The store is small but it's well stocked. I was welcomed as I went in and a sales assistant came to help me out. I advised I needed a primer and a nice robust white for the finish. They recommended a few things and also Melamine for the top as it is best for surfaces that will require cleaning. It doesn't chip and you can even scrub it! So impressed. The prices are a little higher but the quality and service seems worth it. The assistant even carried the paint to my car for me!

I have been dealing with this store for about 2 yrs and I've went to the.other paint stored to find the best service with the best product. Benjamin Moore on 118 Ave has been soeasy to deal with. They are efficient and their products as well as the knowledge of the workers/owners are Second to none. I was new at painting and they led me and equipped me with all the knowledge I needed. They were patient and actually cared that I would be happy with my finished product amd they were 100% right. Trust me if you need the best service the best products and ppl that know their business inside out and backwards this is the place you want to go. A small mistake with my paint order turned into a small disaster. The store manager was apologetic, took responsibility, and referred the problem to the store owner, Danny Heikkinen. Danny called me and went above and beyond to fix the problem and to reimburse me for all related costs. That is stellar customer service. Their first go was a little off but they had another go (turned it around in less time than the typical match) and nailed it. I was very happy with the result.

I had always used Benjamin Moore. I had alot of staining on my wall that was not going away after painting it 5 times. Mitsy came in sealed...primed and painted using Cloverdale and wow it looks amazing. I had several.painters tell me I needed new drywall but apparently I did not thanks to Misty and Cloverdale paint It looks absolutely beautiful. Pull in and there's a one-way line at the side of the store and a sign "pull up here, we will see you stay in your car" There were a few of us there, I figured I'd follow the instructions, get in line, call the store... I didn't have a chance to pull out my phone, even as the 3rd car in line, there was someone at my window in seconds! Wearing masks, the gentleman asked my name and reminded me he needed to see some photo ID/Driver's licence when he came back with my order. Wow - these staff must have genes of The Flash because they ALL were in and out in record time! My order came back, showed my licence, and they dropped it on the front seat of the car.
