I had a magician and clown (Brooke). I'm sorry I can't remember the magicians name. They were a hit at my daughters 1st birthday party. I had several guest come up to me afterwards for their information. You can't beat the price for all you get. Our 1 hour package included face painting, magic show, cotton candy machine, music, games and even a live bunny. It was a relief to have them bc during that time my husband and I could relax instead of running around trying to host. BOOK THEM! Seriously the worst experience of my life. They delivered my water slide late. They advertised false dimensions of the slide. Can't get someone who knows what's going on to answer the phone. My slide was supposed to be picked up Sunday at 9am, they never showed . Then by end of day on Sunday and never showed. Then Monday 9am then by 2pm then by 5pm. Long story short slide was picked up Tuesday at 10am. They are rude and unprofessional. Customer service is awful. WARNING For my daughter's first birthday party we rented a water slides for the children. Clowns.com and they showed up 2 hours after the party began (our party was 4 hours) and with the wrong slide. A slide meant for adults. When I called this afternoon to address the issue they stated "ok, sorry" that was all and then procced with "you should of rejected the slide" "what else do you want me to do I can't read your mind" This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen and so unprofessional. I'm very disappointed with clowns.com I booked Simba for my daughters Lion King birthday party and I specifically asked for the young Simba and not the older lion. I confirmed 3 separate times with them with pictures that it was going to be the younger Simba. They sent me pictures to show which one will be coming. I used clowns.com for my daughter's birthday party in Jan 2018 and they did a really great job! They were punctual, organized, energetic and very entertaining. They adapted to the small space that I had and made the party a lot better! The kids absolutely loved them. It's also really great that they have so many different options of packages and add-ons depending on your space, time, and budget. If I had written a review last year, it would've been 5 stars. Fast forward to this year. They called me in early December asking when I'd like to book them for this year's birthday party. I asked them to call me back after the holidays as I hadn't given any thought to a birthday party and wasn't sure what, if anything, we'd be doing. They called again a few days later when I reiterated what I had said before and added that we'll likely do something at home in which case we would not require any entertainment but if we did, I'd be sure to reach out and book them. Between 12/24 and 1/21, they called me at least 12 times, leaving a voicemail every single time. They literally called me almost every other day. At one point, I actually felt like someone was playing a joke on me! I finally had enough and blocked the phone number and within hours I started getting emails from them. Two emails one day, one email the next....all saying "don't forget to finish booking your party" and it had preset the date, party time and package, based on last year. IT WAS INSANE!!!!! All the correspondence finally stopped once my daughter's birthday actually passed. The people who work at clowns.com should be given classes on how to effectively sell your product and gain clients. Unprofessional, overpriced and terrible communication. They lied about when they would be picking up the obstacle course they didnt want us to cancel because of the rain so offered to pick up another day then just showed up to pick it up without even notifiing us two days earlier which disappointed our son. The manager we spoke to was rude on the phone. They said this happened multiple times today as someone was giving everyone false information about pick up time just to prevent cancelation because of the rain. They are also overpriced and charge extra without notifying you. They said in order to speak to a manager you must email support. I used this company for my children's birthday parties in the past and they've always done a great job. I've always don't the magician package but decided to switch it up this year and get the mad scientist package for about $100 more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this package!!! I was not impressed at all by the dry ice experiments and the slime was just awful!! I'm not anti-slime like most people but I was definitely hesitant about booking the slime part but I was reassured that a mess wouldn't be made and it would be cleaned up if one was.... That did not happen and by the end of the party the slime was everywhere!!!!! The entertainers were suppose to get there between 2-230pm they showed up at 130-145pm and got started with face painting and cotton candy. I had informed most of the parents that it would be ok to come after 2 but by the time some of them got there face painting was over and cotton candy was put away. We had a few very unhappy kids. The entertainers did not keep the kids attention as it was more of a science lesson and the kids walked away after 15/20mins of them walking. The recommended tip was $70 dollars which I did send via Zelle, much to my husbands dismay, but it took a lot for me to give them that much. I'm usually an overtipper but this was one of those times where you get a stomachache when tipping and the same dull ache every time you see it in your statement. Clowns.com is an abomination of a company, burdening us with a birthday party disaster, followed by a customer service nightmare. Our entertainment showed up so late that they almost missed the party altogether. Once they arrived, their performers/entertainers were argumentative and rude to the guests, unapologetic about their flagrant tardiness, and failed to lead many of the activities promised in our contract with them. In addition, several special needs children at the party were mistreated by the clowns.com entertainers. We reported all of our grievances to the management, only to be met with more aggravation. Clowns.com took zero accountability for any neglect or inappropriate behavior, nor did they offer any compensation for the trouble they caused. Clowns.com is a dreadful excuse for a company who claims