The facts: This place has a spacious parking lot for a laundromat. It is large and clean. Patrons seem focused on their laundry and I did not notice any shenanigans. There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. It's more expensive but it's worth it because it's clean and safe, there are plenty of machines and tables to fold on, and the employees are really nice and helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I also like that they use cards so you don't have to worry about change or cash. There are several sizes of washer and two sizes for dryers. There are chairs and benches and TVs while you wait. They also play music which changes all the time so it's not always the same kind of music. The only thing I don't like is that their parking lot can often get full even when there are not many people inside and there's not a suitable place to park for over flow. A few times I've actually just left and come back at another time when I see the lot full. These are the rates for self wash as of 12/11/25: 2 load - $4.59 4 load - $6.79 6 load - $8.75 8 load - $11.19 Dryers for 10 min: Small - .75 Big - .90 They also have drop off and fluff and fold services, which are actually pretty reasonable when you do the math. read more

Despite the price, the facility itself is large, clean, and well maintained. The very rare occasion I need to go to a laundry mat to wash my heavy bamboo blankets that would wreck my washer at home - that's my reason for today's visit to the land of expensive suds. Oh yes this place is pricey - which I didn't mind given the fact these guys won't see me often. I did 1 load (2 large adult blankets in the biggest washer there) which cost me $14. It took about 30 mins which isn't bad at all. I dried at home ! This place is VERY clean, & the parking lot is private. I like how it's no in a strip mall so the parking is plentiful. The facilities are very clean & maintained. There were employees there dusting & cleaning when I was there. If you forget soap, they do have some on site. Not sure how much but be prepared to pay. It was annoying having to buy a laundry card but it also saves the hassel of having to use coins so that's a plus. read more

Ive gone here twice to wash my sheets, towels, rugs, etc (things i cant really fit in my tiny washer in my apt) & both experiences have been so good! [[HIGHLIGHT]]the staff is friendly & helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I LURVE that they have these extra big washers so that i can just stuff all my things in one load (it can hold up to 8 loads). It is a bit on the pricy side but tbh so worth it !!??? the big washers can go up to $11 but if u really think about it, its so worth considering it can wash up to 8 loads. Drier goes for about 90¢ per 8 mins i believe so not too bad! Inside is really clean & usually empty which i enjoy giving peace & quiet read more

Probably won't be coming here again. I chose this place because it is two blocks away from my house and the pictures on here make it seem very nice and clean, which it is. I normally do my laundry at home, but my machines can't handle the two very large and heavy blankets I use during the winter. My problem here occurred when I went to purchase and load a new laundry card. I paid for it with cash, but it gave me a card with an error. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked an employee about it, heavier set gentleman, and before he even checked or attempted to help he basically yelled 'that's because your card got declined' now I'm not sure if his intention was to embarrass me or cause a scene or to be just be downright off putting, but let this be a learning lesson to ASK 'what was your method of payment?' Before assuming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to reply back to him 'Well that's not even possible because I paid in CASH' [[HIGHLIGHT]]He then checked the card machine and fixed my issue, but to assume and to yell out so loud that my card declined when I didn't even pay with a card is just rude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only saving grace, was the young gentleman there with glasses. Well to begin with a lot of the machines were out of order we chose this place because it looked new but to our surprise we had to search for a basket to place our laundry in them a machine that was working a lot of vending machines were out of order on the weekends. I would give this place a 5 star but the reason I'm not is because yes you can use your debit card to wash BUT you need to buy a card first and add funds to it. Also on the machines sometimes it doesn't really read the card right away so you have to be careful because sometimes it accidentally charges you twice when you insert it again and you can't get a refund. read more

An exceptional laundromat. Machines are great. Place is very clean. Staff are on it. The isles between machines can be cramped with people's carts and loading the machines but not much you can do about that. The parking is quite compact and limited. This place has risen in popularity and even weekday off peak times you can find a full parking lot and all of the larger machines taken. It would be nice if there were more larger load dryers and 8 load machines. These can be really tough to use sometimes. Another way to make the experience more pleasant for the common individual washing is if there was a policy against other companies coming here with their company van/trucks and unloading tons of clothes/linens into many, many machine at once. It's happened to me more than once and I get lucked out of being able to use any of the larger machines. Overall this is a solid business, and they should either look into expanding with a new larger location or open a separate location to help with the crowding. read more

