Dr. Lerch personally responded the same night after hours (while the competing office got back to me the following morning, asked all the same questions I had already answered in their online intake form, and then recommended I schedule an appointment in two weeks). She messaged to let me know they consider this an emergency and would prioritize it (it's very painful and hot/cold sensitive to have an exposed tooth with veneer missing). I was in her chair getting the veneer reattached the following day. Altogether it took less than 30 minutes. Admittedly, I came to Dr. Lerch's office with some quiet distrust of dental offices in general. However, I have since found that I can completely trust Dr. Lerch's office with the full scope of my dental care, and so I also recently decided to move forward with a lingual frenectomy that had been impacting my speech for decades but I kept avoiding. The procedure took minutes and was entirely painless. Lastly I'll add that what makes this place truly exceptional is that Dr. Lerch's care and standards are not limited to her.
