As a parent, the first things I look for are cleanliness and safety, and this place excels at both. It is incredibly well-maintained, spotless, and designed in a way that lets the boys have a blast while I actually feel relaxed. The onsite cafe is also such a convenient touch--we always grab the boys smoothies for the ride home! What really sets this business apart, though, are the owners. Michael and his wife are some of the kindest, most welcoming people you'll ever meet. They truly care about the families coming through their doors and make you feel right at home every time. Arrived at 8:35 and it was closed. A note posted on the front door stated effective Sept 1, opening at 9:30. The website currently states that Sundays are closed. Today is Aug 31, so the posted note is irrelevant to today's hours. Went to run an errand then returned at 9:30 to check back just in case they were a little late in opening today. Still not open. Waited until 9:45 then left with very upset children. Again, your website states an activity called "build a forky" on dates August 19-31. If you're going to be closed on August 31, then diligently update your advertisement and your business hours. As far as I'm concerned, no one showed up to work today. Not an impressive way to run a business. I anticipate this establishment going out of business.