AMAAAAAZING SERVICE HERE! So, I have this lavender plush & satin blanket I refer to as "the Drake blanket." If u see it in the pictures I uploaded, you'll understand why. It's luxurious, and beautiful. However. My dog wasn't feeling well & several days after I got the blanket, she threw up on it. My cat then decided (probably out of spite) to mark it with her own terror too, so she literally ate grass to make herself throw up & threw up on the same spot to make her mark. I've had this beautiful, lush blanket in the trunk of my car for weeks because I got so busy with school & work, aaaand because I knew I'd need quarters to head to a laundromat that could handle the oversized blanket. It literally got stuck in my washer at my apt complex & it was such a mess of a situation. So I needed an oversized laundromat. Then I was getting my dog groomed nearby at Signal Hill Pet Grooming (highly recommended!) when I was like, okay, Drake would never drive around with this Paris-chic luxury king-size blanket in the trunk of his car. I seriously need to do something about it. So I typed "credit card laundromat" while I was in the area & found this place! SOOOO HAPPY!!!! When I walked up to the door, I noticed they had a preset price list for fluff & fold. The male employee (I'm sorry, I didn't get your name) told me it'd be the same cost - folded or not folded - so I made like Drake & went with the fluff & fold. For a duvet comforter the preset price was $30 and they do all of the washing & drying for you, with detergent included (I chose the hypoallergenic Free & Clear), & an extra $2 for stain removal (because of what my animals had done). It was ready in 3-4 hours but I was really busy and couldn't come until like 9pm, but they're open UNTIL MIDNIGHT!!!!! I called to make sure the front desk was still open as well, & it was! The employees were so friendly and they did an amazing job. If you're bringing in laundry, I believe it's $1.25-$2 per pound of garments. Then they have pre-set prices for things like bedsheets, duvet comforters, blankets, etc. They folded it amazingly! Drake would be so proud! My duvet comforter looks even better than when I first purchased it, & it smells amazing! All of the stains are gone like nothing ever happened! Other perks: - ample parking (maybe can fit 10-12 cars, don't know how busy it gets but I was 1 of 2-3 cars both drop-off and pick-up) - FREE WIFI!!!!! - detergents available for purchase - fabric softener available - stain removal $2 available for purchase - very friendly, welcoming staff - responsive to phone calls - oversized washers and dryers - a machine that takes credit cards and gives you a laundry card to load laundry money onto (no quarters!!!!!!!!!) - beautiful white countertops so you could work, study, do whatever while waiting or while doing your own laundry Highly recommend!!!!!! I have seen the companies response and I couldn't even contain myself from laughing and replying immediately with an update... ozone? Killing all bacteria and mold? Then why do your washers literally smell like mold? Yeah there was a heat wave. And your facility was also hot AF. No one loses money on the card?? Wtf does that even mean? You know people lose those cards? Or misplaced them or forget to bring them. And you literally charge for the card! And then you don't offer a refund for left over balances on the card. Clearly your guests don't love the card system because the launder mat I go to know is newer and uses an app and I've decided I prefer that. I am truly appreciative of their services. I have used them in the past and have gotten great results so I don't mind driving a little distance especially for fluff and fold services. Though, I recently dropped off a large load of clothing and didn't bother sorting or going through it. I didn't notice until I returned home that they placed all of my belongings that I had forgotten to remove including money that was returned. They are very honest employees. I use the laundry to was rugs and blankets. I live in Signal Hill and usually go to the traffic circle to wash and look around in Ross while waiting. I noticed Laundry Guys on my way and decided to try it out. I'm thrilled that I did. This place is clean and airy. Initially it seemed a little overwhelming as it was different, in a great way. They provide a laundry service and also self-service. The attendant Norma noticed I needed assistance and she was a huge help. I told her what I wanted to wash and she explained the different load levels of the machines and the dryers. She assisted me with the payment card and registering my card should I lose it.
