Overall, really great! I was happy with the results - and the fact the doctor was willing to let me upgrade my purchased Groupon. The doctor was knowledgeable​ and very friendly/chatty. The only downside (for some) is that the appointment ran considerably​ late (likely in part due to his good bedside manner). I was in no rush, and I prefer a doctor that is willing to take the time to answer my questions, do a good job, and build rapport. In my opinion,​ one should always plan a few hours cushion after an injection. I also found the whole customer sign in through a tablet to be a bit cumbersome​. Audry has been greeting me and making my appointments all this time. I am always greeted with a warm hello and my name. Adriana has been my technician for quite sometime. She just makes me feel so comfortable, we talk all throughout my treatment. I couldn't be happier with the service I recieve every time I come in. I came here for 7 sessions, and have seen very little results. It has only worked on 2 tiny patches, definitely not worth the time or money. The hair is growing back almost normal. I had a large area done, and the technician claimed she was using the highest setting on me. The facility itself is nice, and so was my technician but I wasn't happy with the results whatsoever. I made an eighth appointment and decided to cancel it since I realized it wouldn't be worth it and whoever answered the phone hung up on me after I told her I wanted to cancel the appointment. She just said "ok" and hung up. I'm glad I cancelled because I don't want to spend money at a place where you call in advance and politely cancel an appointment, and are treated unkindly, especially after going there for 7 sessions and tipping the technician each time. Do not waste your time nor your money on this place. Two weeks ago I received a full body laser treatment, which thereafter I discovered red sores all over my body. I tried to resolve it with the spa in good faith, after talking to two nice lady's, and 1 hour and a half later the owner Mili spoke to me. She was extremely defensive and unwilling to come up with any type of agreement. She seems to be all about the money and told me it was my problem if my skin reacted this way. I arrived promptly to the 1:45pm appointment. I was quickly given to fill out several pages of forms. Taken to a room to await for nurse practitioner to perform service. The receptionist comes in and collects the completed forms. 10 minutes later the receptionist came back again telling me that I needed to give a credit card or put a deposit down of $25. That it was their policy. I explained that I pre-paid for the service and that if I liked it and made another appointment certainly can have it. Stated that was in the fine print. I've pulled it up and it only states that they have a $25 cancellation fee. The general manager supposedly nurse practitioner Lilly was extremely rude and refused to perform the service unless I had given my credit card. I explained that I had already paid. Zero stars if possible! This place is after one thing your...your money. The procedure I had left me with lumps. I called and they said I could come In for a follow up to resolve. At the follow up I was given a long list of procedures to do and told if I wanted to correct the lumps I would have to buy more product. No attempt was made for a touch up or correction. Searching online I read to massage the lumps but I did not want to do anything with seeing the doctor as it was recommended the doctor should be the one performing the massage. Dr. Jorge never mentioned a massage just that I needed to buy more product. The nurse with the doctor discretook me a side and told me to just massage the lumps out. The doctor did not mention this. I did just that and lumps gone within 15 min and I did not have to buy more product. He is money hungry. You will get a long list of procedures that he recommends you do to fill his pockets. *replying to owners comment: I did try to speak to you specifically. I made an appointment and went back. You did absolutely nothing except try to sell me more services. Never once did you say let me massage the area. I had to google that after speaking with one of your employees and resolve it in my own. Who goes back to buy more when you are not happy with the service. Seriously? And the comment you made about me trying to leave zero stars instead of speaking to you is condescending. You are a business owner, learn from these comments. Don't give an apology and then insult. Treat people like people not dollar signs. You can look over your notes as much as you like. They opened the needle in front of me to show me it was brand new. Gave me a stress ball to hold during the process (for pain). Honestly didn't feel any pain at all ( I have in the past in other places). Numb my lips prior to the process. They took before and after pictures. I called clp med spa about a Groupon I was going to purchase. They immediately told me not to but it that they would honey the same price. Made an appointment. Very unsatisfied. Filler for lips and botox. Owner George is an animal very ruff did not use numbing cream uses ice in a balloon instead. My lips were swollen beyond belief. Few days later it was completely gone. I called to let them know there answer was your body must have rejected it. Oh really? Botox only lasted for a few weeks as well. While there they also sold me a hair removal package. Which I only paid a $100 for but I never went back. Assuming it would be a waste of time scene there injectable are filled with who knows what? Yes they call the next day for what I'm unsure they are thieves and do not really care. While there George was rude to his employees... P.s. I now have full lips and botox which of course my body did not reject. I went to another place were they assured me that that does not usually happen and if it did they would reimburse me.
