She then told me she doesn't use that ( her words not verbadum). Only shampoo that enhanced her natural colors. Her attitude on that day was not good. Going to her is like going to the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld. She does great work. Don't forget to tip. Always takes 2-3 hours. Stella is a nervous dog. I don't blame her for how long it takes. 70 pounds of pure love and I can't let her go through that anymore. So, she has a Mom bath/haircut. read more

I will never go back to Clover Pup Salon and highly suggest that any one else avoids this place. We have been going here for years to get our dogs nails cut. I didn't care when their price doubled over a year ago because it was where we felt comfortable taking our pups However over the last 6-8 month the one owner with black dreadlocks is one of the rudest people I've ever met. She has rolled her eyes when I have come in and Several times I have heard her make rude comments about my 6 year old dog that has anxiety to other employees. Today was the final straw when I walked in with both my dogs and she was having a conversation with another customer. Again appeard to roll her eyes. I stayed farther back towards the door and my dog with anxiety got her leash wrapped around my legs while breathing heavily The lady stopped her conversation and said " dude you need to get your dog under control " I told her have a nice day and began to walk out And she respond rude with BYE. My pup has been on meds since she was two for anxiety she just is a nervous pup and all she does is breathe heavily. Never tried to bite anyone or anything just always seemed nervous. For a place that deals with dogs on a daily basis you think they would be a little more understanding about dogs being nervous. read more

There are no other dogs in the shop when mine are being groomed. This works out great because one of mine is reactive and the stress of even going to the groomer places undue stress on him. I couldn't possibly be more pleased by the service we received at Clover Pup. We are new dog owners to our sweet 3 month old golden doodle and we're anxious about taking him for his first haircut. Overall, very friendly, clean, professional, and offers unique options! I brought my dog in to get cleaned up before the holidays. Other groomers in the area had a multiple week lead time before we could get in, but Clover Pup made room in the schedule for us. The shop is really cute and very clean - there were no weird smells which sometimes make my dog really nervous. Allison was very friendly and put her right at ease. She got a bath and her glands expressed (which is awesome, since we used to make special trips to the vet for this!), and nail trimming, ear cleaning, and paw pad shaving were all included. When I picked her up, she was smelling wonderful and her white coat was shining. I also got some ear bling for her - purple rhinestones! - which was super adorable; people were stopping me all week to rave and ask about it. read more

Excellent experience! First time bringing my puppy for a puppy bath and she was beautifully cleaned and dried, all the tear stains gone, and overall disposition was calm. The team is kind and efficient; the woman who worked with my puppy was so sweet and affectionate with her. I felt instantly comfortable leaving her with them. Recently moved to the area and was looking for a dog groomer for our 11 year old Yorkie, Ellie. Found these folks on YELP, saw their great reviews, so I called right then after hours and left a detailed message. The next morning I got a call back, they had a cancellation for 2:00pm that afternoon if I could make it. Took the appointment, showed up and happily found they are less than a mile from our home (talk about convenient). The salon looked and smelled clean, the staff were friendly, greeted me, gave me some preliminary paperwork to fill out, discussed what services I wanted, and they said they'd call me when they were done - approximately two hours. When I returned to pick her up, she wasn't quite ready, so I stayed, watched, and waited. Two groomers were out front giving haircuts, which was fun to watch and I was impressed not only with their scissors/clippers skills, but with how kind and gentle they treated the dogs. This is especially important to me as our little girl has cataracts which renders her almost totally blind (just a bit of peripheral vision), making her a bit timid in new places. Allison gave Ellie the perfect haircut I wanted and I took her home looking and smelling great! She had a haircut, bath, ears cleaned, nails trimmed, and glands expressed, all for a fair price. This will definitely be our grooming salon, couldn't be happier! read more

This place really is as good as it gets! I have never experienced a more caring and educated grooming facility, and I have taken my dog to quite a few in the past! The groomer took the time to educate me about proper grooming techniques between visits to avoid a matted, tangled mess of a dog. We know how painful it can be for a dog to experience a matted coat, and rather than having to shave the dog, it's better to just learn how to maintain the coat between visits. She took her time with my anxious dog, something that most places find too valuable to "spend". My dog gets really anxious and has actually been asked not to return to other facilities. Here, as much time as is needed is given to make him feel comfortable, in order to provide a positive experience. This is absolutely the place to take your dog if you want to have an amazing experience. I couldn't recommend Allison and her team any more. They truly go above and beyond. read more

Clover pup is my favorite place to take my doggo to get beautified! They do an amazing job and always finish her, looking perfect. They listen very well to any request and take their time with the dogs. My dog usually hates going to the groomers and hates when I leave her. But, the minute I come to pick her up she doesn't even notice I'm there she's had so much fun with the stylists and other dogs! I would highly recommend this to anyone's dog! We have used them a few times with no issue. Then the last time, they razor burned our dog quite badly. We had to take her to the vet. She was put on pain pills and antibiotics. The groomer did offer to pay for the vet bill, which we would have expected. But its what she didn't do that has warranted this bad review. She never once asked us how the dog was doing and even more disappointing , never once apologized for what they did. When we went in for her to reimburse us for the vet bill, she was dismissive, generally rude and appeared to be annoyed by us being there. This would have been a great opportunity to apologize, take responsibility and show concern. NOTHING! If all your dog is to her is a grooming fee, than maybe people should think twice about bringing their beloved pet there. We, pet owners, entrust these people to treat our pets well, while in their care. After what happened, I question if she really cares about the dogs that come in to be groomed. We will no longer be using Clover Pup. read more