their mission is to bring joy to childhood celebrations. Please think twice before hiring clowns.com. Very unprofessional service. Called months in advance to book several concession stands. Confirmed that a generator would be used as the event would be held in a park. Called two days in advance of the event to confirm time of drop off only to be told they would not deliver and had to cancel my booking. Spoke to a manager(George) in regards to their error and told him I no longer needed their service for the hour in a half. So a few weeks back I got suckered into accompanying a friend and her little one to a children's birthday party. Not going to lie...I was dreading it . Who WANTS to go to a child's birthday party when they themselves have no children? Let me also add that I myself work with children so chilling with them on my day off...but I digress. Myla and Sean were so engaging and silly, so fun and so sweet with the kids and they did an incredible job keeping the flow moving naturally. They have a nice package that include a variety of entertainment (cotton candy, games, magic show, face painting and balloons) so you feel like you get your money's worth. The one thing is that the program is always the same. Wish they had different skits or options for repeat users. I wasn't sure if I should speak about this experience. I posted videos of Noah at my friend son's birthday party the other day and a few followers noticed something that I noticed as well. Some of you messaged me about it and after speaking with the birthday boy's mom who happens to work with children, she felt it was important to talk about it. I know it's hard for children entertainers to cater to all our little ones personalities. They have a routine/show that needs to be done by a certain time but it's important that they don't forget that they are working with children. I think they should be mindful of children and their emotions because the little things mean so much to them. It hurt to see Noah wanting to participate in follow-the-leader. I knew he was scared due to his legs and balance limitations, and was unable to do it alone. When his uncle came over to help him, that wonderful moment was taken from him. I also felt the entertainer could've been more understanding and kinder to Noah when he was touching the rabbit and also friendlier when he sat patiently as they took pictures with other children. He was a "fan" and a simple hello would've been nice before walking away. As I prepare for Noah's 5th birthday celebration, I am nervous about who I book for the entertainment. Noah has a few friends with special needs that will be in attendance and I want them to have the best experience that day. I think clownsdotcom should hire people who are a little more sensitive and understanding to kids with sensory issues and disabilities. That would make our little ones so much happy. When we called to tell them that it was a smell to match the stain the man instantly got very rude and defensive because we already paid and told us he would only change it if he could smell it. They never picked up the phone and got there during half the party after guests already endured the smell. The moment he got there the smell was so undeniable that he immediately apologized and switched it but not before his colleague called us a liar and told us that it was staining but staining doesn't come with a mold smell. I would NOT recommend this place the customer service is beyond trash and the day of your party they stress you out even more because your never sure if you have a problem if they are trying to fix it or cover themselves. How dare you tell a customer that I'm aggravating him after we paid our money. WARNING! STAY AWAY - READ REVIEWS and COMPLAINTS EVERYWHERE! We booked clowns.com for my son's first birthday party, a 3 hour party (from 1pm to 4pm), and the clowns were supposed to show up at 2pm. We get a text message at 2:30 saying that they are running late, they end up showing up at 3:15 - 1.15 hour late. At this point there is only 45 minutes left to the party to which they were completely not ready for. We told them this was a Hawaiian theme birthday party, and one of the clowns showed up dressed as Mirabelle from Encanto and said "sorry I came from another party". Instead of apologizing about being late and getting started right away, they asked for the full balance to be paid, to which I refused and asked to speak to someone from management. They gave me the number to their office and a woman named Dorothy picked up the phone, most rude person I ever spoke to, and told her that even if the clowns started at that precise moment, we would have less than 45 minutes, she said "I don't care, not my problem, if you want them to start you need to pay the full balance" - I asked why, since we paid for a service for a 1 hour long clown activity, but I would only get 30 minutes, to which she repeated once more that if I didnt pay the full balance, they would leave, which they did. I asked for a refund, and she said "good luck" - and tonight they also charged my amex automatically with the remaining balance. Will be filing this as a fraudelent charge - BBB do something! Saffron and Jacob totally blew us away! We hired the two to come to our sons second birthday party with an Elmo theme! They were on time, professional and highly communicative. Saffron gave me the overview of the planned events while Jacob prepared their station. They were flexible to our requests and made every effort to keep the kids entertained and excited. They started with face painting, balloon animals and cotton candy. Then we had an appearance by Elmo and ended with a magic show! The kids (age 1-8) were locked into the performance and highly engaged. Saffron and Jacob really connected with the kids and brought so much energy to the party! (Not to mention they were hilarious during the magic show). All of my guests had the most wonderful things to say about the duo and the parents got a few minutes to eat while the kids were being entertained. My 4 year old granddaughters birthday party was today from 3:30-5:30 we booked clowns.com at least a month ago to do all the entertainment for 15 girls They called my son at 3:20 to say they had car trouble and can't come until 5:20 which is when the party was ending!!!
