I have been dealing with this store for about 2 yrs and I've went to the.other paint stored to find the best service with the best product. Benjamin Moore on 118 Ave has been soeasy to deal with. They are efficient and their products as well as the knowledge of the workers/owners are Second to none. I was new at painting and they led me and equipped me with all the knowledge I needed. They were patient and actually cared that I would be happy with my finished product amd they were 100% right. Trust me if you need the best service the best products and ppl that know their business inside out and backwards this is the place you want to go. Thank you to all the staff at benjamin moore paint store on 118 Ave edmonton. I will send anyone I know looking for pain to this store. One last thing is I didmt find their prices higher and the quality it outlandish. She was super helpful and called me back a few times with answers after I sent her some photos. I was really impressed with her service and wanted to buy the part there. However, it would have taken longer to ship in and I would have had go to the store to order it as they don't take credit cards over the phone. My contractor was impatient and once we knew the part he found it at home depot. And yes it was a bit cheaper. But this is the problem! as with AMAZON. If we don't patronize the companies that know their business and who hire people with expertise how will they survive? Of course, it costs more to pay for expertise. But everyone is impatient and so just use these companies when they need expertise. This is why Canada will decline. Eveyone wants the cheapest thing and forgets the real cost of service. And so American companies with huge capital can out-compete these service oriented companies. Of course, I am aware that Woseley, has been bought out by yet another private equity American company and I don't know how they treat their staff, but at least in my experience, they know their stuff and it was invaluable to me. But I fear for the future of our economy, Canadian jobs, and the need to have everything immediately and at the lowest costs. What are we losing in the long term? Competition is generally a good thing but ruthless competition may kill everything good.

I have purchased other major appliances from these same associates in the past, and those shopping experiences were also extremely favourable. After taking extra time to physically walk thru and check the rear warehouse for in stock fridge and stove, which produced a limited result, they proceeded to find inventory in other stores and called them to confirm that inventory was in fact there. During the entire customer service experience, Justice and Lexi were friendly and helpful. They were able to secure a fridge and stove with delivery this week. Very grateful for all their efforts which extended beyond what I normally experience in other retail environments!

The owner is a seamstress by trade and has the skills to install trailer made drapes in up house. She also installs high quality poles not the crappy adjustable ones I have in my house. It's drapery goals right, there. It's a Benjamin Moore store too and they mix colours to exactly match your sample tone. They stock beautiful glassware, fancy copper tumblers and Moscow mule cups, wine glasses and more. Lots of Canadian made items for those (like me) who like to support local and have items with a story. Ornaments, lighting, oil burners. They stock Lamp Berger and has a beautiful display area for that stuff. Wind chimes, clocks, mirrors. Ok that's the expected, the unexpected stuff in here is a long list of teas, men grooming items, oven mitts, greeting cards, jewelry, more, more, more. The owner has a cheeky sense of humour that you can see in the gift options I found in there. Perfect for those who like a giggle.
