I washed my money order with the receipt and stub all together. Everyone said there was nothing I could do to get it back. But she went out of her way to help me get my money back,Even though I didn't get it there. She helped me with all the papers I needed, I sent them in and some weeks later I got money. Everything is in place and you'll find the paper to fill in for your PG&E bill. They have a variety of bill payments that you can pay here but I somewhat think it's cheaper at Walmart BUT the wait is not as bad here.. So you can decide if you want to spend that extra dollar or two to pay something quickly, or go to Walmart and spend one dollar per bill.. Nothing negative to say about this place.
