample every single flavor (although the very kind lady behind the counter said it was perfectly fine) so I narrowed it down to just a few. Our first trip, I tried the Malted Salted Chocolate Chip cookie dough on a waffle cone. It was rich - very rich. More salted than I expected but not nearly overpowering and it paired perfectly with the chocolate. The second night I got the Strawberry Honey Balsamic & Black Pepper on a waffle cone and it was the perfect treat for walking down the hot strip. The flavors meshed very well and it had a slight kick in the end. The shop was nice and clean and the staff kept the line moving well. This will be one of my first stops when I make it back to Vegas.

This location is right under the Eiffel Tower! It's really easy to miss especially when navigating through the strip but now we found it!! And, it's the perfect stop to get an ice cream and watch the water dance in the Bellagio across the street at night time! Always love the new flavors that they have! This time, we got the cereal flavor series and everything was yummy! We sampled everything and all of the flavors are spot on.

Ice cream flight

The ice cream is so good! Such unique flavors. We did the flight because we couldn't pick just one flavor to try! They do give you little samples like most ice cream places do which is nice! The service was awesome and quick! The only downside was no seating at all so we had to go sit on the bus stop benches outside. I guess If you get a cone or just one scoop you can walk and eat it but we wanted to sit and enjoy our flight.

1 day trip to Vegas and had to make a stop when I saw my fave dessert stop. Great chocolate oriented flavors this month...go now.

So. Many. Flavors! Staff were super friendly and let us try multiple different kinds while still being very cautious of my intense allergies. I ended up getting Pots of Gold and Rainbows and the Almond Brittle. So so good!

The customer service was outstanding--warm, welcoming, and genuinely generous. They encouraged me to try as many flavors as I wanted and treated me with a kind of family-style hospitality that's rare these days. And the location? You truly can't beat it. Sitting at the Paris Hotel, right under The Eiffel Tower and the Bellagio fountains right in front, it felt surreal. It's the kind of place that instantly becomes part of the evening rather than just a stop along the way. This might officially be my new favorite after-dinner treat.

Two scoop cup, almond brittle and birthday cake/blackberries

Salt & Straw at Paris is such a great combination! First, the ice cream is so good. I tried a bunch of different flavors and got the almond brittle flavor and birthday cakes & blackberries. The staff was super helpful and patient, especially with my niece (toddler), who was in heaven. Loved the location, an easy stop while checking out the strip with visiting family.

There's only 1 employee out front and I can hear employees laughing at the back. There is a long line right now.

This is very nice and comfortable space. This last time that I was waiting for my family at the café as they were exiting the pool area, I think the lady here recognized me. When I ordered my sandwich and soda, she's so very nicely offered me a complementary refill on my drink if it were necessary. I saw plenty of other people ordering sodas and beverages. The cashier never offered them a refill. I thought that was very nice of her. Food like different sandwiches are prepared very quickly. Having a danish or pastry item and coffee here in the morning is really nice. There are tables and chairs just outside of the café. In a very large Grand hallway nearest the fine arts collection. You can sit there and enjoy your food and drink. It is very simple small café offering just the right amount of items and different types of items. During one visit to get gelato, we ordered a small cup. We were able to get two flavors. We got pistachio and chocolate. That was a great combination. Then, the second visit, we ordered the sugar-free chocolate and banana toffee. That was also a very good combination. Their flavors are delicious. And in case you were wondering, one cup of gelato is more than enough to share amongst 2 people.

Ghirardelli is the only chocolate I eat, sorry not sorry. :) It just tastes *different, and since I was a first timer to this location I had to take it all in. :) Service was OK enough. There was one employee who seemed to be manning the front entrance, greeting customers, etc., and then once he got them inside he would direct another employee to ring up the order. I only have been to the location at California Adventure, so I didn't have a lot to compare it to, but this was very good time as well. If you're at the Linq Promenade, you have to make a stop here. At least for one square to give you sustenance for the tables and slots!

I have a complicated history with Milk Bar…read more The last time I visited, I ordered the cereal milk soft serve because I wanted to relive the Milk Bar magic I remembered from New York. Unfortunately, it just didn't hit the same way for me, and I left feeling a little underwhelmed. Fast forward to this trip to Las Vegas, and after a serious sweet tooth kicked in, I decided to give Milk Bar another shot. This time, I went all in and ordered the DIY Build-Your-Own Pint. Was it on the double-dollar-sign side of things? Absolutely. Did I regret it? Not even a little. Being able to customize everything felt oddly liberating, and the end result was exactly what I was craving. Every bite delivered. It was sweet, indulgent, packed with texture. Bomb dot com. The experience itself was surprisingly fun too. The staff was friendly, and at one point they had hardstyle music blasting through their speakers. As someone who had just survived EDC weekend, I couldn't help but point it out, which sparked a fun conversation and a few laughs with the employees. The good vibes extended to the line as well. Even though there were people waiting, it never felt long because everyone was chatting and enjoying the atmosphere. If I had one complaint, it's not really about the food at all. Milk Bar at the Cosmopolitan operates more as a walk-up window than a true dessert destination. Personally, I think the desserts are good enough to deserve a cozy sit-down concept where people can slow down and enjoy what they're ordering. Still, this visit completely redeemed Milk Bar in my eyes. Great service, a fun atmosphere, and a dessert that finally lived up to the hype I remembered. If they ever expand beyond the window-booth setup, I'd happily bump this to five stars

Stopped by after momofuku to try a slice of crack pie (now known as milk bar pie)…read more Similar to our experience at momofuku, they tried to upsell us when I ordered one slice of pie $8. She said it tastes best with soft serve on top, would you like to add it? No. Do you want another one for later? No. Do you want some water? No. I was a fan of Christina Tosi and David Chang who say they're "brother and sister", but not anymore. If this is how they train their staff to squeeze out more money from you, I'll take my stomach elsewhere. The pie was over priced, too sweet, and a small portion.

This was on a Tuesday night around 8pm at the Grand Bazaar. This is its own stand with a small interior storefront that boasts tons of flavors of donuts, some drinks, and their extremely tall ice cream floats. Small little rubber ducks lined up some of the windows. They were all out of matcha flavored items when we came in. My friend got their medium frappe which was coffee with a bunch of whipped cream on top. Essentially tasted like a mocha but nonetheless was as advertised. Friends and I were hesitant for donuts since we already had something heavy prior. On a second visit here I got their raspberry dragonfruit refresher which was exactly what I needed after a long day out. Maybe on a return trip I'll try one of their donuts before leaving Vegas!
